Immaculately clean. Helpful staff. The TV had the wrong remote control and the male staff member remedied it straightaway.

For a family room it was very small, also we had a room that we had to use stairs for which was quite hard with a toddler.

Laatste dag in Londen moesten we 10£ extra betalen om enkele uurtjes langer te blijven staan op de hotelparking. Dit terwijl we al 20£ voor 2 nachten moesten betalen. Dit had wel inclusief mogen zijn.

We stayed whilst there was a heatwave in the summer, so the Air Conditioning was a plus

Our room was not very spacious for 3 adults. The bathroom was also very small with barely any space to move around and for the price we paid, with an extra £300 for a night, it was quite dissatisfactory. Sadly, I don’t think it was worth the money. We did have to get food outside and brought it back, there wasn’t a fridge in our room so we asked to leave it in the mini fridge at reception till the next morning.

The staff are welcoming and to the point which is amazing after travel, the room itself was perfect for needs and the AC was amazing, the breakfast was perfect.

This hotel has incredible value for money. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and check in was super fast. The room was very clean and had a kettle and very good shower. I was hesitant due to the traffic outside on previous reviews, however if you get places in a forward facing room they give you earplugs which is fantastic, and I slept very well. Commutes in and around the area were very easy, location is amazing. Tube station for central London and frequent buses from a stop about 30 seconds away. Definitely book this hotel!!

Great location , Clean, good decore, 3 very comfy beds and pillows, Air con. Lots of room. Free biscuits, awesome bath and shower ,much needed after watching 21 pilots play in the dusty Victoria Park. Friendly staff nothing to not like tbh.

Kahvaltı iyiydi. Konum harikaydı. 2 metro istasyonuna da çok yakındı. Manor house istasyonunun yaninda 24 saat açık inci süpermarket olmasi büyük avantaj. Oda da kahve için kettle ve kahve olmasi çok iyiydi. Banyo gayet güzeldi.

Bence hersey gayet olmasi gerektiği gibiydi.

A very pleasant stay at the Best Western London Highbury! The hotel is charming and perfectly located between Manor House and Finsbury Park (train and tube) stations, making travel very easy, especially to and from the airports. The view of and proximity to the park are a real plus. The staff is very welcoming, and the value for money is excellent.

A great place for a London stay. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable and there was air conditioning in the room, which was such a relief with this hot weather! It was really handy to be able to park our car at the hotel for the day for an extra £10. The breakfast was very generous too, with a full range of cereals, fruit, salad and yoghurt as well as the usual English breakfast.

Very worn, lift out of order so trecking up four flights every time we left was a process. Walls were so thin we could hear the next door rooms whole conversation

When leaving the receptionist was very friendly. It’s a shame he wasn’t there when we arrived! The shower was great and plenty of towels.

On arrival the receptionist was not particularly friendly, which guests do need after a journey! The beds were quite hard. The local shops and restaurants were a bit grim, though I eventually found a friendly Chinese restaurant.

We had a really enjoyable stay here. The man on reception was very friendly and welcoming, and it was a lovely touch that we were able to check in early. The hotel has on-site parking at a very reasonable price, which was really convenient. Our room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, including tea and coffee facilities and shower gel. The hotel was also nice and quiet, making for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with tube stations close by, making it easy to get around. The other staff members were also friendly, chatty and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was sufficient and we left feeling full. There could perhaps have been a little more choice of fresh pastries or pancakes, but overall there was enough to set us up for the day. Overall, a lovely stay with friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient parking and a great location. We would happily stay again.

The rooms facing the highway are noisy and it shakes for a second everyone a vehicle passes.

Leuk, klein hotelletje op een ideale locatie om Londen te verkennen. Het is simpel maar heel proper, met super vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt stelt ook niet zoveel voor, maar opnieuw : netjes verzorgd met een hele lieve dame. Dit is dus eigenlijk heel erg in lijn met de prijs die we ervoor betaald hebben, tijdens een citytrip verblijf je toch niet vaak in de kamer dus voldeed perfect. Metro Manor House ligt op een kleine 10 minuutjes van het hotel, ideaal.

Het is een heel basic hotelletje, daar moet je rekening mee houden, maar perfect in deze prijscategorie.

Le personnel est trés gentil. Le fait qu'il y ait quelqu'un à la réception 24h/24. La chambre était prête à notre arrivée vers 09h00-10h00. Notre chambre donnait côté parking donc calme. La chambre était propre et les équipements suffisants (bouilloire, thé, café, biscuits...). Beaucoup de prises. Arrêt de bus à proximité ainsi que 2 arrêts de métro. Pas mal de commerces en allant à Finsbury Park.

Notre chambre était à l'avant vers la rue et le bruit de la rue était assez désagréable. Le bâtiment tremble un pey quand des camions passent. Si je retourne, j éxigérai une chambre à l'arrière

We occupied two rooms. One of the rooms had the water tank/heater in it which was horribly noisy anytime anyone was using water in the toilet. This was horrible

The hotel is convenient for a work location. There was on site parking which helps. My room was a tight single room which was fine but in the heat of this summer and no working air con unit it was a tad warm…the cool showers were definitely needed. Staff were polite, helpful and a credit to the hotel.

It was good value but the air con unit wasn’t working which was a shame.

Perfect location for us - out of the busy area but close enough to walk in. We were visiting for an Arsenal match and the ground was 35mins walk, which suited us fine. Easy to get to on underground

Room was on the small side, and we been staying longer we might have benefitted from a larger room, but for a quick weekend visit it was fine.

