De lokatie.

Het was erg warm op de kamer. De ventilator die beschikbaar was, hielp niet voldoende. Verder is de ontbijtservice niet ingericht op een grote hoeveelheid gasten. Toen wij kwamen ontbijten waren er geen vrije plaatsen waar we konden zitten. De meeste plaatsen waren wel vrij maar niet afgeruimd. Verder waren de glazen op en veel eten ook op. Aanvulling en opruimen duurde zeer lang.

Breakfast was excellent and was being prepared on the spot as opposed to sitting in warmers waiting.

the building may be abit old, and in a greenery natural hill, so may expect some cute wild pest may be. However always let staff know if u see any, they will try their best to solve ur issue. thank you so much for friendly staff.

El entorno, las vistas de la habitación, la limpieza y la ubicación fueron geniales.

El parking es muy pequeño, estaba todo completo y tuvimos que dejar el coche en la zona de parkings de pago del pueblo, que aunque estaba cerca tuvimos que pargar las horas correspondientes desde las 8 de la mañana (de 18 a 8 es gratuito).

Emplacement en pleine nature aux portes du village. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir garer notre voiture. Personnel très agréable.

Établissement vieillissant. Mobilier ancien et poussiéreux. Par forte chaleur, nous avons dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte, et, par malchance, une voiture est venue se garer sous cette fenêtre pour évacuer bruyamment ses valises, et autres, en plein milieu de la nuit.

Das Hotel hat nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von Parkplätzen. Aber die nahen Parkplätze der Gemeinde sind über Nacht kostenlos und wir konnten morgens problemlos umparken.

Localisation exceptionnelle, et chambres très bien tenues ! Le restaurant à côté offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes !!

Location is absolutely unparalleled. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast is decent. Room is cozy and cute. My dogs were welcome. The restaurant next door does a lovely fondue. I like the room artwork.

The rooms are very bright with curtains closed so if you travel with kids bring a stick on black out blind. Hot air balloons and planes pass regularly which is nice to watch.

Es un hotel antiguo y está en medio de la naturaleza pero le falta limpieza. Muchos bichos en la habitación. El desayuno muy flojo por el precio. Nosotros tuvimos suerte con el parking pero si no lo hubiéramos tenido la puntuación bajaría porque sería realmente incómodo. Sin aire acondicionado aunque nos proporcionaron dos ventiladores

Aquest Hotel el conec molt bé. Hi he estat moltes vegades. Ara necessita urgentment una renovació de mobles, llits, etc... Està molt ben ubicat però en els hotels s'hi ha d'invertir més. Estant a Gruyeres hauríen de saber que les vaques no es poden munyir tant.....

グルイエールの入り口そばにありロケーションが良い。駐車場が敷地内にある。眺めが良い。朝食が種類が充実。夕食はグルイエールのレストランで、歩いて5分ほど。

入り口からエレベーターまでの間に階段があり、荷物が重いと大変。

Le petit déjeuner incroyable

We stayed here last night as a group of four adults and had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we especially appreciated that they spoke English, which made communication very easy. The location and the view are absolutely amazing — we really enjoyed both. The breakfast was very nice, with a great variety of options to choose from. The room also had a small fridge, which was especially useful during the current heatwave. The bathroom was well equipped and had everything we needed. Overall, we had a lovely stay and particularly enjoyed the location, the view, the breakfast, and the friendly staff. We would be happy to stay here again.

Unfortunately, a wet towel had been left in the bathroom from the previous guest. It was hanging on the door hanger, so we understand how it may have been missed during cleaning, but it would still be worth checking these areas more carefully. The room was not in our preferred configuration, although we had been informed about this beforehand, so it was not a surprise and we appreciated being notified in advance. The biggest issue for us was the temperature in the room. It became quite warm during the night, particularly under the sloped roof section, which made sleeping less comfortable given the current heatwave.

Hacía mucho calor y solo teníamos un ventilador para tres camas que era imposible . Además lo del parking no nos lo explicaron con tiempo básicamente el que llega primero tiene plaza y después de 7 coches debes aparacar en los otros parkings de fuera de la ciudad.

