I received a message cancelling my reservation the day before check-in because I use debit not credit card. I would rather pay in advance than risk being cancelled last minute

החדר פנה לכביש והחלונות לא אטומים לרעש. שמעתי את הרחוב וזה קצת העיב על הרצון למנוחה ושקט לקראת סיום הטיול. חוץ מזה השהיה היתה נפלאה.

Very nice place location is good near the airport…. Check in Staff was ok but very crowded place at check in.

Overnight stay at Aloft whilst in transit. Excellent room, comfortable bed, superb location with lots of F&B options on the doorstep, speedy check in/out. A very slick and professional operation.

One issue - I arranged for a car to pick me up at T3. I didn’t see a board in Arrivals at the first contact point so I continued to the second, where I found a board saying “Aloft”. I was talking to the guys there when someone else came up to me and told me they were scammers with a fake board. It all ended well but could very easily have gone wrong. Clearer instructions/directions are most definitely needed. So, 2 points deducted for the airport confusion.

Food options

All the staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant) is very helpful. The rooms have everything you need and are spotlessly clean. The beds and linens are comfy. Breakfast offers a variety of tasty foods. Location is good if you have a stopover in Delhi and want a place close to the airport.

Very comfortable rooms with lots of amenities. Good location, it is near lots of shops and restaurants. It is quiet and peaceful in the rooms although it is near the airport. Breakfast was a bit pricey but there were lots of options. The gym facilities were decent. Staff were also kind and helpful on reception and door.

From arrival to departure, the staff transformed a simple transit stay into a warm, memorable experience which we wanted to share as a balanced perspective for fellow travelers. The Truly Exceptional Hospitality Heroes Who Made Our Stay: Several team members made our stay genuinely memorable: • Rohan (Housekeeping) – His ever-smiling, proactive approach made a real difference. We were so impressed that we chose not to switch rooms just to keep him as our housekeeper. His warmth and willingness to sort out any issues that came up reflected the kind of hospitality that makes a stay special. • Manisha (Lobby Staff) – Her proactive approach to checking in on guests and offering support was outstanding. Her recommendations on food, shopping, and local attractions were spot-on and helped us navigate local dining, shopping hubs, and nearby Worldmark sights was invaluable. • Himanshu (Nook) – Provided great dining support, answering all our culinary queries attentively before the restaurant buzzed with a corporate training event. • The Peregrine Security Team – Consistently humble, polite, and welcoming with a warm Namaste every time we passed by. Their genuine smiles made us feel truly welcome and at home. • Anil (Pick-up Driver) – Engaging conversation and helpful insights on sightseeing options made the airport transfer a pleasant start to our stay. Other positive areas that made our stay pleasant: • Dining at Nook - We previously left a detailed review for Nook, but it deserves another shout-out. True to the great feedback online, their global buffet spread and breakfast live counters are delightful, making it a premier spot to eat in Aerocity. The outstanding point is the spread was fit as a fiddle for the health conscious with no deep-fried items. • Property - The property itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The room layout was thoughtfully designed, with the wash and laundry areas well separated from the sleeping zone – a practical touch for longer stays. The housekeeping team, led by Rohan, kept everything immaculate. Opportunities for Enhancement While the overall stay was comfortable, there were a few aspects that fell short of expectations: • Room View – The room layout is cleverly designed, keeping the washing and laundry zones comfortably isolated from the main sleeping space. The room amenities are excellent and paired beautifully with the meticulous care of the housekeeping team. As frequent Marriott travelers used to expansive sea-view apartments, the window views here felt a bit standard, but the top-tier cleanliness and modern, urban aesthetic more than made up for it. For future stays, a pool-view room would be a welcome upgrade. • Bonvoy Member Benefits – As a dedicated Marriott Bonvoy loyalist, one surprise was the lack of standard member discounts on F&B /services during this stay which was unexpected given our experiences at other Marriott properties. Given how seamlessly the rest of the Marriott protocol is followed here, extending a little extra Bonvoy recognition would elevate the member experience even further! This influenced our decision to dine out after our first try at Nook. A clearer communication of member benefits at check-in would go a long way. • Service Consistency – While several staff members were exceptional, we didn't always feel the same level of warmth and connectedness from the broader team. A couple of interactions – particularly at the lobby bar – felt rushed and less than ideal. A more consistent culture of spontaneous smiles and warm greetings would elevate the experience significantly. Wrap Up: Aloft New Delhi Aerocity has a solid foundation – a great location near the airport, modern rooms, and some truly wonderful staff who genuinely care about their guests. With more consistent service across the board and clearer communication of Bonvoy benefits, this property has the potential to deliver an unforgettable stay for all the right reasons. We look forward to our next visit and hope to see these opportunities addressed. Best service in New Delhi! I always felt welcome and the staff were always accommodating. Asha was especially attentive and always went out of her way to help. Whenever I went in for breakfast the staff would always ask me what I was doing for the day and offered suggestions for things to do around Delhi. This is by far the best hotel you could stay in for New Delhi.

Location is very convenient and very close to the New Delhi Airport. Very nice atmosphere in all the areas of the property. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. It’s a great value for the money. Very calm and quiet without much noise. The service is excellent and exceptional. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. I want to mention a couple of names at the Nook restaurant, Mercy and Harshita. They are very friendly and very attentive to everyone who walks in to the restaurant. Ready to help with anything that you need while you dine in the restaurant. A great place.

Las instalaciones son estupendas, el desayuno es excelente, variado y surtido y bien asistido por el equipo, no falta nada, es un bufé de lo más completo. Sobre todo destacar al personal. Desde la entrada del hotel se siente uno acogido, se preocupan porque todo esté bien, incluso el responsable de limpieza de la planta de mi habitación se interesó por la satisfacción de mi estancia. Esto último marca realmente la diferencia; enhorabuena al equipo del hotel, se nota que cuidan genuinamente de sus clientes. Repetiría experiencia sin duda alguna. Es un hotel ideal para pasar una o dos noches por tránsito de avión. La zona es moderna y está en construcción pero a 5 minutos andando también se puede experimentar la autenticidad y el caos de la ciudad.

Stayed here for about 8 hours on a longe layover between flights. Very convenient for the airport and Ambience Mall if you want a bit of shopping therapy. Had a great meal here before our flight too. Excellent