We had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay here again. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and everything was very clean throughout our stay. The hotel itself is quite dated and could definitely benefit from some refurbishment. A fresh coat of paint, removing the carpets and replacing some of the worn flooring would make a big difference. That being said, while the hotel may look a little tired, it is very well kept and exceptionally clean, which is much more important to us. The excellent service from the staff really stood out and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a lovely stay and well deserving of 5 stars.

As a hotel this location is very convenient especially because they have a safe car park however....I received a leg full of bed bug bites for my one night stay. Having informed them and also Best Western Head office I have had no response. I don`t know how many other people will have stayed in room 409 since the 1st of August but I hope none.

I would have hoped for a speedy and reassuring response from anyone at Best Western Highbury but I have not had any contact from them. The Best Western head office had mentioned they would follow up with the Hotel and asked me to allow them one week to get back to me. I have still not heard anything.

Its location is amazing! Sandwiched between Manor House and Finsbury Park station. I was also able to check in early which was a huge bonus. All the staff I came across were friendly and welcoming.

The location was fine. It was good to have a lift rather than trudge upstairs with luggage. The bathroom was very clean & the aircon excellent.

The “king” room was tiny! Ok for one person but any more & it made moving around difficult. No room to open suitcases. The accessories were shabby, bed & pillows not comfortable & house keeping average, bins not emptied, toilet rolls not replaced. The staff were in general distant, not friendly but would help if asked. In short, I would not bother staying there again

Good location, with a park right across the road, and within a comfortable walking distance of food and transport. The shower was superb, and the air conditioning was a god send during the time we were there. The car park to the rear of the hotel was also a bonus.The staff too were polite and very helpful.

The decor in the rooms and the dining room is a little dated, and they could do with a little more sound proofing between floors, but it didnt negatively impact our stay.

L’emplacement est très bien face à Filsbury Park et a environ 1/2h du centre e Londres. Arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel ou station de métro à 5mn à pied. Petits déjeuners copieux et variés. Personnel très sympathique et arrangeant. Chambre simple mais propres.

Les salles de bains très petites et il manque de quoi poser les affaires : trousse de toilettes, vêtements… Toilettes dans la salle de bain et lavabo petits en hauteur et pas pratiques.

I had a very pleasant three-night stay at the Best Western London Highbury Hotel. The room was comfortable, quiet and impeccably clean, with an excellent air-conditioning system and a very comfortable bed. All the facilities worked well, and the staff were welcoming and professional. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, with a generous variety of fresh, good-quality food. Everything I tried was well prepared, and the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is close to the beautiful Finsbury Park, which is well worth visiting. The Underground station is approximately a five-minute walk away, making it reasonably convenient for travelling around London. The overall experience was very positive, and I would happily stay here again.

Estava sempre limpo, e colocavam cafés e chás e sache todos os dias pra podermos tomar pela manhã, mesmo nós não termos pegado café da manhã incluso. A equipe foi super atenciosa, sempre tirando nossas dúvidas. E o hotel fica pertíssimo da estação de trem e tem parada de onibus praticamente em frente. Com certeza retornaremos.

The room was nice. The bathroom was good. The man at the front desk was lovely.

Breakfast was not very good. Hash browns were dry and a felt a few days old. Bread was also a bit dry like left out for a day.

We spent five days in London on vacation and, by chance, booked our stay at the Best Western London Highbury Hotel. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to both Tube and bus stops, while the area itself is quiet and peaceful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Our room was clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout our stay. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. I would love to return in the future, and I will certainly consider staying at this fantastic hotel again. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Booked on Tuesday for a Friday night. Single room was described as cosy but was quite big enough. Room was clean and well maintained, bed comfortable. Road noise was quite loud but not enough to stop me sleeping. Breakfast buffet was served from 7-10 and had plenty of choice of reasonable quality food.

Car park and EV charging point are available. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Best location in North London.

Almost directly opposite a bus stop and a short walk from Finsbury Park train station. The staff were friendly. The air conditioning was great.

We were in Londo for a concert and tbh was really worried about the heat.This hotel was a gem of a find.The room had everything we needed including air conditioning The staff was super friendly and couldn't do enough.Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.You can get a bus across the road for the stadium and there were two underground stations Manor Housr and Finsbury Park.The first MH was closer only a 3 min walk.Finsbury Park was 10 mins away walk wise.You won't be disappointed with rhis hotel.We will definitely be back.Thank you everyone for making this stay a good one.

Great staff. So friendly and accommodating. Great location with a tube station that takes you into London a short walk away. Nice cooked buffet breakfast. No restaurant but we got a delivery.

It would be nice to have a seating area outside the front of the hotel on the patio. Maybe some benches as there is nowhere to relax outside.

This is a gem of a find.The staff are super friendly and so helpful..The room had everything we needed.It was a king room with tea/coffee making facilities and to our surprise had air conditioning which was a blessing jn the current high temperatures.It was spotlessly clean.with clean towels every day.Breakfast was delicious with choices of a full breakfast or a continental one.We were going to a concert at the Tottenham stadium and had the choice of local buses just outside the door of the hotel and 2 underground stations Finsbury Park or Manor house.(closer 3 minutes walk).I will definitely be using this hotel again.

We were promised there are hoppa buses but it was not. Another bus driver was kind enough to drop us but it was at some distance. We had to some how mange to get four suit cases in the hotel. I went to a concert at Finsbury park. You can see the stage from the front door. It's worth paying s little extra to be so close. Room was alright and fairly clean. Breakfast was what you would expect. Staff friendly enough

I don't like that the price was twice as much as a day either side of the day of the concert.
