9月中旬にこのホテルに5泊して、とても満足のいく滞在になりました。 ホテル選びの際に、立地／設備／価格のどれを取るか…と悩んでいたのですが、どれも兼ね備えていて良かったです。 お部屋はエアコンが効いていて快適に過ごせました。ハウスキーピングは毎度綺麗に整えてくださり、歯ブラシなどアメニティも充実していました。お風呂は他のレビューにもあるように、シャワーが漏れてか飛んでか、床が濡れるのですが、翌日にはほぼ乾いているので個人的にはあまり気になりませんでした。コーヒーマシンはありますが、湯沸かしポットがなかったので持参しました。 レストランのテラス席が並ぶ煌びやかな通りの中にあり、遅くまで表に人通りがあるので治安も安心だと思います。また、バチカンは朝イチで観光できます。フィウミチーノ空港からホテルへは、長距離バスの停留所が近くにあるので安く行けました。 朝食はバイキング形式で、甘いパン（ケーキ？）類が充実していました。カプチーノをその場で作ってくださり、とても美味しかったです。朝食会場のお兄さんとお髭のコーヒーマスターの方が特に親切でした。 次のローマ旅行でも泊まりたいです！

Ficamos no último andar, o elevador só vai até ao quarto andar, nao houve sequer ajuda para transportar as malas . Logo na primeira noite o alarme de incendio disparou obrigando aos hospedes a evacuatem o hotel. Nenhuma informaçao foi prestada na sequência desse acontecimento. O ar condicionado faz imenso barulho a noite. No segundo dia às 17h nao tinham ainda limpo o quarto nem trocado as toalhas . Só após pedido na receçao é que fizeram a limpeza.

Im Haus war es immer wieder sehr laut. Es hörte sich so an als ob neben dem Zimmer oder oberhalb permanent Stühle verrückt werden. Das war sehr unangenehm.

Very close to the Vatican City, the staff are very friendly and helpful.The included breakfast was nice.

They don’t serve free water and every bottle cost you €2.50. After a shower, there are water on the bathroom floor. The bath tub is too deep for climbing in and out to have a shower, not suitable for children and elderly. After taking the lift, we still have to climb a few steps to get to our room. Do ask for a lower floor if you are an elderly and have heavy luggages.The hotel needs renovation to be a better property.

El precio me pareció alto respecto a las instalaciones que ofrece el hotel. Estás en zona peatonal y tendrás que caminar un poco con tus maletas.

Excellent location. Restaurants and shops at our doorstep. Short walk to the Vatican one way and short walk to the river in the other direction. And yet the place was never too crowded. Just right busy.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to the Vatican and plenty of restaurants/bars.

The shower leaked onto the floor (through the screen over the bath), and the breakfast was okay (could do with varying each day).

Everything!! A real surprise. I picked the hotel on line based on its location. It looked good but it was WAY better than it looked. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were lovely- not huge but well appointed with a large bathroom. The bed and pillows were outstandingly comfortable. The location was a block and 1/2 for the Vatican- an easy walk. We also waled to Castle Sant Angelo and the Parthenon- thought it took about 1/2 hour.

The room safe was not working since day 1 , they tried to replace the batteries but it did not work either. I had to carry all my valuables with me for 5 days due to that. I mentioned it in the reception as a complain while check out without any reply..

Property is located very close to the saint Peter basilica . Walking distance to few “must see” sites in Rome. Very clean rooms , bathroom very well equipped. AC worked very well. Very , very friendly staff. There was a nice lady during the breakfast who fixed me and my wife with cappuccino (remarkable taste ). Enjoyed every minute .

Fantastic hotel with extremely friendly and welcoming staff who couldn't do enough to make your stay exceptional - particular thanks to Flava and Fulvio! Breakfast was delicious, rooms were perfect and the hotel is perfectly located on a vibrant and pretty cobbled street, close to amenities and a short stroll to St Peter's Square. Highly recommend this hotel who helped make our first visit to the Eternal City so memorable - Grazie!

