Great location, close to the lava pools. The room was very clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast area is a little small, but that wasn’t really a problem for me, as I spent most of the time out exploring the area rather than staying at the hotel. I would definitely come back again.

The breakfast area is quite small, and there isn’t a very large selection, but for a stay of a few days, it was absolutely fine.

Die Lage zum Meer ist sehr gut, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick

Das Frühstück und auch der Frühstücksraum ist eine Katastrophe. Da hätte ich für diesen Preis was besseres erwartet.

Het hotel is wat gedateerd maar verder netjes. De ontbijtzaal is erg saai en kan wel wat aandacht en aankleding gebruiken.

Hotel is top, een goed bed, goede badkamer, fijn balkon. Heerlijk ontbijt en als je eerder wilt ontbijten zetten ze iets voor je klaar. Tegenover de natuurlijke zwembaden. Jacuzzi en dakterras zijn bij goed weer een aanrader om te ontspannen. Dichtbij de restaurants.

Porto Moniz was rustiger dan verwacht.

Bij de check-in is ons niets verteld over een speciale parkeerkaart. Dat is overigens bij de check-out goed gekomen door een andere medewerker.

Hotel bol kúsok od pláže, hneď blížko boli jazierka na kúpanie. K dispozícii bola vírivka na streche. izby boli pekné, vyzerali ako po rekonštrukcii. Parkovanie bolo za poplatok 5 eur na deň, ale zdarma sa dalo parkovať na ulici po 19 hod, odporučili nám to na recepcii.

Raňajky boli v poriadku, síce každý deň bol ten istý výber, chýbala čerstvá zelenina ale inak to bolo v poriadku.

j'ai moins aimé le petit déjeuner en dehors du fait qu'il était assez simple la salle est un peu petite à mon gout et donne vite une sensation d'être à l'étroit si tout le monde prend son petit déjeuner en même temps.

Wir waren dort zwei Nächte, die Lage war wirklich hervorragend. Der Blick mit Balkon vorne raus super, die Betten sehr bequem und auch das Zimmer an sich sehr sauber. Das Freibad um die Ecke ist eine 10/10.

Das Frühstück war leider ein großer Minuspunkt unseres Aufenthalts. Die Auswahl war sehr überschaubar und insgesamt wirkte alles eher lieblos gestaltet. Besonders störend war jedoch die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum: Obwohl kaum Gäste da waren, hielt sich das Personal dauerhaft direkt am Buffet auf, räumte lautstark Geschirr hin und her und verursachte durch ständiges Tellerklirren viel Unruhe. Zusätzlich grenzt die Küche direkt an den kleinen Frühstücksraum, und leider wurde dort ebenfalls kaum Rücksicht auf die Gäste genommen, sodass ein entspanntes Frühstück kaum möglich war. Sehr negativ aufgefallen ist außerdem, dass übrig gebliebene Brötchen eines anderen Gastes einfach wieder zurück in den Brotkorb gelegt wurden.

Die Lage ist super, ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meeresblick toller Sonnenaufgang. Es war ruhig und angenehm. Die Betten waren für Madeira Verhältnisse sehr gut.

Das Fenster liess sich nicht verriegeln, Der Frühstücksraum ist eine Zumutung, klein und ungemütlich.

Lieliska atrašanās vieta. Ļoti laipns personāls.Ļoti tīrs un svaigs numuriņš. Skaists skats pa logu uz okeānu.Lieliskas brokastis. Blakus veikali ,kafejnīcas. Noteikti palikšu šeit vēl!

Местоположението е чудесно! В близост до вулканичните басейни, до крайбрежието, до ресторанти и кафенета. Закуската е базова, но вкусна.

Das Frühstück war nicht so gut. Die Nahrungsmittel zum Teil einzeln verpackt und es ergab viel Plastikabfall.

De locatie is dichtbij de rock-pools. Maar je zit ook midden in het rumoerige/goedkope vertier. Straatlawaai, slecht scorende fastfood-restaurants. Ongezellige ontbijtzaal/ ontbijt ook heel basic. Harde matrassen waar je de spiralen van in je rug voelt.

