This is a chain and we wont stay at the chain again, we have experienced two B&Bs on this trip. The room had air con but it didn't work so sleeping was not really on the cards as it was stuffy. Open a window and your overcome with street noise. So if you want to just dump your luggage and not sleep, then its okay for this but sleep without aircon in such a small room, no chance. bathroom better size than the last B&B experience but still very small. very 80s look in decor too. Not one for the holiday album

The hotel was nice but they do not have free parking. Parking was more expensive than what they have listed on Expedia. Short walk to the city centre.

La chambre était correcte, propre. Seul bemol la chaleur dans la chambre.!!! La climatisation ne fonctionne pas donc nous avons très mal dormi.

Hôtel irréprochable. Mais la réservation via : hôtel.com très décevant Le montant de la réservation a été débité,et à l’hôtel j’ai repayer le séjour. Et pour se faire rembourser ,une galère avec une perte de plus de 20 euro

Accueil impeccable ; Choix petit-déjeuner correct pour un 2* ; Forfait parking en partenariat avec Effia Gare de Reims très appréciable ; A moins de 15mn du Centre ville. La ville est magnifiquement décorée et illuminée pour les fêtes de fin d'année. Spectacle son et lumière magnifique sur la Cathédrale. Il y a de très bons restaurants avec des produits régionaux souvent cuisinés maison mais la gamme de prix est plutôt élevée voire très haut de gamme. Difficile de trouver une restauration à des prix raisonnables. En négatif, à l'hôtel, la douche fuyait : pas de joint entre la pomme de douche et le tuyau ; support de douche mi-hauteur positionné sur le mauvais mur car pas de panneau de douche fermant intégralement, donc espace sanitaire trempé ; interrogation sur la bonne application de la norme sécurité de cette installation car le robinet est à l'opposé du support mi-hauteur de douche : on est "coincé" entre le mur du fond et le tuyau avec le diffuseur de gel à l'autre bout de l'espace douche. Donc installation peu logique voire dangereuse. Couette de lit trop petite pour 2 personnes : apparait bordé quand on entre dans la chambre mais de l'autre côté du lit, la couette est juste au bord du matelas. Il a fallu refaire le lit pour répartir la couette qui n'avait d'ailleurs quasiment pas de retombée. Couette très chaude par ailleurs. Des photos de ces petits soucis ont été prises. Plus subjectif : matelas beaucoup trop ferme, limite pas confortable.

Chambre très opérationnelle. Propre. Personnel aimable et attentif. Petit déjeuner au rdv. Hôtel à 3 minutes de la gare. Mais mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre. Proximité de la rue (bruits des voitures et voix de personnes parlant forts dans la rue la nuit peuvent perturber le sommeil)

Hotel situe pres de la gare sncf et du centre Erlon. Impossible de circuler autour du lit, trop grand pour la chambre.

Pas de parking a l'hôtel, il faut se garer dans la rue avec parking payant. Le ménage n'est pas bien fait et alèse du lit pas propre. Socle pour pomeau de douche cassé.

Fint hotell, og grei pris. Men, når man haker av for parkering er det for meg naturlig at det er ved hotellet. Her var det i ett parkeringshus ett stykke opp i gaten. Tungvindt når man kjører motorsykkel. Resepsjonisten kunne heller ikke forklare skikkelig hvor det var, så vi virret rundt litt. Hun burde lært seg mer engelsk med den jobben.

Problem med check ind ( kunne ikke finde min reservation og der taltes kun fransk i receptionen) . Afløb fra håndvask var stoppet, blev ikke udbedret selvom der blev gjort opmærksom på problemet ved ankomst ( vi havde 2 overnatninger). Morgenmaden var elendig, flute så tørt at man kunne knække tænderne på det. Rengøringen efterlod kun 1 håndklæde til trods for at vi er 2 personer , så måtte igen i receptionen hvor de ikke forstår andet end fransk og få et håndklæde.

Great hotel near the center of Reims. Breakfast was good, room was oké, barhroom very small. Downside was parking, tou had to park in a street nearby. Luckily we forums a spot at 100 meter from hotel. You only can pay for max 5,5 hours

Séjour suffisant pour un voyage d'affaire. C'était bruyant. Petit déjeuner correct. Pas de sèche cheveux dans les chambres, il faut en demander un à l'accueil, c'est contraignant.

Le personnel est agréable et sympathique mais la chambre donnant sur la rue est très bruyante et mal insonorisée.

Bonjour, Lors de notre arrivée dans la chambre nous avons inspecté la literie une punaise de lit morte se trouvait en dessous du matelas. Nous nous sommes rendu à l'accueil, une hôtesse est venue dans la chambre pour constater le problème. Celle ci nous en a donné une autre. Donc assez déçus de la qualité des services.