今回の旅行で4ヶ所目のホテルだったが、お水のサービスが初めて初日のみだった。コーヒーマシンはあったが、コーヒーの提供は2杯分のみ。お茶類は何もなかった。また、友人との滞在だったのでツインベッドの希望をしたのでベッドはツインだったが、何故か上にかけるものはダブルベッドのもので一つだった。しかも薄いシーツみたいなものが１枚だった。夏だから？他のホテルは全部違ったが…。トランクを運んでくれた方や朝食会場のスタッフはにこやかで良かったが、フロントのチェックイン対応の女性は笑顔がなく、挨拶しても無反応のことがよくあった。

The hotel was on a quaint street lined with shops and restaurants, but it was still quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall everything was good. They even gave us "to go" breakfast bags when we were leaving too early for the sit down breakfast.

The room was a little small. The room could have been a little cooler. The A/C wasn't the best.

Check in was smooth and easy, we were pleasantly surprised with how big the room was. Rooms were lovely and spacious, air con was fantastic and we had a lovely balcony which was a surprise for us. Loads of storage space and rooms were cleaned every day, towels were always changed and we were so pleased. Staff were so kind and helpful, always had a smile on their face and especially friendly. At breakfast they were always busy cleaning tables but never too busy to say hello! Definitely have a drink at the bar, it is well worth it and a great price! Breakfast was great for continental and we were pleased with our whole experience. We would recommend staying here as it is also in a great location. We walked everywhere during our stay and there are so many places around the hotel to go it’s worth every penny!

The staff was rude, the towels were disgusting, the bed was so uncomfortable with one thin sheets and the rooms said AC but wouldn’t move past 29 Celsius

The hotel is conveniently situated for the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo, while all the othe main tourist sites are about a 30 minute walk. The street the hotel is on is traffic free, with a very short walk from the taxi drop-off point. The street is alive with restaurants, especially at night, so you don't have to go far for food. There were 3 in our party, we took our granddaughter, and the room was just big enough for a 3 day visit. The bathroom was a good size with some nice surprising toiletry touches, toothbrushes, shaving items and beauty box. An observation is that there could be more storage/shelving for guests personal items. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We asked reception if it was possible to get us a taxi, 2 minutes later it arrived. The bartender was very friendly and nothing seemed too bother. Our 3rd visit to Rome and this was a great visit.

Ο κλιματισμός έκανε λίγο θόρυβο. Μια ανανέωση στο πάτωμα των δωματίων θα το αναβάθμιζε!

Difficult to regulate the direction of cold air from air-conditioning away from the bed. Not a major problem as the outdoor smouldering hot weather balanced out.

Największym rozczarowaniem była obsługa recepcji. Pracownicy byli nieuprzejmi sprawiali jakby każda prośba była dla nich problemem. Nie wykazywali chęci pomocy ani zainteresowania zgłoszeniem problemów. W hotelu tej klasy oczekiwalibyśmy wyższego poziomu obsługi i większość życzliwości wobec klienta. Niestety to właśnie kontakt z recepcja pozostawił bardzo negatywne wrażenie i sprawił że pobyt nie spełnia moich oczekiwań.

The location of the Hotel was fantastic, the neighborhood was lovely and perfect for our family to explore the city and surrounding neighborhoods and convenient to the river.

