Nao ter armário no quarto, a mesa nao tinha uma cadeira e sim um puff, inviabilizando trabalhar.

Localização sensacional.

Faltou um freezer no quarto. De resto tudo excelente.

Good location for metro services and getting into Boston centre.

A couple of the staff members were a bit unwelcoming and unhelpful (night of 1st September 2026). The young woman on reception was especially rude after my girlfriend came down stairs to collect our delivered food; she initially didn’t see it as it was left on the table. My girlfriend asked if there had been a delivery and the receptionist was quite blunt. After the food had been collected and my girlfriend was making her way to the elevator, the woman on reception said to the other man who was working: “is she a f*****g idiot?”, presumably thinking my girlfriend was out of earshot. Was appalled that a member of staff would speak about a customer this way. They were rude, unhelpful, and generally not very warm. Despite these two, the other members of staff we interacted with were actually quite nice.

Access to public transportations. Helpful shops and good places to eat nearby. Breakfast selections were too few but food was tasty.

Bedroom way too small. No microwave in room. No refrigerator in room.

La atención fue excelente en todo momento y la habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama muy cómoda. La ubicación es bastante buena ya que está a 1 min andando de la estación de metro "Porter" que conecta con el resto de Cambridge muy rápidamente. Tiene muchos restaurantes cerca así que en ese sentido también está bien ubicado.

Ottima posizione per Cambridge, e anche per Boston grazie alla linea rossa molto vicina. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Lo spazio nelle camere è molto ridotto, la pulizia è solo su richiesta.

The location is fantastic! Porter square is loaded with stuff to do and restaurants and close to the metro. The hotel is updated and the staff was fabulous, friendly helpful and super attentive!

The beds are very firm a mattress on a wooden platform and the rooms are super tiny and the outlets are poorly design. No room on the nightstands for charging our phones and forget having room for a cpap machine - so tight!

Central and quiet

Our room was very small. We had to walk over our suitcases. We couldn’t even lay them out on the ground.

There on extra hot days and the air conditioner had a little trouble keeping up, so humidity stayed high in the room. It was still within an acceptable comfort range. Overall good stay.

I always enjoy my stays here. It's a toss up between Porter Sq. Hotel and the 1868 location and it changes depending where I stay.

Close to both the subway and commuter train. Nice area to walk around to different shops.

Nice property, great location, very clean, great restaurant, most of the staff helpful.

Valet parking - very restrictive to our plans and didn’t realize you didn’t have any type of parking lot access. Also our room had no refrigerator, no closet no extra blankets, etc. The staff there was very good for the most part, but there was one gentlemen that was not very helpful and his communication style left a lot to be desired.

Achei que estava em um hotel com breakfast. No segundo dia, uma segunda-feira, o restaurante está fechado. NÃO TEM CAFÉ DA MANHÃ. Isto não estava claro na reserva.

Well situated in the middle of Cambridge!

Gute Ausstattung, schneller Check-In. Fand es gut das man sich immer Kaffee und Wasser unten holen konnte wie man möchte.

I liked the seating areas, bigger shower room, and several windows. The room wasnt cool enough for me so I requsted to lower it and they did. The max. was 67 degree and it was enough. Overall, it served our trip purposes due to the proximity. And staffs are all nice and accomodating. Thanks!

They didnt have laundry facility, no microwave oven even in my largest queen suite, petite reception area.. all in small sizes.

Good value- everything we needed

My room was very clean , had very nice towels and face cloths and the beds were comfortable . The location is perfect if you have relatives in the porter square area. Someone is always at the desk to help .

The restaurant was closed for remodeling.

It is a boutique type hotel; it is not too expensive and offers the basics. The staffs were friendly.

The room was indeed very small, and so guests who travelled in from afar and likely had plenty of luggage with them would feel uncomfortable. And the one thing I personally disliked most was the bed. It was not comfortable; the mattress was too soft !(possibly overused), and it kept shifting every time I turned or tossed in bed; the mattress was never firmly adhered to the bed.

