The overall experience was amazing. The grandchildren loved the beach, the bunnies, the mini golf.

I was not disappointed in anything. All was to my likeing

Stairs to beach

We enjoyed the full kitchen and the ability to make and eat a meal together. It was nice having a kitchen table to sit and eat at as well as a small sitting area in the living room. We also enjoyed the large outdoor hot tub, it was just a short walk away from our room. The unit had a comfortable bed and was nice and clean.

The ice cube tray wasn’t full and also had some sort of orange residue in it, we had to go out to the nearby general store to buy a bag of ice.

Unit was very nice, newly renovated and well appointed.

We love Ocean Trails resort. The condos are spacious, well cared for and have everything we need. The pool and hot tub area are clean and well maintained. Best of all, they are located right off Rathtrevor Beach and you can access the beach via a boardwalk from the property. This was our fifth stay and won’t be our last one.

Really nice, very quiet.

Nice hot tub and pool area. With games and sports equipment available in the office and a nice playground it would be suitable for both young children and older kids also. Access to Rathtrevor beach was available by a path off the back of the property via a steep but fairly safe ramp.

We stayed in unit 52. It was very nicely decorated with a westcoast theme. Kitchen was easy to work in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds and pool area very clean.

The stuff is very accommodating. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, kids playground, and easy sand beach access make it a perfect place for vacation with little kids.

People are bringing little kids into jacuzzi, and then it's closed for maintenance.

Very pricey for having very dated furniture, living room chair probably 40 yrs old, uncomfortable beds, old bedding, and no AC. Blinds were vertical, came off track easily, did not keep unit cool. Bathtub and surround wall need to be updated as well. Location is beautiful however not close to beach, ramp was not easy to walk, steep. Kitchen was nice as well as pool.

It is in a great location. The place was clean and well maintained and had everything one needed. I really liked that it had a washer and dryer.

Ocean Trails is nothing short of amazing!! Our condo was beautiful! Everything appeared to be new and was absolutely spotless! There was so much to do on the grounds, between the pool, sports court, and beach, we couldn’t get enough! The location is so nice and quiet! This was a real hidden gem! We will definitely be back and have already told everyone we know how great Ocean Trails is!!

Peaceful and quiet with all the amenities one could hope for. The suite was great with a couple exceptions, the king-sized bed seemed to be broken/sunken on one side, the water is very soft so it feels like you can never rinse the soap or shampoo off when showering and given it was July, the sundeck railing and decking could have been cleaner. There was a fair amount of unsightly green mildew. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

Condo was clean, short walk to beach. Everything in condo was in good condition. Beds were comfy. They called ahead to get our check-in time, in case we were a late arrival.

Have stayed there multiple times and it’s wonderful every time!

Shaihla was nice and very accommodating, and even willing to stay past her time (5 p.m.) to wait for our arrival while we were on our way to Ocean Trails Resort!

1) I had wanted but was not allowed to book a room with 2 beds + a sofa bed for 3 people on the web site. So I had to concede booking a room with 1 XL double bed for 2 people, and where I spent a sleepless night on the uncomfortable sofa bed mattress where you can feel the metal base and hear squeaks on every turn/movement. 2) It was our first time to this resort and found the trail to Rathtrevor beach was longer than expected and with a little steep middle section which can be a little slippery.

The self contained condo, cleanliness, the amenities, location and close proximity to the beach.

A grab bar in the bathroom shower/tub is needed. An overhead ceiling fan in the bedroom would be ideal.

Loved it we've been back many times and look forward to our next trip.

This property is pristine. The rooms were so clean and comfortable and has everything we needed. The grounds were pristine, quiet, beautiful and peaceful. The pool area had tons of comfortable lounge chairs, a beautiful pool and hot tub. We can't say enough wonderful things about this resort.

Short walk to the beach entrance. The Multi level ramp to the beach could be challenging for those with mobility issues. The beach itself however was nothing short of SPECTACULAR !

Great resort! Amenities and staff were lovely. Condos had great layouts to fit kids and adults. Beautiful walk to the beach. The only flaw was that they only supplied you with 1 bag/ 1 pot of coffee, regardless of how long you stayed and how many people were in your party!!!

Special mention to the staff on the phone, being extremely friendly and helpful... reassuring me that late arrival would not be a problem and texting me the details for late check in.

