Superbe motel!!! J’ai tout aimé, de l’accueil au confort de la chambre. Le logement était d’une propreté exceptionnelle, d’un confort remarquable et très bien équipé. Merci à l’hôtesse de nous avoir surbookés pour un appartement avec une vue merveilleuse. Je reviendrai, c’est sûr.

Beautiful location. Easy to find. The place had everything we needed.

Great location

The shower was awful and went from boiling hot to freezing cold, water pressure was all over the place. No exhaust fan so had to open the window and freeze. The neighbours above us decided to party until after midnight and sounded like a bunch of elephants the night before we flew out- every noise is detectable through the units from other guests.

This is the best Location in Akaroa. Absolute waterfron and only a very short walk to the main street. Staying anywhere else is second rate!

I didn't like the 'no contact" check in and check out. It was totally organised 100% but i like to meet and chat with the host etc on Check in. However my Wife thinks "Contactless' is great! As it turned out we left something behind and we had to phone the office and return 2 days later to collect out belongings, and the staff were absoluteky wonderful- so i guess they are offering the ebst of both worlds!

Tired and old room. We stayed in winter and with single glazing on the windows there was condensation every morning and the room felt very damp.

Comfortable, clean hotel. Beautiful water views. Lovely little kitchenette.

There is no heater in the bathroom making it a little cold in winter. The shower pressure was not great but the water was lovely and hot. Easy to walk to everything. Lots of parking.

Brilliant location right on the water front. Cute porch to over look the view with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Had all the amenities you needed. What wasnt in the room (laundry) was provided onsite. Great short work into the village

Fantastic location and view!

Would have felt more comfortable if the main door had a lock inside that children couldn’t just open the door even when it was locked. Personal preference but for peace of mind in the night that would have been good!

The location is amazing. We sat a lot on the balcony looking at the lake and the birds. Akaroa is a beautiful little town. Room was specious with all the facilities. It was a very nice experience.

The water pressure was not good at the kitchen and bathroom.

Great outlook, close to the harbour, facing the sun, quiet, easy parking, close to shop, cafes etc.

Hot tap over kitchen sink was dripping, was a bit distracting during start of sleep process.

Perfect location for our family, close to town and gorgeous views. We used the kayak and had a great time! Only wish we had stayed longer!

The location was fine.

I felt as if the property pics on Booking.com were very deceiving. The place is so old & in need of renovation! It smelled funny & was so disjointed. After arriving I tried to cancel at least one of the two nights, but was denied & would have been charged the whole fee. I don’t recommend this property & won’t ever stay there again.
