Accessible to places like Hoan Kiem Lake and coffee shops. It was just a short walking distance. From the lake, you could just walk to 1428 specialty coffee and we were able to people watch on our first day and the coffee was perfect and a good value for money. I’ve seen popular coffee shops like Cong Caphe and Note Coffee which were also a short walk from the hotel and the lake. Near as well to St Joseph’s cathedral, and from there, I could just take a short walk to Bahn My Mama. The hotel is just right in front of Pizza 4P’s. Vietnamese food stalls are around the area so if I’m too tired and hungry it’s just easy to find one outside. There’s a vietnamese beef pho bo near the area that is even better than the Michelin one, in my opinion. The rooftop has a really great view of the city and was quiet so we enjoyed city viewing.ATMs and nail salons are also accessible. The staff and the reception offered help when needed and are very hospitable and welcoming ☺️ For the laundry, they have in-house laundry but I was able to get another service laundry outside the hotel and they just easily picked up my laundry from the hotel and returned it on the same day before my flight. They provided bottled water everyday and cleaned the room. There are food menu options if you want to order from their restaurant. There is a fridge and safe inside. If you need water before departure, you could just get one in their fridge and pay before check out. Or if you want to get the extra bottles, you could just write on the slip and the room attendants will take note of it. My room was spacious, bed was comfortable. The toilet was clean and wide as well. There is a good water pressure for shower. There is an automatic bidet. The water temperature was easy to adjust as well. Take note, on weekends, there is road closure around hoan kiem lake from Friday to Sundays. So it’s best to plan your itinerary well.

The property itself is okay and this is not their fault but other occupants can be noisy/talked loudly in the corridor and just bang their doors mindlessly, it would be helpful if they put reminders like to be mindful and quiet for other occupants.

L'hotel ha una posione eccezionale. Siamo arrivati durante la festa nazionale del Vietnam, ed eravamo ad un passo (nel vero senso della parola) dal lago per goderci le festività. Lo staff super accogliente e gentile, disponibile per qualsiasi domanda e richiesta, servizio lavanderia super veloce e profumato. Infine, dispongono di un rooftop stupendo! Super consigliato davvero!

The hotel is strategically located in the old quarter, where there are many shops, restaurants and people. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was offering a good variety of good food. Staff was excellent, really nice and helpful.

The place is located right in the city center and is very clean. The staff was incredibly kind, generous, and helpful! They went out of their way to accommodate every request we had. We would be very happy to come back again!

Staff were excellent, very friendly and willing to help with anything. Great location for exploring Hanoi. Good choice of breakfast buffet. Roof top bar. A birthday was picked up discreetly by a member of staff just from checking in and a birthday cake left in the room. A lovely touch that was very thoughtful and much appreciated.

Tolles Hotel mitten im Alten Viertel in Hanoi. Unzählige Restaurants, Geschäfte, Massagen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Außergewöhnlich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sollte ich wieder nach Hanoi kommen, ich würde wieder im Sunline Central Hotel wohnen wollen.

Nice, clean room, refreshed every day with clean towels and bottled water. Breakfast was great, apart from the first morning. The reception staff were amazing and greeted us with iced tea.

Central Old Quarter location, opposite the incredible 4P's pizza+ restaurant and the hotel offered excellent accommodation, breakfast and service.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel, although due to street restrictions, cars, limousines and taxis could not service the hotel and a short walk is required.

This was our second visit to the hotel. Once again the staff of the hotel promptly took care of our every request and even when the road in front of the hotel was closed for a celebration carried our luggage two blocks to meet our Grab driver. The breakfast was very good with made to order eggs.

Everything was wonderful

Very clean property and gorgeous little balcony to sit on in the mornings. The staff were beyond helpful in every way and very accomodating and friendly. The location is amazing too you can walk to so many things

The staff members are exceptional and would go above and beyond to help you. The room and other facilities are clean, well-maintained. It's very accesible to a lot of tourist spots. Breakfast menu has a wide selection. The rooftop bar has a good view of the city and good drinks. They even surprised me with a cake on my birthday.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was just perfect and I would happily stay here again!

