Flexibility, location and service in the reception was always open to help and support in everything i need. They gave me and upgrade and let me do late check out. Amazing place !

The rooms are large and well-furnished. Everything is clean and tidy. You feel comfortable. There's everything you need for a comfortable stay for a relatively long time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All comments are responded to very quickly. The service is very good. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every two days. It seems like a very quiet and safe area.

I think those staying for a long period need more kitchen utensils.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Staff were wonderful!

Lack of little things in the kitchen to be able to make food, eat and clean up.

A stunning stay , i just feel that i am in my own home , amazing stuff friendly and hospitality , finally when you stay in Leos residence really you will be feel that you're in istanbul.

​The apartments are spacious and beautifully designed. The location is very convenient, with several small shops nearby for daily needs. It is also perfectly situated midway between Zorlu Center and Cevahir Mall, making it a great spot for shopping enthusiasts.

​Lack of Facilities: There is only one bathroom in the two-bedroom apartment, which was a bit inconvenient. ​Privacy Issues: The bedroom doors do not have locks, meaning there is no way to ensure privacy within the rooms. ​Disappointing Service: I was shocked by the reception's response when I asked to fix the lock. The staff member told me that the keys/locks had been lost previously and that they couldn't help me at that. This lack of professionalism and solutions was very surprising.

The staff was very kind and cooperative. Everything available 24 hours like food,groceries and other equipments. Over all it was a great experience.

The Netflix and other apps needs to update to work properly.

موقع الفندق سيء جداً ، خدمة تنظيف الغرف كل يومين ، عدم وجود عزل للصوت ، يوجد مطبخ ولا يوجد أدوات للطبخ مما يجعل المبلغ مرتفع بسبب المطبخ ، اثاث قديم و متهالك .

تعاون موظفي الاستقبال والعاملين وقرب الخدمات من الفندق

تم خصم مبلغ لغسيل السرير بسبب تبوّل طفلي أثناء النوم، وهذا غير معمول به في كافة الفنادق التي أقمت فيها داخل تركيا وخارجها

متوفر موقف مقابل 200 ليرة لليلة الواحدة وقرب الموقع من الاماكن الحيوية جميع الالتزامات قريبة جداً جداً مشي ع الارجل .

يحتاج تجديد في الاثاث لانه مستهلك يحتاج تجديد لدورات المياة يحتاج تنظيف للشقق

De ruime opzet met twee slaapkamers was erg fijn en rookvrij. Ook de ligging tov M2 en M11 Gayreteppe is op loopafstand. Met de M 11 ga je vanaf IST naar Gayreteppe en met de M2 naar het oude centrum. Ondanks dat het naast het gebouw verschillende bouwprojecten zijn, hoor je daar niet veel van. Om de hoek een supermarkt en bakker die ook ontbijt serveert.

De kamertemperatuur was niet te regelen met de centrale ventilatie luchtverversingsinstallatie en hebben we een paar ramen opengezet omdat het te warm en benauwd was.. Ondanks dat we geen kookplannen hadden was de keukenuitrusting erg beperkt en waren de streamingdiensten op de tv niet in orde.

Very good location. The apartment is very large, comfortable and has everything you need. The apartment is clean and sunny. The staff is extremely friendly. Thank you for the attitude. Everything was wonderful.

The only thing I think needs attention is the cleanliness of the bathroom.

-The location is accessible to many restaurants and shopping malls and all needed services. -Easy to move around. -The employees of the facility are the nicest and very helpful and collaborative, essentially they are the essence of the place. -spacious flat with good view and referhing air. - Housekeeping staff are loyal and dedicated in their work. -Lastly, Mr. Deniz and Younis are the shining treasures of the place.”

الحجز لا يشمل فطور لذلك لم اجربه ، الموقع قريب من عدت محلات تجارية مثل مطاعم ومراكز تسوق ، واعجبني كبر مساحة الشقة ووجود غرفتين نوم ، ووجود خدمات داخل الشقه مثل الغساله وكواية الملابس .

