Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Güzel ve temiz bir konaklama yeriydi. Floransa'da gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Floransa'ya tekrar gitsem yine aynı yerde kalırım.
Elektrikli ocakların genel özelliği yavaş ısınmasıdır. Ama tesisteki eski model olduğu için sanki biraz daha yavaş ısınıyor. Bir kere mutfakta kullanmak istemiştik. Biraz vakit almıştı istediğimiz şeyi pişirmek. Yenilerlerse güzel olur. Bunun dışında her şey güzeldi.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Wonderful, clean, and spacious apartment in a great location on a quiet street, yet within walking distance of everything. The host was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and easy to reach with quick responses to all our questions.
We were unlucky to have a refrigerator which didn't get quite cold enough for our drinks and groceries during the warm weather. So we avoided buying groceries which had to stay cold. Hopefully this is fixed for the next guests as is was quite an inconvenience. There were also a few small maintenance items, like a slightly dripping air conditioner and loose shower trim. We didn’t mind this - but it does pull down the overall impression a bit. With this said we had a very nice stay.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The location, apartment itself etc - everything was lovely! The host was friendly and offered to take only the luggage up with an elevator.
The only problem we found was with the AC in our room, it made a horrible noise all night long. And I think the fair point was that we could not understand how to use it as well - whatever button we pressed, it wasn't reacting immediately, nor turning off, nor turning on. It was a mess. :)

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026El apartamento es súper cómodo , amplio , limpio, equipadisimo , aire acondicionado, si se va en verano y ….MUY céntrico , andando acudes al centro de la ciudad , al lado hay un Carrefour express, para alguna falta . La chica que nos atendió es muy muy amable , todo perfectamente explicado en un inglés excelente. Si vas en coche , lo puedes dejar en la zona azul a las afueras que está a máximo 4 min andando . El barrio es uno de los más seguros . Realmente muy recomendable!!!

El apartamento es muy acogedor, limpio y está muy bien cuidado, y nos hemos sentido muy cómodos desde el primer momento. La casa dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia, con una cocina bien equipada que nos ha permitido preparar nuestras comidas y comer tranquilamente en el apartamento. Queremos destacar especialmente el trato de los anfitriones, que han estado en todo momento muy atentos, amables y dispuestos a facilitarnos la estancia. El día de la salida, incluso nos permitieron dejar las maletas en el apartamento hasta la hora de nuestra partida, algo que agradecimos mucho porque pudimos aprovechar nuestras últimas horas en Florencia sin tener que ir cargados con el equipaje. Hemos quedado muy contentos tanto con el apartamento como con el trato recibido. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable y es un alojamiento que recomendamos especialmente para familias. Si volvemos a Florencia, sin duda repetiríamos.

We actually had a terrible experience in Florence due to a mugging, Rachele was incredibly helpful with international phone calls for banking and phone matters, calling taxis for police station and other trips, promptly responding to any queries and requests. The hotel room was quiet, comfortable and well appointed. When we were there Florence was oppressively hot but the AC kept our room comfortable without issue.
It's not a hotel issue per se but the parking situation in Florence is massively expensive. We paid 48 euros per day to park at the nearest parcheggio outside the ZTL, about a 10min walk away. Clarification that we could drive into the ZTL to drop off bags at the hotel upon arrival and have the hotel to clear that with the ZTL authority would have been helpful plus potentially some options that are cheaper than the standard parcheggio rate.

It was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We truly appreciated the complimentary cleaning and towel change which is provided every three days. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Our only tiny remark is that there could be a bit more counter space or shelves for personal belongings, but this didn't affect the comfort of our stay at all. We rate this property very highly!

The apartment is up two flights of stairs ..with a lift from the 1st to the 2nd floor.... no issues with this but good to know for those who have mobility issues ...but no problem for us.

Hot water in the shower was very irregular. It could be warm and suddenly heat up in seconds to burning temperature.
