An appartment was in walking distance to train station and close to city center. Room was clean and basic. Nights were little noisy since the noise of trains could be heard. Neighborhood is silent otherwise. Self check in is easy. Overall good

Heating was permanently on in the whole building including apartment, unable to turn off, even though it was 30 degrees. Insane. Poorly cleaned, hair everywhere in the bathroom.

La struttura richiederebbe più manutenzione: servizi igienici, porte, arredamento sono vecchi e rovinati. Pulizia accettabile ma a tratti poco accurata (ad es., polvere e ragnatele). Stanza molto calda e priva di aria condizionata. Nel complesso, accettabile ma molto poco accogliente.

Unica nota positiva: la posizione centralissima vicino alla stazione e a tutti i servizi

Un buco di camera puzzolente e caldissima. No aria condizionata, solo un piccolo ventilatore che faceva più rumore che spostare l’aria. Il frigorifero faceva un rumore tremendo ed ho dovuto spegnerlo. Il bagno praticamente al buio. Prezzo esorbitante

Facilities

No air conditioning. It was hot but a fan was provided and the window opens and the neighbourhood was quiet. Useful to have had some coffee available. Stay does not come with a transport pass.

You get what you pay for - significantly cheaper than the rest, but feels like a student dorm

No AC, although as it’s not a hotel but apartments this an overall Swiss (European) issue. Prepare to get cooked if there is a heatwave (like I did). The fan in the room does the bare minimum.

We had an overall pleasant stay, the studio appartement was clean and tidy, we enjoyed beautiful views from the balcony, excellent location in a calm area, not far from the train station and near a vibrant street (Grancy), also the check in process was smooth. Very good value for a few days stay.

The main entrance is not accessible, because of the high step by the main door, it could be better if a small ramp is added, especially for visitors with a stroller or with special needs. We noticed a heat source from the floor, please check if maybe the floor heating system is left on during the summer!

The aprt was clean, safe, however it missing a pan for coocking, overall I rate it 3,5/5

Κοντά στο σταθμό του τρένου και τις συγκοινωνίες και σε μαγαζιά.

Επισκεφθήκαμε το κατάλυμα Αύγουστο. Η εξωτερική πλευρά του δωματίου είναι ένα ημικύκλιο από τζάμι. Δεν έχει εξωτερικά παράθυρα ούτε περσίδες, αλλά μόνο λευκές κουρτίνες. Τις απογευματινές ώρες γίνεται θερμοκήπιο και μπορεί κάποιος να κάνει σάουνα. Έχει ένα ανεμιστήρα που προσφέρει ελάχιστη έως καθόλου δροσιά.( Στην Ελλάδα δεν υπάρχει ενοικιαζόμενο δωμάτιο χωρίς aircondition ). Επίσης για τον χειμώνα δεν γνωρίζω αν υπάρχει τρόπος θέρμανσης. Θα ξαναπήγαινα μόνο άνοιξη ή φθινόπωρο και αφού πρώτα έχω συμβουλευθεί την μετεωρολογική υπηρεσία.

Horrible ! On etait au 4 eme etage chambre 404 une fournaise !!!37 degres ds la chambre !!! On y a passé que 2 nuits !!aucune climatisation ! Je vous ai appelé a minuit et demi... aucune suite n a ete donnée !!! On a payé pour rien. On a était dans un autre hôtel

Bonne literie, emplacement.

Tout se faisant avec un code d'accès à 6 chiffres, entrée dans l'immeuble et dans la chambre, impossibilité de pénétrer avant l'heure, aucun contact avec qui que soit, tout se fait pas internet et en anglais, ton comminatoire : il vous reste 15 mn pour quitter l'immeuble, on a connu mieux comme relation client. Le garage, payant, reste ouvert une partie de la journée et la porte entre le garage et les chambres ouverte (par les employées) aussi pendant 4 à 6 heures dans la journée, ce qui fait que n'importe qui peut entrer, question sécurité on a connu mieux. Les double rideaux occultants (chambre E001) coulissent très, très difficilement. Le lundi 10 août le remplacement d'un frigo dans la chambre E004 a obligé notre fille à se lever alors qu'elle n'a pas été prévenue à l'avance de ce changement, une employée a même pénétré dans sa chambre (sur le pas de la porte) pour la prévenir. Je ne sais pas ce qu'il en est de la loi Suisse, mais en France il est interdit de pénétrer dans un lieu loué sans l'autorisation préalable du locataire.

The apartment smells like old man. Was quite disgusting.

We liked that the apartment was so well equipped, and it was so clean. And we also liked how easy it was to check in and check out.

Ubicación. Conseguimos que nos cambiaran de apartamento cuando lo solicitamos por la insoportable temperatura de esa noche.

No tiene aire acondicionado. Nos tocó ola de calor y el calor en el apartamento era insoportable. De noche era imposible dormir.

We were provided a fan which helped cool down the room. The balcony also provided some wind at night.

The room was incredibly hot, which made sense since there was a heatwave going on. But the room was almost impossible to vent or cool down. Also the bathroom tiles were always hot, as if floor heating was turned on.

La localisation, l’accès par code était simple, la vue +++, qualité de la literie

Mauvaise surprise : une mauvaise odeur s’échappe de l’évier qui envahissait la totalité du logement, c’était pestilentiel. De plus il faisait une chaleur intenable par temps de canicule, sans volet sur un bow window pour se protéger de la chaleur. Le ventilateur faisait beaucoup de bruit et était très poussiéreux. Le sommeil était très compliqué avec impossibilité de faire descendre la température la nuit.