Stairs and balcony covered in dirt/leaves.... would benefit from someone giving it a clean with a broom/dustpan.

The place is very clean, comfortable beds, big space,great parking, heated pool and hot tub. Staff at reception are very friendly.

It was very quiet and good location

It was a great set up and location. It was nice to have a washer and dryer for the clothes. The beach is a super close walk away through a code protected gate. The pool and hot tub were heated and fun for all. The kids loved the playground too! We were able to cook a lot of our meals there. Would stay again for sure!

We could’ve used some more garbage bags. There was no sponge or scrub brush for doing dishes. The knives could be sharpened or there could be a knife sharpener there. Very minor things.

3 bedroom condo exceeded our expections. Modern, beautifully decorated, lots of room for sleeping and lounging. Kids loved the pool even in May! And they loved the playground. We loved the proximity to the beach, and having a washer/dryer in the suite. Very clean, and has a fully stocked kitchen. We will be back!

We were pleasantly surprised with everything and highly recommend

Quiet , advertised pool and hot tub but sadly I was informed at check I n that neither were available . Later on saw many people gathered in hot tub so I was confused . Water therapy was key for me to relax so I was slightly disappointed .

As above . Everything was great . A view of the water would have made it perfect but I just needed a night away . Great spot

This was a lovely quiet spot that had amazing beach access, and to other surrounding trails.

The noise from works yard/boat yard at back, the power washing at front, and no sun at all just very dark from trees at back. Enjoyed our stay before and we have been a few times not on this section though. Good luck with the TVs!

Nice size for 2 people. Liked the separate bedroom and nice sized kitchen.

It was quite a walk to the beach down a fairly steep ramp at some point y.

Staff at front desk are very friendly. It was very safe and accomodating for our Grandchildren.

We had a lovely stay. The unit that we stayed in worked out really well for our needs. We enjoyed the kitchen as it allowed us to make food at the condo and not need to eat out every meal. The condo was decorated very nicely as well! The staff were very kind and helpful both before our stay and during. Thank you for a great experience!

It was a great place to relax. Nice and quiet and close to all the amenities.

It was a great spot to hang out and do stuff with my sisters. We were able to walk to Rathtrevor beach right from the property. We’ll be back next year. But maybe stay in a unit closer to the hot tub.

Beautiful resort totally amazed loving it here

We booked this vacation for my mother's 70th birthday. I reserved a two bedroom condo. When I arrived, I was checked in and proceeded to my room. Upon arrival, I noticed that it was only a one bedroom condo. They had booked it incorrectly. I immediately contacted the front desk to be told that there were no two bedrooms. The hotel did give us another one bedroom condo however, this was not ideal as a girls trip was now split into two different locations. It put a big damper on the occasion. Other than finding us a one bedroom, there was no effort to amend the situation with any sort of promotion. We were disappointed to say the lease.

We had a great winter getaway at Ocean Trails. We enjoyed the off season rates, the beautiful beach walks and the comfortable units. The property is very well maintained, including the hot tub which is kept impressively clean.

The pictures the resort used were not remotely close to what was the reality. The new sleek, luxury looking images were the opposite of what they dated, dusty, old unit that we stayed in. I would describe the booking.com presentation of this resort as a complete misrepresentation of what it really looks like.

It was so clean! Everything such as the appliances, the bathroom, the washer and drier, the tvs- they were large and easy to figure out . Comforable bed and couches. Ribbon fireplace, the heatinggand floorplan. The only negative was our unit looked out on an old truck and trailer instead of the forest.

The location since our view was the beat up truck with TRUMP painted on it.

Envelope asking for money for cleaning staff when people who rent these places are responsible to do the cleaning while they are there. Stairs to second level units Spare blankets etc don’t seem to be washed in between renters

Location was good, as were the staff. I was happy with how orderly everything was, and how easy the process was to book and arrive. The grounds were clean, and noise was not an issue at any point. I was only there a few days, and wish I could have stayed longer.

Our stay was awesome and the staff and maintenance team were so helpful.

Suite was great well equipped. Pool was great but hot tub was shut down and not useable which was a real disappointment. We were also surprised that you have to rent a barbecue. Never heard of this. All the surrounding properties provided use of one. Room could have been cleaner. Staff didn’t seem to communicate. Should mention barbeque ahead not to find out you must order before 4 when check in is after 4