La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. Elle dispose d'un balcon avec vue sur les piscines naturelles. La salle de bain est aussi spacieuse et bien équipée. J'ai adoré le jacuzzi en terrasse avec vue dégagée sur la côte. Stationnement aisé sur la place avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Prévoir de la monnaie.

Everything is walking distance, great staff and ocean view.

For the price, the hotel is overpriced if you compare to any other hotel same price, maybe it's because the location which is great, but beyond that it quality doesn't meet price tag, breakfast was also very basic.

Toller Balkon mit traumhafter Sicht auf das Meer und Sonnenaufgänge, tolle Dusche.

Frühstücksraum sehr klein und laut, Bad etwas unpraktisch (keine Seifenablage, beim Öffnen der Türe kann der Duschvorleger nicht liegen, wenig Aufhängemöglichkeiten).

O pequeno almoço é justo a um hotel desta categoria, o parque de estacionamento está perto e é muito útil .

Somente algumas falhas na manutenção ( isto no quarto...) os resguardos da base de duche precisam de reparação pois a agua sai para fora, a torneira do lavatório estava quase a cair.

Um bom serviço e atendimento simpático. O pequeno - almoço foi bom e com variedade de escolha.

O chão do poliban não é o mais adequado. Deveria haver suporte para gel duche e outros produtos.

It was fine, and ok for the money. Light in the bathroom was flickering which was annoying. Decor was a little tired, but it was fine. Breakfast started pretty late at 8 which wasn't great for me, but the breakfast was decent.

Posizione eccezionale proprio di fronte alle piscine naturali. Stanza ampia, arredamento moderno, bagno ampio e un bel terrazzo. Colazione buona. L'unica cosa sarebbe prevedere un ambiente più ampio per la colazione. Eravamo un po' stipati...

Great location, renovated rooms with nice finishes, a comfortable bed, a spacious balcony, a well-stocked minibar, and a large, roomy bathroom.

Downsides: There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room, but when we asked at reception, they gave us a small travel one. The hotel has 3 floors, and if your room is on the ground level, you won’t really be able to relax on the balcony — there’s no privacy, as cafés are right below or across from you. In the morning, you’ll be woken up by the strong smell of frying bacon and eggs, since breakfast is prepared and served on the same floor. There’s no option to borrow an iron for the room — this service is only available for an extra fee (which meant we had to go to dinner in wrinkled clothes). The room keys definitely need an upgrade to electronic ones! The most disappointing part was the receptionist — very unfriendly. It felt like we were uninvited guests in their home. That lack of hospitality left a poor first impression and affected our overall experience at the hotel.

Staff is very helpfull and friendly! Rooms are spacious. Location is amazing, just in front of the natural pools. Breakfast was great, the best we had, but the funny thing about it is that you must cross the street to another "business" or " house " to have it!!!

Location and Hotel staff was superb. The room was good with an amazing view of Ocean. The natural pool was in front of the hotel.

The wedding area was a little congested. But overall room was spacious.

Nice hotel with perfect location.We had a room with view on see side with nice balcony what is even better.Very good breakfast just across the street with direct view on pools. Parking also provided in 100m from hotel. Restaurants and supermarket in 150m range.

Very good location -> close to trekking paths, nice view on the ocean and natural volcano pools. After Your hiking adventure opportunity to relax in the pools is excellent. Good breakfast with variety of dishes is definetely a plus. On top the room was soundproofed perfectly.

Not much, maybe the breakfast in other building is a bit unusuall, but still very close, so not a problem. It is much better stay than You would expect looking at the front of the hotel :).

As I told the staff…, due to work on the building, it was quite noisy at some times.

Excellent location. Staff eager to help. Next to a supermarket and close to city attractions (natural pools, aquarium, viewpoints. Free parking in a close by lot. Towels provided for the natural pool or jacuzzi. Heat available in the room.
