Dalla finestra della nostra camera si potevano vedere le terme di Diocleziano, quindi che dire, vista stupenda! Situato al terzo piano si raggiunge facilmente con l'ascensore, i ragazzi della struttura sono stati super gentili e attenti alle nostre esigenze. La struttura offre ai clienti un frigo e la possibilità di prendere il caffè la mattina in struttura. La camera veniva risistemata ogni mattina. Lo consiglio!
Andrebbero fatti alcuni piccoli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria delle stanze. Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare un paio di tavolini nella zona frigo/macchinetta del caffè ma in ogni caso ci tornerei assolutamente a soggiornare nella struttura.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Nice place to stay, in a very convenient location. Excellent coffee provided by the host :). Very good communication and problem-solving approach. Kind support for night airport transfer arrangements through the host.
If you are not used with the urban life, you may find the street's noise disturbing. Also, I recommend the host to review the kitchenware utility for more practical items. Air conditioner effective but a little bit too noisy to be used by night.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Absolutely wonderful stay in Rome! The place was incredibly clean, beautiful, and comfortable, with a breathtaking view from our room. The instructions were very clear and everything was so well organized. The person at the front desk was absolutely kind, communicative, and helpful, and even looked after our luggage for us, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful time and only wish we could have stayed longer! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our place to stay. Highly recommended! ❤️

Все достопримечательности Рима в пешей доступности. В нашем номере было тихо, мы не слышали шум с улицы или соседей, хорошо работал кондиционер даже в летнюю жару

De douchedeur was kapot waardoor de badkamer nat werd tijdens het douchen, duidelijk aangeven dat de koelkast in de kamer niet werkt, (er was een alternatieve koelkast voorzien op de gang)

Рядом много продуктовых и есть где выпить кофе на завтрак. Персонал абсолютно великолепный, очень дружелюбный и внимательный. Номера просторные, а те, что с видом на сад – это нечто! Если вернемся в Рим, то только в этот отель.

Great view from the room of the next door museum gardens, 5 min walk to termini for getting the metro around the city and mini marts straight across the road for supplies. Fridge is small but access to reception fridge is offered too.
This didn't bother me personally but if travelling as a group the lift only holds 2 people at a time.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Comfortable stay near Rome Termini. I especially liked how clean and nice the bathroom was. There was also a very well working AC in the room. Good quality and price ratio.
The only thing I would mention here, is that it wasn't very easy to locate and find the building entrance and the stairway leading up. There were enough directions provided before, however, some more signs could be placed to help finding you way at the location.

Erfitt aðgengi að herbergi, þarft að fara upp nokkrar tröppur og þar er mjög gömul lyfta. Erfitt að komast þar fyrir með einhvern farangur. Það var skrítin lykt á ganginum fyrir framan herbergin, mögulega reykingarlykt í bland við fúkkalykt.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Livia was an excellent host. Her communication before our arrival was excellent, with clear instructions and helpful information that made everything stress-free. We always felt reassured knowing she was available if we needed anything. the location is fantastic, just a short walk (less than 10 mins) from Romes main train station, making it incredibly easy to travel from the airport by train. We only stayed for one night during a transfer, but it exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome. It's in a great area for exploring the city, with easy access to transport, including trains and the hop on hop off busses. Many of Romes major attractions are also within walking distance. The room was spotless, comfortable and located in a historic apartment building full of character. There are also plenty of wonderful restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and other eateries just minutes from the front door. The place is truly a hidden gem, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026I enjoyed my stay at Suite Deal. It was a spacious oasis of calm and coolness in the middle of busy Rome termini area, heat and sun. Located on a large old building, the inside of the suite is fully modern and renovated, with an air conditioning unit that you have full control over! (Mentioning because other places I've stayed in Rome will shut off in the middle of the night.) Coffee pods are provided to guests along with a kettle and larger fridge in the common area. Thank you for a very comfortable short stay!
Note there is some noise from the downstairs restaurant in the evening hours. Note you do have to lift your suitcase up a few steps but there is a lift to go up to be suite floor.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Very friendly staff, great communication and easy to find. We were able to leave luggage after checking out for a couple of hours. It's an easy 7-10 minute walk to Termini. The quad room perfectly suited our needs, but it isn't huge of you're looking to spend a lot of time in the room. Blackout shades were really helpful for our jetlag, and noise was not an issue.
The beds were a bit on the firm side.

As comodidades para quatro pessoas eram boas, tinha alguma arrumação e uma casa de banho grande. A vista era ótima. O exterior do prédio e as áreas comuns não fazem jus à qualidade do alojamento.
O quarto estava limpo, mas não na sua totalidade, muito pó debaixo das camas. Apesar de já ser um quarto moderno precisa de alguma manutenção na casa de banho, o chuveiro superior não funciona sendo muito complicado tomar um duche completo e o lavatório também não tinha tampa no ralo.

Die Dusche sollte renoviert werden, die Glastüre fehlt und die grosse Brause funktionierte nicht.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Building itself was beautiful, appartment was clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing! They came and helped us in when we got a bit stuck and the room was ready hours early because they had asked when we was arriving. They let us leave our bags and collecting them was really easy. Was in a really good location right round the corner from the main station.