Easy self check in with access code, 10 min walk from the train station, bed was comfortable enough. I am grateful that they provided a fan because it was very hot during my stay and the room had no air circulation from outside at all so it was much hotter inside than outside

Fan was very dusty, bathroom soap dispenser was broken and the curtains came off the brackets when I first tried to open them, so small details needed attention but overall mostly fine

The location is close to the trainstation

It was really dirty everywhere, there where hairs in the shower, the room smelled after cold cigarette smoke and in the bathroom after sewerage. there where strange people in the street who followed us. For this money its absolutely the worst hotel ever

Clean, functionnal and equipped, nice location, comfortable, easy to enter and access the room with keypad, the view was pretty from my studio.

They refused to provide the Lausanne Transport card despite the fact that we pay the city/tourist tax, and this service/offer is for anyone paying it. They even lied about how i am supposedly paying a lower city tax that does not include it, which is just not true. And the card can be a qr code so not even a problem of having staff on site or anything. This is a bit shady, it might indicate they are not declaring the guests/city tax? And this card is basically a very easy way to make your clients happy, I really dont get why they would not provide it!? This is the main reason (especially the trying to lie to me on an information i can easily verify...) I'm giving a lower rating, as otherwise the studio was actually quite nice, especially for the price i got. Other than that, it's one of those places with nobody on site, which some people might have issue with.

No tea or coffee. The price was a bit high for what we got even for Swiss standards, but other than that it was a comfortable stay

I liked that you can check in on your own. I really liked the quiet and beautiful area. From the window you can see the mountains and the lake!

The ventilator in the room didn't help much in the heat. Once a cockroach crawled on the ceiling. I think it's from the street. I also don't like synthetic bedding, but I understand that it's in almost all hotels.

La climatisation .

The structure is in an excellent location, close to the main train station (Lausanne-Gare), and being situated in a residential neighborhood, there is no outside noise. The view of Lake Geneva from the fourth floor is absolutely stunning. The value for money is excellent compared to other accommodation options in Lausanne. The property also offers Wi-Fi and a small but functional kitchenette.

The property is not equipped with air conditioning, so keep this in mind if you are planning to stay during the hottest summer months. When I arrived, the bathroom was not clean: the shower had green stains, and the sink was clogged and therefore unusable. The sink issue was only resolved the day after my check-in, so I had to use the kitchenette sink to wash myself. I requested a room change, which was initially approved by customer service over the phone, but the alternative room had mold in the bathroom and smelled strongly of dampness throughout. I therefore decided to keep my original room, as it seemed to be the less problematic of the two rooms. Not all of the housekeeping staff speak English, and it is quite rare to find someone from the staff on site if you need immediate assistance. The bed linen is made of a rather rough and heavy cotton, which I did not find particularly comfortable. Finally, the hair conditioner provided was completely dried out—probably because it was very old—and I could not use it because it would not come out of the bottle.

Son emplacement, la tranquillité et la vue magnifique sur le lac

Très compliqué pour la communication. Suite à un petit problème (données informatiques perdues suite à un bug) j’ai appelé au numéro indiqué mais hélas seul l’anglais était parlé et je ne comprends pas cette langue. Heureusement, un très charmant locataire de l’immeuble a pu me dépanner sinon je ne sais pas si j’aurais pu y séjourner. À ce niveau un vrai désastre.

Il n'y a aucune intimité. Si on ouvre le rideau, tous les passants peuvent nous voir, et si on le ferme, on ne voit absolument rien. Il n'y a pas d'éclairage. Le carrelage de la douche est cassé et je me suis légèrement coupé le doigt à cause du manque d'entretien.

Très bon emplacement. Très propre, facile d'accès, lit confortable.

Il faut se faire au bruit des trains mais on devait laisser les fenêtres ouvertes due à la chaleur. Avec fenêtre fermé cela ne posera pas problème je crois.

The location was very convenient close to the station and both the lake and the city center. A quiet neighborhood with nice restaurants and coffee shops.

1)The room offered a good coffee machine without providing coffee beans. That was making the coffee machine useless. 2) You could consider adding a fan or an air conditioner for the summer season. Because its getting quite warm in Switzerland

6月份，天氣很熱，房間很熱很熱，附上的風扇風力很小，起不了作用，不管白天還是晚上都像在烤箱裡面，怕熱的人請多加考慮！

Locația este amplasată într-un cartie extrem de liniștit, cochet și elegant. Curățenie exemplară în apartament, așternuturi și prosoape foarte curate, bucătărie dotată cu toate facilitățile.

Se vinde altă cameră decât cea din imagine, lipsesc noptierele, chiuveta la baie era înfundată, lipseau becuri din tavan, lipsește aerul condiționat - un handicap major în perioada estivală. Săpun absent, deși în poză apare, baia luminată sumar fără fereastră. Apartamentul a fost frumos în tecut, dar are nevoie urgentă de împrospătare.

The location is very nice and we had a beautiful view over the lake from our little balcony.

The customer service is very unfriendly. I was in touch to arrange a cot for our son, which costs CHF45. In my view this is quite disproportionate given the overall price of the accomodation. When I asked if they could break down the price for me I only got very unpolite answers. Later I was in touch again as I didn't manage to open the link for self check-in, and again the person helping me was very unfriendly and grumpy. While the apartment was convenient and had everything we needed, it was really not very clean. There was a lot of dust, and some things had clearly not been cleaned for a while.

The location is great with easy access from the train station, and various grocery stores in close proximity. There were various washing machines and dryers, so never had a problem with washing.

Unclear cleaning schedule. Cleaning crew removed all towels various times, without leaving clean ones. The floor wasn't cleaned very well, it wot washed, and sometimes not even vacuumed. All contact with the host was via email, as they are not on location, and they passed on the complaints to the cleaning crew, but nothing much changed.
