Nice place to stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet was incredible.

Clean, well-staffed, good restaurants, and I appreciated the reusable glass water bottles. Yet, the rooms can use improvement - the rooms have very low lighting making it difficult to get ready in front of a mirror and there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom or near any mirror, so if you need to use a curling iron or other electrical item to get ready, then you will have a hard time in these rooms. There was also maintenance happening and my windows were covered in plastic making the room even darker and it was occasionally loud with maintenance noises, customers shouldn't be expected to to pay full price during the maintenance. But overall, clean and staff were great.

Hotel is very good and I can recommend it - but I was charged double, and I must fight 2 days to get my rights! That’s poor service and cost me a lot of time consuming and writing several emails.

Brilliant. Actually i was upgraded by the hotel to their sister hotel next to it..Pullmans. either way i had a very good experiance and wonderful staff. Bed rooms breakfast was perfect. Close to the airport.

Called the room service twice in one hour for some extra plates and cutlery but no one showed up. It was really disappointing.

Very nice staff, room is clean and comfortable, though not very big once you put an extra bed. I would change the duvet for a thinner one: the one we had was too thick and we were bound to put the ac on 22 degree, otherwise it was too hot to sleep with. Swimming pool is very nice. Aerocity offers many eating options

We were given rooms above which some renovations were under way. Men were using drilling machines outside our room and we could not relax at all. We had to get our room changed.

The property, staff and dining were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Wish I was staying longer.

Excellent location just 5-10 min drive from Delhi T3. Front service staff extremely helpful and polite. We had breakfast here and I would say it has everything you can expect from a five star hotel. Late checkout was granted without any issues. Lobby and lounge area very good for relaxing and leisure. Overall very good hotel and experience.

My car boot had a vacume cleaner. When I received the car from Valley then I found that my vacuume cleaner was tampered with.. there was all dust in my boot. I reported the same to duty Manager Nidhi.. I left in hurry as I was running late for office….

We came to our stay after multiple airline delays and a missed connection. Novotel staff made our stay very easy and comfortable at a tough time. The property is exceptionally maintained and a place of respite in the Delhi heat.

Room are clean and well maintained. Lots of restaurant around the hotel. Few minutes drive to dehli airport. Will definitely recommend to travellers who need to stay within the vicinity of the airport 🙂

Utterly bewildering music being played on ground floor late for an airport hotel where people getting up early to catch flights. If I wanted to go to a rave I would have gone to a club in Delhi. Shocking idea

At check-in, I was asked would I be using the in-room mini bar and I stated “I am not sure… maybe”. Thereafter, once I was situated in my room housekeeping knocked on my door stating that he needed to lock the mini bar. So I let him in and that is what he did… he locked the mini bar. I thought that was extremely brash and rude. Asking a customer at check-in will they be using the mini bar is a ridiculous question. First off, I did not know what was being offered in the mini bar until I got into the room, so I should not have to make a decision at check in. The fact that someone came and locked the mini bar while I was in the room is unprofessional and wreaks of two-star hotel behavior. Now, what if I had changed my mind and now the mini bar is locked. Secondly, on my check-out date I received a phone call from the front desk asking me what time would I be leaving. I was annoyed because I felt rushed and had not decided what time I was heading out but I knew was that it would be by noon which is the check out time. The employee then says to me “well can you give me a time?” I responded and told her I will be out by noon which is the check-out time and that is all I could tell her because I was getting ready. Ao in In summary, do not lock the mini bar while the guest is in the room and do not pressure guests for a check out time any time before hotel noon policy.

Property is upscale but facilities around are very limited. The property itself has so many limitations when it comes to dining availability.

I picked a King bed paying extr $20. They still gave me twin beds which comes std. I told the front desk. They never returned the difference.

Room service was really slow. I had instructions that nobody paid attention to.

Stay was fine the rooms are decent , location is close to the food court as the good prices at the hotel are exorbitant. Friendly staff. The open space is extremely noisy due to the exhaust system.

