Próximo a target, cvs, padarias, restaurantes. Excelente
Poucas opções de comida (praticamente nenhuma, wifi estava ruim
Great location. Excellent gym.
Great location for access to the subway and all areas of Boston
No breakfast facility or bar
It is well located in the neighborhood and has a good gym.
It does not offer breakfast and parking is valet-operated.
Perfect location - bus and subway on Mass Ave. easy walking distance to restaurants and shops
Toons are very small but confortable for one person
We didn't receive our wake-up call.
The hotel had no food available, so it was a minor inconvenience.
The bed was saggy. :( And there's no parking. You have to use valet parking for $28.00.

This is my go-to hotel in the Greater Boston area. Stylish clean, and comfortable rooms. Great helpful staff. Fantastic gym. Great location close to restaurants and across the street from the T.
I say this every time I come here but I wish the rooms had fridges. There is a community fridge in the basement but it's often full.
Great location and good service
Lovely staff and nice vibe in the decor
Rooms were small and beds were incredibly hard
Location in Porter Square is directly on Mass Ave next to Porter Sq T-stop which gives easy-access to the many local restaurants, cafes, stores, and grocery markets, as well as the red-line T stop itself (and buses, and commuter rail too if needed). The walk to Harvard Square down Mass Ave is pleasant and takes about 10-15 mins. Even though my room directly faced the street it was light, airy, and quiet with no noise issues at all. The staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient. The gym is excellent, among the best I have experienced at a mid-priced hotel. The bed and pillows were high-quality and comfortable, and the bathroom and shower in my room quite spacious. The general condition of the rooms, their furnishings, and the common areas is excellent too.
I experienced three issues, all affecting the usefulness of the hotel for work purposes. First the wifi was strong but intermittent, so much so that I needed to switch to a hotspot off my cell phone network. Second, the desk/table in the room is suspended from the wall and is of fixed height, but this height is way too high (by 8"-10" in I'd say), and I'm a 5'11" man. This is not helped by a desk chair that is too small, and not adjustable! So it was impossible for me to work at the desk, and I needed to sit on the bed to use my macbook. A final issue was with the strong AC (definitely needed at this time of year). The vents directly blow on the bed, and as the computer-controlled AC cycles on and off during the night it creates such gusts that it repeatedly woke me up. I resorted to turning it off completely and dealing with the increasing temperature and humidity as the night progressed.
Outstanding well-appointed and could not have nicer, more helpful friendly staff
Nothing
Posizione, pulizia e cortesia dello staff
Exceptional hotel in Porter, Cambridge MA. Staff is amazing and always available. Location is top just 1 minute away from the MBTA Porter station. I would recommend this hotel 300 times
NA
Fabulous location and friendly, helpful staff.
The shower floor tile becomes very slippery when wet and could result in someone falling while taking a shower. A rubber tub mat would be very helpful.
Everything was perfect
Nothing to complain about
We booked this room in Porter Square for the weekend to see the tall ships. It is directly across from the MBTA stop. Parking was another option and very reasonable. Our car was safe in a lot next to the hotel with valet parking. We arrived early ( prior to 8 am ) and the desk person was very accommodating for storing our luggage and allowing us to park there for the day. When we returned to the hotel early that first evening our luggage was already in our room. We didn’t have to pick it up from a storage room ourselves. I was surprised that they took this extra effort. Thanks Our room was on the fourth floor facing the street but the place is obviously built with a good sound proofing. Super clean. Nice bedding. Shower is hot with good pressure. My husband used gym facility which was well equipped. There are very nice facilities for meetings with microwaves and refrigeration but we were on holiday and didn’t need to work. The hotel is in a great area with coffee shops and supermarket handy by. Very modern facility. Easy walk to Harvard Square. I wish we had more time to explore Porter Square. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend the hotel. Anyone looking for a Boston accommodation would find this hotel a great find. 🍀
Weather was hot and the room had very good AC unit which kept the room very cool. There was a sound that would come on intermittently for 6 seconds and then stop which was a tad annoying. I hesitate to mention this because I didn’t report the issue to the desk not being one to complain. However, I do like to be honest. I am confident they would have addressed the issue. So my apologies.