The staff are so kind and took care of our every need promptly. The hotel opened in 1956 so it has character. If you are looking for a modern hotel is is not the place but if you looking for a place in a beautiful location in the old quarter that will provide a good night's sleep and a staff that cares, I wouldn't hesitate.

We loved everavout this hotel the food, staff and comfortable rooms. Hanni and Tommy were exceptional they always helped us with anything we needed and would help guide us around Hanoi. We will definitely come back to stay.

The receptionists were always very helpful. They gave us some recommendations of where to visit and to eat. In addition, they had the rooftop bar. The menu options weren't big, but you can see nice scenery of the Ha Noi. Also, we had breakfast at the hotel. It was a buffet and good. it was a bit confusing and no explanation of what we can and can't do. They just asked us our room number. But otherwise it was a good breakfast to start the day.

The staff were very helpful, and we had an amazing time. We will definately return to this hotel when we come back to Hanoi.

Розташування готелю просто чудове,він знаходиться на відокремленій вулиці від основної центральної дороги і озера,тому там тихо і можна дуже добре виспатися на великому і мякому ліжку після довгої дороги.А зранку поснідавши смачним сніданком можна легко дістатися визначних місць.Вечером біля готелю розташовано багато різних ресторанів і кафе.

Все було чудово.

La localización es muy especial, estás cerca del centro y del jaleo, pero la calle del hotel tiene mucho encanto y es mucho más tranquila. El personal también fue muy amable y nos hicieron una mejora en la habitación de forma gratuita.

Cuando hay ruido en el pasillo se oye en la habitación, pero nada grave.

Nous avons aimé la proximité de toutes les attractions …. Tout se fait à pied. Le roof top est chouette 😊; le personnel est très attentionné: ils nous ont gardé une grosse partie de nos bagages lorsque nous sommes allés à Sa Pa . Le petit déjeuner était incroyable

Super hébergement, n’hésitez pas à le choisir pour votre séjour à Hanoi ! Super bien situé dans une rue très calme un petit peu en retrait, on n’entend donc aucun bruit depuis les chambres ! Le personnel est très accueillant. Ils nous ont bien aidées et conseillées tout le long de notre séjour ! Le déjeuner est varié et frais. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres et les lits très confortables (la photo de la chambre est après que nous nous ayons installées évidemment) ! La terrasse sur le toit donne une belle vue sur la ville et permet de passer de belles soirées au calme. Nous avons tout aimé et nous y retournerions sans hésiter 😃.

Lo mejor fue la cama, que era enorme y muy muy cómoda. También el personal, super atento y amable, la rooftop y el desayuno (buffet con mucha variedad asiática y occidental).

No hay nada que no me gustase, pero como sugerencia, en las escaleras que suben a la recepción del hotel, les diría que pegaran la alfombrilla que ponen para la lluvia, ya que resbala y puede ser peligrosa si no está sujeta.

Locatie is echt top, je loopt zo Old Quater in. Alle winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Personeel is ook zeer vriendelijk.

We loved staying here for 1 night on our way to Hue. It was our first time and first night in Vietnam and we felt very well taken care of. The location is perfect next to the river and the staff are so kind and helpful. We loved Hanoi for our short stay and are looking coming back to the hotel for another night before we leave Vietnam. Highly Recommended

The property was a hidden gem. Wow. Me and my son got lucky. The location is extremely convenient to the main streets. Within walking distance to train street and restaurants. We were very fortunate. Once I checked in Hani made us feel welcomed and quickly secured our trips to Ha long Bay and Sapa to include a sleeper bus. This was a vacation of a lifetime and Hani and the staff made this all possible. Thank you Sunline Central Hotel staff. Great job.

Maybe that there was no swimming Poole and gym. But other than that it was great.

Excellent location, quieter pocket of the old town and within walking distance of everything you need. Hotel staff were helpful and the room was clean and cosy. I was lucky to be on a higher floor so traffic noises were muffled.

Nothing negative to really say- the stay was as expected. Although nothing beyond my expectations.

We loved everything! The location is excellent—it's within walking distance of the city center, making it very convenient to explore the area. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious options. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
