Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Very clean, special request for extra blankets for the pull out couch was accommodated, the dove products were a nice surprise to see in the bathroom, very quiet, breakfast had lots of options and was very good.
Overall it was really a great stay, I just personally didn't find the mattresses very comfortable and under the little dove tripple dispenser in the shower had some red mildewy stuff that I noticed when taking a bath.

Being told right as I walk on my room wasn't ready I was a little early for check but had a wedding to attend at 3pm. I asked the front desk to check on the room to see if it was available we waited like 10 minutes and it was. I got woken up at 2am by paper being put under my door it was my receipt!?? Never had that happen before.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Breakfast was very restrictive, with not many choices> It was difficult to find anything to eat for people who are vegetarians or those who do not eat pork, as pork products were served
Poor breakfast choices, as well as being unable to provide the shuttle when they indicated there was a shuttle to the airport. This was not the first time I got cheated out of shuttle services. I have learned my lessons

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026The hotel communicated efficiently and effectively before our visit from the UK. The airport pick up was seamless. Thank you to Sue on the front desk and to Paul our driver. I had a relaxing swim in the heated pool at 07.00h. The breakfast was very good indeed with a wide variety of food, including a delicious fresh fruit salad and a perfectly cooked omelette. Jessia introduced me to the pancake machine which was intriguing for me as a British person! Good quality yoghurts and a choice of warm breakfast pastries or muffins were a bonus. It was all attractive, delicious and tempting. A great start to our day! The hotel is welcoming, clean and spacious.and we shall stay there on our next visit. Thank you.
A slight hiccup reported about the room was dealt with immediately and professionally. Thank you.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026- Had very low expectations of the breakfast cause passed experiences at different hotels, but the breakfast was awsome me and my wife loved the food and seating, staff was very nice - room was nice spacious and clean, bathroom is a big thing for me and it was clean and had good space for all our things -location was nice and close to the airport Overall the hotel was great value for the money I have nothing bad to say but if I was being super picky I'd say maybe more equipment in the gym cause there isent really much to do any strength training on the cardio aspect its fine
