Had to go to a smoking area on side of bldg. - should be able to sit outside the room

Sink plug wouldn't pop back up. Couldn't drain water. Air conditioner controller did not have batteries.

Like worst scenario case ever

There booking I've booked but on a day I needed and they didn't had a room and it automatically skipped to next day I asked for refund and they didn't give so that's my worst experience ever and I paid like 600 bucks so shit

the staff were super accommodating and helpful. There was a large towel rack in the bathroom. There was a safe, covered place for me to store and charge my bike. There is a guest laundry facility if needed (it's marked 'Gym' on the sign but it's not a gym)

the walking path between the lobby and the far end of the building is blocked by big planters. I don't know it this is intentional to keep people off the walkway between the lobby and the far end of the building - but - without the walkway you are forced to walk in the parking lot. My sink was plugged, i left a note but I think the worker didn't speak enough English to get the sink unplugged.

Wonderful, kind, and very helpful staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Everything was exceptional and have nothing bad to say. Don’t normally write reviews, but this place was a lot better than those high end, I own everything monopoly establishments. Anyways, there you go.

The location is good distance to downtown, quiet. We did not expect much as it looked like just a rest stop because of the photos online, but it is one of the best low-cost hotel we've stayed so far. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, room temperature is easy to adjust to our liking. Our room was at the 4th level so the feeling of waking up to a beautiful mountain view is just so amazing. Great shower, clean & updated washrooms. The continental breakfast is thoughtful. And most importantly the staff are just extremely accomodating and friendly. Asela and the lady at the front desk, i forgot her name but it starts with T, they are really helpful with the things we needed,and they answered our inquiries so patiently, there was no internet as when we first arrived, and they gave us information on where to go , phone number of taxi so we could go to where we needed to go, they even recommended places for food and groceries. Thankfully internet was restored 5 hours after we arrived. This place is also really close to a small hike for a better view, called Wolves Viewpoint

We had a very short stay. When we arrived they were having computer issues and handled it extremely well. There is a display of travel size necessities should you have forgotten something. Breakfast consists of cereal, bread/toast, yogurt, cereal, pop tarts, coffee, tea, and bars ... potentially more. Beds were made impeccably (not important to me but it did raise the esthetic), toaster, coffee, tea, bar fridge, blow dryer, and a few toiletries.

Die Nähe zur Bahn und Straße mit Zweifachverglasung und der kontinuierlich laut brummende Kühlschrank. Trotz Ohropax in beiden Ohren konnten wir kaum schlafen :-(

Great smiles and a big hello. The room was on the second floor. It was a great room with a nice view . The fridge kept my food nice and cold and I also had a coffee maker. The breakfast was just what I needed first thing in the AM. Great coffee, fruit cups, toaster and lots of snacks. The manager and his wife were great in a wonderful " Welcome" when you walked in. Too much big furniture in the room. Bed was very uncomfortable, everything seemed old. Barely any kitchen wear, only had a microwave, toaster oven, and a burner.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. It was by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. It was quiet. Very comfortable.

This is a very basic hotel. No exercise room. Breakfast was very basic. Toast, cereal, yogourt. Coffee was good. Beds were too soft.

They advertised free breakfast included , but they said that the supplies never came in.. which was false advertisement, like there are stores everywhere here.. we traveled along way and don't want to have to get up to go look for breakfast..we were disappointed..because we liked the little set up they had..

The staff were very sweet and helpful. They put me on the top floor for safety and quiet and gave me suggestions on where to eat and where to walk. My flight was canceled and they let me check in early plus had a airport shuttle