Location, clean, modern…
The AC in the room worked well but was weird in that a motorized hinge would open/close as it would cycle on and off, and a blue light comes on, too - which is slightly bright as you sleep. It seems like a trendy hip unit that is unnecessary.
God standard.
Great location by the T line station of Porter. Might be outside of Boston itself but not far at all to enjoy yourself.
Very cute with great details from the lobby to the rooms. Awesome location just a 2 min walk to Porter Square T station. Valet parking could not have been easier. Staff was exceedingly kind and helpful. Great beds. Great showers—hot and great water pressure. Will definitely come back.
Nothing really. Our budget Queen was small but we knew that when we booked. The hotel does a great job making a small space feel big with built in shelves, high ceilings, thoughtful lighting and a little window nook that looks out onto Porter square. Very cozy and enjoyable.
Clean, comfortable room; great location; less expensive than most of the neighboring hotels.
Air conditioning unit was hard to regulate.
A localização é excelente.
Great location, nice place
There was a problem with the AC in the room and the staff could have been more helpful
Very high quality hotel for a good value. The rooms are small but very nice and comfortable. Excellent location, with restaurants and stores around and the redline right across the street. The staff were attentive and gave us lots of free bottled water at the front desk. The basement has a really nice business center and gym.
The room was a bit small-- a closet would have been nice. However, they gave us plenty of extra hangers when we asked for them.
The interior design of the room is exquisite. We loved the full height window bump out. A great spot to sit and read. Plus, it throws tons of daylight into the room. The entire hotel, the hallways and lobby are beautifully designed. We liked the Cafe Nero coffee shop right next door and Margeaux bar and restaurant a half a block up the avenue.
The overhead lighting did not dim adequately for us. But the bedside sconces were dimmable and that made them work as mood lighting and for reading.
The hotel is in an excellent location, directly across the street from Porter Station on the Red Line. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Although they made it clear that it could not be guaranteed, they were able to accommodate my requests for early check-in and parking.
The room was generally clean, though many of the surfaces, especially the shelves, were quite dusty. The air conditioning unit kept the room cool, but it emitted a buzzing sound every few minutes throughout the night. Additionally, the LED lights on either side of the bed flickered badly.
Very easy access to the train station. Very nice restaurants and bagel place nearby. Close to Harvard and MIT
Very clean. Has gym facilities and is very quiet
Convenient location
Towels do not dry between showers
Great location at Porter Sq across street from Red Line MBTA; walking distance to relatives and nice cafe Nero next door. Also a real window that opens for ventilation. How about that?
Can always do without those ridiculous down comforters which you have got to throw off or else turn AC down to arctic temp.Egad.
Quaint hotel that is clean and comfortable. Easy access to the redline and rideshares.
HORRIBLE PLACE AND STAFF, WILL NEEEEVER GO BACK
STAFF
Location was convenient. For a 1 night stay, adequate
Rooms were small. But it has everything you need.
Location & staff
Not much room, no wardrobes for clothes
Wry close to location like red line, shopping, food stores
No breakfast
Great location comfortable bed and great shower and shower products
Location is very nice, just a minute away (maybe less) from porter station.

Modern, clean hotel right opposite the train station (red line) which takes you straight into downtown Boston. Ideally placed if you're visiting Harvard University. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Room had all the basics you need.
Room was on the small side which was fine as I was on my own and fine for short stays. The walls are quite thin too. You can hear people in neighbouring rooms very easily.
Clean. Everything worked well. Very convenient for transport.
Room could have been bigger.
Consistency! Stayed here several times over the years and always look forward to coming back
Maybe a lower rate when staying 5 plus nights.
Simple, very clean and very nice staff
Would have liked more coffee
The location was perfect, train was less than a 45 second walk
Great location directly across the street from the porter square T line and close to many restaurants/coffee shops. The hotel is decorated in a hip wood paneled style that is very modern and cozy. The place is spotless and very comfortable. The rooms are small in a “just enough space” way. The bump-out windows overlooking the street are fantastic — lots of light and with workable windows, the neighborhood sounds and breeze lightly fill the space. We absolutely loved our stay of 3 nights.
We wished that there was a mini-fridge and a small movable table for the chair in the bump-out window space (a place for a laptop and/or beverage).
Modern, spacious, clean comfortable rooms