Super bien situé, l'hôtel est agréable avec une vue magnifique. Les places de parking sont peu nombreuses mais on a pu se garer malgré tout. Petit déjeuner et restaurant sur place, plus deux restaurants dans Gruyère. Les chambres ont un petit côté rétro très sympa.

The staff were lovely - in particular the breakfast staff were incredibly helpful and patient with guests. The location and views of the mountains and surrounding area are also magnificent.

We opted for the hotel as we wanted a bit of the chalet vibe rather than a super polished room, however the whole building felt a bit tired and run-down. They're clearly doing the best with what they have, everything is clean, the linens are nice but the room felt cramped for our family of 4 compared to the photos and felt overpriced for the state of the hotel.

Personnel très gentil et serviable. Emplacement idéal. Trés bonne table. Superbe étape à ne pas manquer.

Preciosas vistas, camas cómodas, ascensor, habitación muy amplia, personal de recepción muy amable, hotel muy bien ubicado junto al pueblo.

Anuncian parking gratis pero unos días antes de llegar me enviaron un correo advirtiendo de que sólo cuentan con ocho plazas de aparcamiento que, una vez allí, comprobamos que siempre estaban ocupadas por otros huéspedes por lo que tuve que pagar para aparcar el coche en el aparcamiento público que está al lado (sabiendo esto, habría reservado en otro alojamiento). Aparte, la habitación no era acogedora ni estaba bien cuidada, necesitaría labores de mantenimiento y limpieza (por ejemplo, el sofá estaba lleno de manchas, lo cual da mala impresión). Además fue una pena que nos tocara una habitación abuhardillada ya que limitaba mucho la vista a través de la ventana. En general me pareció caro para el estado de la habitación, esperaba más.

The hotel is located right in the center of the historic town, not far from the cheese museum. The rooms are decent; there is a mountain view, and it is very quiet at night. I appreciated that they put a fan in the room during the hot weather! There is a nice sauna area. Breakfast wasn't amazing, but it was acceptable. There are restaurants in the hotel, though we dined in town, so I can't share an opinion on them. However, since you are in the cheese capital, cheese features on every menu! Parking is available right next to the hotel.

Das Zimmer im Dachstock war leider viel zu heiss. Die Nachmittags- / Abendsonne hat das Zimmer dermassen aufgeheizt, dass es nicht möglich war angenehm zu schlafen. Vorschlag: Fensterläden vorgängig schliessen, mobile Klimaanlage

Location. Relaxing. Has its own parking, this is a bit tight but is okay.

The hotel is amazing! The location is divine, surrounded by nature, amazing sightseeing and clean air We loved our stay there! The staff was not only helpful but very friendly and kind. They gave us amazing recommendations and tips for our trip. The breakfast was delicious! If you have the opportunity to reserve it, please do! All products are local and absolutely tasty We would love to go back one day in the future:)

Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, die Lage und die Ruhe.

Unser Basic Doppelzimmer war so winzig klein, es grenzt schon fast an eine Frechheit, dass man so etwas als Doppelzimmer verkauft. Wenn ich und meine Frau aneinander vorbei kommen wollten, musste sich einer von beiden auf das Bett legen. Und wir sind nicht übergewichtig... Kein Platz um unsere beiden Sporttaschen irgendwo abzustellen, nur ein kleiner Schrank mit einer einzigen Ablage. Leselampe nur auf einer Seite vom Bett und so schwach, dass man nicht lesen kann. Badezimmer ok, aber auch nur sehr schwach beleuchtet und ohne Lüftung. Die Befestigung des Duschvorhangs hat sich schon beim kleinsten Ziehen gelöst. Und die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher hatte keine Batterien. Als wir das bemerkt haben war es schon zu spät, um an der Rezeption neue zu holen.

We stayed at Hotel de Gruyères for one night before hiking up Moléson and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the Gruyères region. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms offered everything we needed for a relaxing stay before our hike. The breakfast was excellent and gave us a great start to the day. Overall, a charming hotel in a beautiful setting — an ideal base for anyone planning to visit Gruyères or hike Moléson