1) room furnishing & mirror shows wear and tear along the edges 2) TV channels indicated in the menu is not all available 3) 1 lift has 2 door close indicator on buttons. 1 lift has 2 door open indicator on buttons. Mix up ? 4) service is inconsistent. Restaurant service was very good. Concierge super helpful. Check in desk service was just ok and not very clear in explanation during check in. No introduction to services/breakfast venue. And there was no queue or anyone waiting to be serve. Didnt explain that room charges was already charged to card A while they put a hold on another of my credit card B until I went to ask for help. 5) Food quality was great 6) Heavy renovation right outside room window in the day. extremely loud.

Hot water on evening of April 16 and even on mid day april 17 on 6 th floor was barely even lukewarm. My wife was taking a shower in the barely like warm water on Evening of April 16 on 6 th floor room andcwhhen she was fully soaped the water just stopped . Staff had to find another room where she could rinse of . Walking down the hall dripping in a bathrobe not her idea of acceptable stayv

Hotel was lovely and breakfast was amazing. Unfortunately there is building work going on outside the hotel at the moment and there was a constant thumping noise all nice. Even with ear pods in you could still hear it. No sleep during stay.

Front desk was not efficient. I booked 2 rooms and I got only 1 room at 3 pm for check in and second room I got around 4:30 pm. I was continually contacting front desk but they never called me back with any update. I have to get hold of one of room service guy who got me this information that you can move in your room. Rooms were booked 5 days prior to check in date.

I arrived after 2 am and the check in was simple. My bags were carried to my room, facilities explained on the way. Great service, staff was super helpful and kind the entire time. I had a wifi issue that was managed very quickly. Great amenities! The breakfast was great as well! Safe and comfortable!

We were staying in New Delhi for only one nights with a full day on either side. The hotel was perfect for it's location, safe to walk, not crowded, kids of food and doing options.

Bell staff was very nice & friendly but management needs more front desk staff busy property short of front desk staff for check in / c out and other stuff.

While this hotel has some great amenities and general convenience to the airport and separation from the “chaos” of Delhi the staff was absolutely inhospitable. After a 14 hour flight the check in process was atrocious and chaotic. It was literally as if we were inconveniencing the staff. After having the clear expectations of the room type (lounge access) I was told that was not the room I booked. Of course I had to “prove” this was certainly the room I booked. Which of course solidified the ineptitude of not confirming reservation details. Further as is standard with most hotel check ins we weren’t provided a option for a second key, directed to what amenities or how to access and not even directed to where to access the elevator for the room. So to be blunt they lack hospitality here but if your looking for an area that provides you with some options this is great however, you can probably find better options from the other hotels with better reputation for treating guests as if they are the inconvenience.

Very clean property. Close to airport.

I got hurt in the bathroom, dropping hand shower on my foot. The hand shower wasn’t put properly when I turned on the water to take a shower. It dropped on my foot because of the pressure.. I had evening meeting and had to go for dinner and my relatives home at sank farm. I had to miss all this because of swelling in my foot and the pain I could not sleep all night. They could not provide me first aid on time then I had to buy ointment and band for my foot overall I could not enjoy this day.

Convenient location for the airport, nearby mall. However, don't bother paying extra for the lounge access, food options were appalling and the ambience was that of a canteen than a premium hotel lounge. A cup of green tea was $8 at the bar on the ground floor... overpriced!

Convenient to the airport

We stayed in for a brief period as we were transiting Delhi. The check in was terrible. It took us 45 minutes to check in. We reached the hotel by 11.15pm and were in the room by 12.05 midnight and left at 5am. The room was great and could not use any other amenities as we left early.

Great hotel. Suitable for international travelers...

Staff always look stressed out and interactions feel tense, don't blame them but doesn't create the best experience for guests. Thermostat didn't work in room, woke up freezing.