عدم وجود تنظيف يومي للشقه حيث أفاد الموظف انه كل يومين ننظف الشقه ، المكيف بغرف النوم كانت لا تعمل بشكل جيد ، الشقق فيها ابواب متحركة وتعتبر خطرة جدا لو معك اطفال نظرا لعدم وجود اي قفل مرتفع لعدم فتح الباب من قبل الاطفال ، لا يوجد مياه مجانيه بشكل يومي للغرفه

Très bel accueil, l'appartement était spacieux et très bien équipé.

Nice and cosy place to stay. It felt great to come back here after a long day exploring the city. The staff were lovely and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The place was kept clean and tidy by the cleaners every second day. Great location with convenient access to public transport. The only issue was the noise from nearby construction, especially at night.

The location is excellent, close to Metro Station, Bus Stop, Malls, Restaurants, Taxi stations, Grocery Shops and many more. Staff reception was awesome, especially Yunus, Deniz and their colleagues. The spaces were ambient too.

A few more provisions could make the services better.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and just perfect. The service was exceptional as well, the receptionist Mr. Yunus was an excellent host, very helpful and professional, overall a very good experience, Definitely recommend this stay.

The Leos Residence offers an excellent hospitality experience, characterised by professional and approachable staff who are supportive of guests' needs. My stay there was enjoyable, and I anticipate returning on my next visit.

My stay was excellent, and I was highly satisfied. The reception staff were extremely polite and professional. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Yunus for his warm and friendly attitude, which made my experience even better. On my next visit to Turkey, I will definitely choose this place again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

Vriendelijke personeel, ruime kamers. Rustige omgeving, niet veel te zien in de buurt. Maar met de taxi kom je wel overal. Qua hygiëne geef ik een dikke 10, wordt goed schoongemaakt.

You can find warm atmosphere in Leos and Armoni residence. Leos residence stuff and employee are so cool and helpful. Specially Deniz bay .

Location and charming mood

Zeer vriendelijke heren bij de receptie. Om de twee dagen werden de kamers schoongemaakt. Eigen parkeerplaats. Enige punt is sommige dingen zijn aan vernieuwing toe in de kamers. Aardige personeel veel mogelijkheden qua eten in de omgeving.

洗濯機や冷蔵庫があり、部屋も広くて快適でした。安いレストラン等へ行くには北側の大きな道路を渡らなければならず、やや面倒くささを感じることもありました。また、大きな駅まで徒歩15分程度ですが、道に段差や傾斜があるので、無理せずタクシー利用した方が良いです。

We had a great week-long stay. The flat was clean, spacious, and a great value for money. The location is very central, making it easy to walk anywhere. As expected in such a central location, you can hear some city noise. The staff was very helpful.

Für Istanbul perfekt

Çok geniş, ferah bir odada kaldık. Birçok ihtiyacımız düşünülmüştü. Oldukça memnunduk.

Giriş çıkış kolay, resepsiyon hızlıydı ve ilgiliydi, kapalı otopark çok büyük kolaylık. Belki ufak bir not: kaldığım odadaki mutfak eşyaları çok zengin değildi, cam bardak, şarap kadehi ve çorba kasesi yoktu. Şarap kadehi istedim sağolsunlar hemen getirdiler.

The staff was very friendly. The location was close to bus stations, relatively close to 2 Metro stations and shopping. It was the type of accommodation that we were looking for a large group of several families.

1) For our second unit, they were going to give us an apartment that had some mold on the walls, and when we complained, they were not phased about it. But they were accommodating and moved our second group to a different apartment on a lower floor and eventually to the same floor days later as the first group as we had requested in advance. 2) There was construction, going on next-door, and one of the windows had a gap that we could hear the construction trucks beeping early in the morning, when we complained, the technician came and looked at it, but upon follow-up, they told us that the part had to come from Europe and it would take a long time so wasn’t fixed while we were there. 3) The air conditioning in the kitchen was not working, and when we found out days later, they told us that it would be fixed after the summer for the whole building! 4) the lighting fixtures, and the middle of living room and kitchen. Dining area were too dim and when we asked to get brighter bulbs, they told us that it was as good as it would get, but instead changed the halogen bulbs surrounding the ceiling of both rooms.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, especially Denis in the reception. Good comfort and great value for the money.