La prochaine fois nous essayerons d'avoir une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue. Assez bruyante le matin avec des arrivées ou des départs de cars et nous avons l' habitude d entrouvrir la fenêtre la nuit.... Sinon l hôtel était très bien et à proximité du centre ville. La jeune femme à l accueil très aimable et pro.

This is a good budget hotel, although the local area seemed a little 'rough'. There was no hotel parking, we had to find a place on the street.

J'ai payé le 2 juillet 106€ pour un séjour pour le 14 juillet 2 personnes 2 petit-déjeuner et 2 taxes de séjours. Le jour du séjour j'ai modifié mon séjour avec 1 personne un seul petit-déjeuner et 1 taxe de séjour. Je demande le remboursement de la différence en appelant votre service reclamation. On me réponds que ce n'est pas possible. Pourriez-vous m'expliquer pourquoi ce n'est pas possible de rembourser ? Cordialement

La chambre est mal isolée phoniquement avec l'extérieur. Mon sommeil à été très perturbé.

pas de produit dans la douche on préviens mais rien n'est fait. Arrivée au petit-déjeuner plus rien, en premier on nous dit que nous ne sommes pas inscrit pour celui-ci alors que la facture le précise puis on nous dit que nous pouvons allez ailleurs. Salle, aucune table de débarrassées.

Ontzettend harde bedden en slappe kussens. Parkeerplaatsen niet bij hotel maar in algemene parkeergarage van centraal station en dus moeten betalen bij aankomst voor 72 uur.

Etape sur le trajet des vacances, l'hôtel est bien situé pour une visite de la ville mais le parking reste un problème majeur

Hotel in sehr guter Lage zum Zentrum, das sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Zimmer sind ruhig und klimatisiert. Fernsehen leider nur französische Sender, aber unwichtig wer nur ein Bett zum Schlafen braucht und tagsüber unterwegs ist. Ansonsten Zimmer praktisch, allerdings für Gepäck zu Zweit fast zu klein, wie auch das Bad nur von einer Person nutzbar. Bei kurzem Aufenthalt absolut vertretbar. Das Bett empfanden wir als bequem wie auch die Kissen. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Das Personal ist jung, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Hotel wieder besuchen.

Séjour convenable. Le seul bémol concerne le bruit de la rue et des trains en circulation. Le passage des trains fait vibrer le mobilier de la chambre.

Hôtel moyen, propreté laissant à désirer : poils dans le lavabo de la salle de bains et sur le meuble de salle de bains + traces jaunâtres non nettoyées, traces sur la porte de la salle de bains (coulures); Vraiment pas agréable à découvrir quand on arrive dans une chambre. le seul souci et doute que J'ai: j'avais loué pour 2 nuits et la chambre n'a pas été faite entre les 2 nuitées , est-ce normal? est-ce la politique de la maison? J'ai dû descendre à la réception demander 2 serviettes propres car je les avais laissées dans la douche pour qu'elles soient changées. on me les a agréablement fournies.

Arrived early hours of the morning and receptionist let us park in the loading area at the front of the hotel. Clean comfortable stay

Did not process pre-payment from Orbitz, did not recognize Orbitz as a vendor, charged me a second time for hotel rooms that were pre-paid, extremely frustrating experience, spent whole holiday trying to get refund from Orbitz. Very limited English speaking staff, although the website markets it. Do not stay, not worth the hassle.

It was in a great location, staff was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay

Air conditioning was outstanding during the heatwave.

Value B&B, breakfast was sufficent for our stay. Fridge in the room would of been great, think that is the only thing we missed. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and tidy. A short walk from the town centre.

The hotel met our expectations for a B&B hotel and hence the score. Staff were helpful with our enquiries. The hotel has car parking and was well positioned for walking into Reims.

It was quite small but suited our needs. Pillows very uncomfortable.

The hotel is basic, with not even a separate bar of soap for the sink (you can use the hair/body gel from the shower, which is conveniently accessible in the small bathroom). The breakfast was pretty sparse, especially for a French hotel. BUT the room was quiet and the bed comfortable, and the location right next to the train station is very convenient--they will store your luggage for you if you arrive early on your checkin day. The rooms don't have keys, you just get an access code, which is also your Wi-Fi access code. Recommended if you are looking for a place to get a good night's sleep without worrying about luxury.

Good stay

Very convenient budget hotel steps away from the main train station in Reims. Very close walking distance to the main square of restaurants and shops. Small, but functional rooms. Difficult to regulate the temperature upon arrival (air conditioning takes a LONG time to cool the room), but the window does open. However, if you're room faces the street and not the train tracks, it's likely that smoke will billow in from below. The noise of the trains rumbling through was minimal. The breakfast was sufficient to get your day started.

The hotel is in a hreat location. 5 minutes walk to train station. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and served from 5-10 am. The rooms are basic with few amenities, but overall the hotel is a good value.