My husband and I visited Rome for a mini break and chose somewhere near the Vatican and our hotel was very near which was great. It was also near the local cycle track and riverside walkway. The room had everything you would need for a short stay including air-con, a fridge, safety deposit box, a hairdryer and toiletries but the bed was old and creaked every time you moved which interrupted our sleep. The buffet was an extensive continental selection but my husband likes a cooked breakfast and all that was on offer was scrambled eggs and mini sausages. The staff at breakfast were all lovely and warm. There were lots of shops and places to eat just outside the hotel. We enjoy walking so we walked to a lot of the attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps. The weather was extremely hot but we had did our homework and had taken chilly bottles which we used every day. There are water fountains all over the city and the water is cold and very refreshing. We took the Metro to the Colosseum which was further out from our hotel. The day before we left we went to the girl in reception to book a taxi to the airport and she said it would be €60 but Rome taxis have a maximum of €50 anywhere in the city so we questioned this and the girl said this was the standard price and was quite unhelpful and her face spoke volumes. The girl was in her 20s with light brown hair. We had previously emailed the hotel regarding transport from the airport as they had advertised this but we never got a reply.

Thank you for an excellent stay in Rome. Hotel Della Conciliazione is situated in a nice area, right outside the Vatican. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff treated us very well. We also enjoyed a large terrace we spent mornings and afternoons on.

Great hotel, lovely staff, great breakfasts. Very warm while we were there, so air con in the foyer and rooms was greatly appreciated. Location is brilliant for Vatican and Castle St Angelowhich are both close by. A whole host of restaurants and bars in the loal neighbourhood. All in all a lovely week.

De ligging van het hotel direct in de buurt van het Vaticaan maakt dat je een rustig gevoel hebt in deze mooie en bruisende stad. De Borgo Pio is levendig maar rustig om te verblijven Ook voor de taxi is het gemakkelijk bereikbaar! Er zijn in de buurt vele goede restaurants en de aangename wijk Prati is leuk winkelen. Het personeel geeft goede uitleg als je erom vraagt.

De koffiemachine bij het ontbijt was niet lekker, maar gelukkig geeft het personeel je een versgemaakte lekkere koffie ! Het personeel van de ontbijtzaal is heel erg vriendelijk!

I stayed at Hotel Concilliazione with my son and daughter-in-law during their visit, and we had a wonderful experience. This was my second stay, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. A special thank you to Alessandro for his warm welcome when we arrived early and for his consistent kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. Our rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very relaxing, with amazing patio views. My son and daughter-in-law were also very pleased with their stay. This was a great hotel. Booked through Jet2 Citybreaks. Friendly, helpful staff who spoke good English. Clean, spacious room. Modern ensuite. Wide choice of hot and cold foods at breakfast. Location very close to St Peter's Basilica. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Rome in the future.

Incredible stay - just checked out yesterday for our first visit to Rome and this place was fantastic. Great for Vatican visits, at most a 10 minute walk to museums and 5 minute walk to St Peter’s Square. Tons of restaurant options right next door. Would absolutely stay again - on the other side of town from Colosseum/Roman Forum but is only a 10ish minute walk to a Metro station so that made it easy. Incredibly kind and attentive staff, all were very warm and welcoming. I don’t write a ton of reviews but was so happy with my stay that I felt compelled to do so.

Amazing location. Calm and by the Vatican. You will save yourself a lot of time staying here. The street is closed to traffic so quiet and full of restaurant tables. Fabulous! You can even log into the Vatican WIFI! Great breakfast Unlimited Coffee Staff amazing. Alex is the best manager. He will sort everything for you! Restaurants outside so you can get great food all day and dinners are excellent. I am bringing my family back in the fall

Just stayed there for 2 nights at the end of May 2026. The location is amazing: short walking distance to all Vatican attractions and relatively short walking distance to Trevi & Spanish Steps + Trastevere. Hotel facilities are above par and their personnel are all working hard to make the traveller stay as pleasant as possible. Ramona at reception desk was amazing but I would be remiss if I didn't mention a few of the other staff who helped us along the way (ie, Matteo, Alessandro, Luca, Rachele and Alessandra). If ever back in Rome, this is the hotel will be staying at.

Location! Close to Vatican City…very walkable. The hotel is located on a side street dotted with restaurants and small shops. Staff was professional and courteous. We requested early check in and they were able to accommodate our request. Breakfast was delicious!
