It's right in Old San Juan and easily walkable to tons of things, and also conveniently located next to an area with less traffic for an easier rideshare or taxi pickup/dropoff. The check in and check out process were very easy and straightforward. The room had everything I needed and the balcony was a bonus.
It was fine for me, but this is a very noisy property. You can hear lots of things outside as well as the lobby/other units. The bathroom is also on the smaller side which can make it challenging if you need a little more space to get ready.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Location was great. Room was comfortable and a good price for the money. Our manager Geronimo was the sweetest person ever. He came personally to explain a misunderstanding and we spent some time getting to know him after they allowed us to keep our luggage in their storage for most of the day.
There wasn't a coffee maker even in the common area. It's a very small thing that makes a big difference. Some people like to have a son as they wake up without having to leave the premises.

Wished there was a place to store our bags on site for a few hours, but there was a luggage storage at the shop across the street for a reasonable fee.

Que tuviera llaves y mejorar la iluminación porque no hay ventanas y un espejo completo seria top para los outfits, y una zona común con cocina seria ideal. El resto los cuartos no se escuchan ruido y la localización es perfecta.

La ducha de la habitación asignada es pequeña con poca potencia en el agua y adicional solo dejaba abrir el agua caliente.

Reviewed May 21, 2026The bed was comfortable and I appreciated having a mini fridge to store my insulin. There was plenty of space and storage, if you needed it. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The location was walking distance to museums, El Morro, the port, restaurants and bars.
I was prepared to rate my stay higher in certain categories. I discovered that I had left a clothing items and a credit card. I called and was told I'd be able to come by between 8 and 4 to pick up the items, which they acknowledged they had. As a small business owner, I would have called/texted the customer to let them know. However, I was grateful the items were there and arranged to pick them up on my last day in PR. When I called, a gentlemen said the office was opening and he would get back to me in an hour. I explained that I'd spoken to someone about the pick up and that today was my last day in PR, and I'd be heading to the airport. He reiterated that he would call me back in a hour. I've been back 4 days and I'm still waiting for the call. The day was Sunday, the 17th.

The thin walls. You are on a busy street so street noise is expected through the windows, but I could clearly hear alarms and even phones vibrating in adjacent rooms. I was awoken at 4am from this and couldn't go back to sleep from the neighbors noise level. Additionally, the doors all shut loudly which added another layer of continuous noise. Additionally, the room was not cleaned well. I hope the sheets were changed but I found stray hairs in the bed as well as in the bathroom.

The property and rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. The roof terrace is fabulous - great views and plenty of furniture. All communication with the property was great - prompt and friendly 😃 Great value for money.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Sentía que el lugar era seguro, ya que para entrar había que usar una llave y arriba en las habitaciones también, además el personal de limpieza muy amable a pesar de que cuando llegamos encontramos el baño lleno de agua( al parecer de una filtración), independientemente de eso ellos fueron a limpiar
La habitación de nosotros específicamente estaba en muy mal estado, desde filtraciones a muebles dañados, pintura desgastada, bombillos quemados, plafones manchados y paredes hasta rota.

Check out time 10 am!! Been to 131 countries and this is the only hotel that I have to check out as early as 10am. Other countries is 11am earliest. And in the US 12 noon. But here they take advantage of the tourist ..

There is not as much as to say really, shower water wasn’t really strong lol it was hot water and consistent and all, it just didn’t have a lot of power (if I have to say something bad lol)

la proprietaria ci ha detto che potevamo parcheggiare lungo la via senza dirci che su giallo e blu si prende la multa. Non essendo del paese non conoscevamo questa cosa quindi abbiamo preso la multa, se lo avesse specificato non avremmo speso 50 dollari.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026The place itself was nice. The bathroom sink area was very tiny, but we managed. Check-in and out were a breeze and they were willing to hold our luggage for a few extra hours.
The biggest down side was the bathroom. Hard to get ready. There was quite a bit of hall noise with doors/ keys etc.

El Edificio no tiene elevador, me tocó subir al tercer piso con las maletas. Una persona de la tercera edad no puede hospedarse en éste hotel. El agua en la ducha no se puede ajustar y el agua sale muy caliente.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026The location was fantastic for anyone wanting to visit Old San Juan. It was easy to get to and the staff were great about making sure you understand entrance and exit policies.
The location is on one of the main streets in Old San Juan so at night it’s noisy until 2/3am with revelers. The bathroom was tight and for a single person fine but more than that would be difficult to navigate. There were plumbing issues and you could tell the bathroom needed a more thorough clean.