I was there for two nights and I asked them to service the room and they did not

The twin room was comfortable and exactly as expected. The bathroom was a good size and well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and we appreciated having a coffee maker with pods in the room.

Housekeeping is on-request only, which is worth keeping in mind if you prefer daily service.

Die Unterkunft war schön aber zu teuer. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles in allem waren wir bis auf den Preis zufrieden.

Preis . Es war aber Fußball WM. Da war alles etwas überteuert.

Beim valet parking wurde under Mietwagen beschädigt. Angekratzt. Wir haben es der Rezeption gemeldet. Wir sind gespannt ob sie ihre Verantwortung ggü dem Verleiher gerecht werden. Wir haben nur ihr Wort bekommen!

I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean with all the facilities I needed. It's only 3 minutes from the subway station which takes you to downtown Boston in 15 minutes. There are several stores and restaurants nearby so getting food and buying necessities was no problem.

Do outro lado da rua da Porter Station, com boas opções de lazer e comércio próximos. Hotel padrão bem confortável, com ótimo chuveiro e boa iluminação natural.

A academia disponível fica em outro prédio de hotel parceiro - o que não é um problema em si, exceto no inverno de Boston.

Central location. Walking distance to a CVS, City Target, and the metro T line. Plus, multiple food options within walking distance.

Parking not being included in the cost and if it’s a Friday night or weekend, you might hear some noise from the Irish pub across from the street.

Specifics of hospitality...good local eateries, where was recharging station, what level of power? I got the mistaken impression that we could charge our electric car at the hotel parking garage.

Room was a bit tight, but not bad at all.

Great location, right next to the red line, makes moving around the city super easy. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, rooms are nice although a bit smaller.

Room is missing some closet area to store clothes, and the shower seems a bit outdated, and its leaking water when showering so the floor outside is wet. Nothing too dramatic, but impacts the overall experience

The location is perfect right in front of a metro. Good breakfasts are shared to us. The personnel are on average good except few.

Technical glitches always in the room. I struggled too much to turn the ventilation system off and ended up staying in an another room for a night.

Lovely staff, nice view out of back, near subway and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and I liked having coffee maker in room. Downstairs restaurant and bar was lovely for a light bite in evening.

No joke, rooms are small with no closets. Fine for short stays. As is common in many hotels, you hear hallway noise and neighbors talking.

A good location and a quiet room. The valet was friendly as was the check in staff. The room was comfortable and close to the music shows that I came to see. Would happily stay there again.

Stayed there a lot consistently good

Prima hotel met moderne kamers en goede voorzieningen. De kamer werd elke dag goed verzorgd en schoongemaakt. Goede locatie dichtbij het metro station en een winkelgebied. Ongeveer 20 minuten met de metro naar het centrum.

De wifi verbinding in de kamer was niet altijd voldoende.

Easy to find, valet parking, hassle free check in, comfortable bed and room amenities, great coffee maker and restaurant! Service was fantastic and friendly! Would stay here again every time!

Quarto super espaçoso, cama deliciosa e tudo muito limpo. Muito perto da linha vermelha do metrô. Um target e uma CVS do outro lado da rua. Filtro de água disponível 24/7, assim como máquina de café. No quarto também tinha a máquina de café. Roupão e chinelinho disponíveis no quarto.

Gostei de tudo.

The bed is a bit small for me.

La excelente predisposición del personal, que la mayor parte hablara español, que nos dieran la cantidad de agua mineral, café y leche que necesitáramos, que la habitación estuviera disponible antes de lo esperado, que el check out fuera a las 12, la limpieza y la estética.

Location close to subway station and nearby restaurants. Restaurant in the hotel serves great breakfast and dinner.

Room cleaning&servicing only upon request. One day we requested it and it didn´t happen and no reason was provided. Overall a bit too pricey for the size and quality of the room.