No frills - Small, stuffy room with minimal facilities- including rationed toilet roll! Reasonable breakfast.

Appears to be a fairly new hotel, and as such, everything in the room was in good condition and fully functional. Room is fairly basic and very clean. Furniture is of good quality, and the bed was very comfortable. A little more storage space would be nice, especially if one is staying more than just a couple of nights. For my 1 night, there was plenty. Bathroom is small and basic, but has a nice shower. Based on my experience, room size is typical for French hotels, meaning it’s small compared to American hotels, but the size was fine for me. Breakfast was very good with some hot selections as well - good value for the price. The small staff at the hotel were all very nice, and someone was always around that spoke English - which was good as I don’t really speak French. Very coveneniently located to the train station, although on the opposite side from the town center. However, it is a short and easy walk to get to a very nice selection of restaurants, bars, and shops.

Expedia did not inform the hotel about our stay and we were locked out till late afternoon. Hotel Staff did not speak English and Expedia staff did not speak French. Expedia France finally resolved it. Rough day.

Very short stay but we would like to go back for longer. Small area for unloading car, but secure parking nearby. Staff very helpful. Room small but very well designed. Breakfast excellent.

We extended our stay by an extra night in Reims and had been staying in another hotel. We checked into the B&B Hotel Reims as it was beside the hotel and fantastic value. For what we paid, this hotel was great. Rooms are basic, but big and all in all pretty clean (can't really complain), staff friendly and helpful. Location is great too, to get to train station and 5min walk to heart of town. Felt safe walking to and from hotel into town, although neighbouring park I would avoid late at night.

I was staying here for a single night - as I was arriving and departing by train the location was ideal for me, walking out of the back of the station made it less than five minutes to the hotel. The room I had was simple, don’t expect any frills here, but a bed, desk and shower room were all I needed (the tv was also there, but I didn’t use it so can’t comment on the choices). The breakfast was simple, but again was suitable for what I needed. There was some noise from other guests but nothing too disturbing. Also the WiFi worked well. It’s worth noting that there wasn’t a lot in the way of options for places to eat, but the town centre is only a 10 minute walk away.

Basic room with all you need. Comfortable bed. Close to the centre of town, Cathedral, etc. Some train noise and vibration but this did not disturb our sleep (seemed to stop during most of the night). There is a couple of free parking spots at the front of the hotel. Overall good value for money.

This is a Basic hotel, near the train station, which provides a clean room to sleep in, but almost No amenities. If you are aware of this, you get good value for a reasonable rate. This is Not like a typical B&B in a welcoming Home.

The B&B Hotel in Reims is modern, comfortable, clean and very good value for money. It is only 100 metres or so from the station, so the location is excellent if you are travelling by train. There's not much in the way of appealing dining options (or anything else) in the immediate vicinity but Reims main pedestrian street is only a five minute walk away on the other side of the station. The disappointing thing about our stay was the computer system was down when we arrived and we could not be issued with our room key until it was up and running again. So we had to go and amuse ourselves in the city centre for a few hours. It didn't matter that much because we had lunch and visited a museum but I would have thought that even if the computer system goes down it should still be possible to give guests access to their rooms rather than send them packing for a few hours.

The hotel was very clean and the words that comes to mind are "very adequate." The experience is one of minimal contact with people which can be good. It is set up quite logically. The room was clean and "adequate." No frills here but bid was comfortable, the room clean and located next to the train station.

Nice basic hotel. We had small double room. Right next to train station, and trains do slightly shake the building as they come by, but wasn't a huge deal to us. Easy walk to the city centre and cathedral. About 15 mind walk to cathedral. Parking is at the train car park up the street, about 8.5 euro per night through the hotel, 10 euro otherwise. Small grocery store nearby. Nice city, do the champagne caves!

This hotel was perfectly located - we arrived by train, which was only a few metres from the hotel. It was easy to walk across the linear park, straight into town - restaurants, cathedral etc. Also located very near car hire facilities. The room was very clean. The room was a little on the small side, but excellent value for money.

Glad I booked this hotel after reading the reviews. Great location, right round the corner from the train station, you can walk to the centre in less than 10 minutes. Room was just the right size, if you have huge luggages. It's basic, clean, convenient - that's what you pay for. Service at the reception was fantastic. They offer a discount for visits to Pommery and Mumm, if you book through them. I didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment. If you're desperate, there's a vending machine and a microwave at reception. Parking wasn't an issue either. If you're lucky, there is space for about 3-4 cars in front of the hotel. Otherwise, there's covered parking further down the road or there's meter parking on the street. Sunday's are free to park. Would I stay there again? Yes, so I can spend more money wining and dining!

Near to train station, so easy to find. No onsite parking, but overnight parking nearby. Helpful staff, usual B&B Hotel facilities and standard. Value for money.
