L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Melaka à pied, l’hôtel est très joli et le personnel très serviable. Nous avions le flexible de la douche qui fuyait et a été remplacé dans la foulée.

En amélioration on pourrait suggérer du café et thé dans les chambres plus locale

Hôtel charmant : magnifique façade, très belle entrée et beaucoup d’espaces verts. C’est un peu un musée. Il est en plein cœur de la ville, idéalement situé !

Les chambres sont en revanche plus basiques, un peu désuètes, dommage. Le petit déjeuner, bien que bien fourni et copieux n’est pas de très bonne qualité (jus d’orange Tang par exemple)

The lobby is very Peranakan house feel which is fantastic! , Breakfast was good but rooms need upgrading. Pillows smelled unpleasant so bed linens n towels are overused.

This is a museum. It is a very elegant hotel, and it is the best hotel where you can think of the old days of Melaka.

Good and fantastic experiences to stay here, the building is more on historical and ancient all about the taste for Malacca. Strategic location which is walking distance to Jonker street night market, and Dutch Square. Very nice to stay here, will be chose here next time when visiting Malacca.Rooms is clean and comfortable.

It's a nice stayed 3d2n at Puri hote for our wedding anneversary. Friendly staff expecially named Ms. Carol n good atmosphere. They make a special n upgraded to suite room ixora room for our stayed. Good n yummy breakfast.

It's our 2nd trip to Melaka and 2 time at Puri, just loved the place,vibe, the staff and our 2nd honeymoon after 18 years. The Puri has extended into much more from our last trip, spacious room, all the heritage furniture matched perfectly to the heritage status.. beautiful memories relived. The staff Ms Carol was awesome and helpful, this place will always be in our heart. Thank You Puri for our warm stay. We will be back again. Vincent.

The power tripped twice around midnight that could not be fixed. However they moved us to another room very promptly.

We had a fantastic stay for 2 nights at Hotel Puri. The Hotel was very elegant with beautiful decor. The furniture in the foyer area was decorated with inlaid mother of pearl, & there were lots of other interesting vases and statues. Our room was a good size on the second floor with views into a courtyard, & very effective aircon. The breakfast included many options-both eastern & western & was delicious. The staff were very helpful & we were able to leave our luggage when we booked out of the room. The location was superb. Highly recommend.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Melaka, lieu authentique et très beau. Chambre comfortable.

La salle de bain est vraiment petite. Le petit déjeuné en soit est bon, mais un choix de différents thé et type de café serait le bienvenu.

Our stay at the hotel gave us a unique taste of a past era in the history of Melaka

1. The location of this hotel is superb - cafe's, good nyonya restaurants, jonker walk is very near within walking distance. 2. The breakfast is decent and located at their beautiful courtyard. 3. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and enchanting. It gave us a good location for photoshoot too. 4. The common toilet at the ground floor is very clean and nicely maintained. 5. The bed and pillow in the room are very comfortable.

1. The housekeeping could be more thorough - there were dust and hair on the floor under the writing desk and in the toilet. 2. Toiletries such as body wash and shampoo can be in bigger size. 3. 2 Room card key can be provided for each room instead of 1 especially when we have 2 guests in a room as sometimes, we may want to explore different things. 4. The description of the room in Booking.com can be more detailed or follow the hotel description. Currently, it's generic description i.e. King Suite, Twin Room, Double Room. There are different suites named by flowers in this hotel so we can match back which King Suite to the hotel and can select the one we wanted to book. 5. Front-desk staff can be a bit more friendly or trained in their communication other than Mandarin. There was a Japanese couple in front of me who struggled to understand what the staff was trying to say. I used Google Translate to assist them.

Wow this property is amazing, so happy we got the chance to stay here. So clean, interesting, beautiful and romantic. Loved the history and architecture. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff lovely. Location fantastic.

Overall, the stay at Hotel Puri was quite average. There is no on-site parking, so guests need to park at a distant car park and walk back to the hotel, which is quite inconvenient. The room had a slightly musty smell, as if it had not been used for a while. Not long after check-in, the power tripped and the room became very hot for a while. Basic amenities were lacking, with no clothes hangers or laundry bag provided, and most items had to be requested from the reception. The only plus point was the air-conditioning, which was very cold and comfortable. Other than that, the overall experience was just okay.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a historic building. Lovely clean rooms and excellent location for the centre. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was in an open airy courtyard and staff were very polite and friendly. A good spread for breakfast.

The property is in the old peranakan houses, located just a street behind the busier jonker street. Makes it easier to explore the historical part of the town. The hotel has retained many of the Peranakan architectural features and decoration within the hotel. I particularly like the antiques furnitures and paintings within the main lobby; the peranakan cabinets potteries , in the inner halls. The courtyard breakfast space and the other courtyard garden space provides conducive seating spaces.

There only one lift in this hotel, way finding is not very obvious. If you need lift access, would be good to request rooms nearer to lift.

Absolutely loved the stay at Hotel Puri Melaka. The hotel is full of heritage charm and feels like stepping into a beautifully restored Peranakan home. The courtyard is especially relaxing and a great place to unwind. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for families. The location in Jonker Street is fantastic—just a short walk to all the main attractions. Having private parking in this area is a huge bonus and made everything very convenient.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful overnight stay at Hotel Puri Melaka. The hotel is full of character, with a charming Peranakan design and a peaceful courtyard that makes it feel like a hidden oasis. Our family room was spacious and comfortable. Location in the heart of Jonker Street was unbeatable, allowing us full flexibility to enjoy it sights, shopping and dining. A big plus is the private parking which is rare in this narrow and busy area. It was of utmost convenience since we drove here from Singapore. Breakfast surprised us indeed, simple and enjoyable in the lovely courtyard setting. Overall, a great blend of heritage charm, space, and location. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful colonial property with a melting pot of cultural influences in its decor just like the city itself. Chinese porcelain and an open air garden area that feels like you stepped into Portugal. The spa was wonderful - we did a massage and facial package and both were excellent. Great way to spend midday when it’s too hot to be out walking around town. Easy walking distance to Jonker Street and the river. Best water pressure and hottest shower we’ve had in Southeast Asia (and we had just come from a stay at the Ascott in KL!). Reception staff were all exceptional and went above and beyond to welcome us and help us figure out where to eat the foods we were keen to try and see the things we wanted to in the short time (two days) we had in Melaka. Breakfast is quite a spread with great variety of sweet and savory foods.

Rooms were a bit small with a very narrow path between the end of the bed to the bathroom.

Плохо работала сантехника (смыв в унитазе, сток в раковине), довольно старая мебель, но для любителей антиквариата будет нормально, постельное белье было чистым, но со старыми пятнами.. это не очень приятно было.

Stayed 2 nights with a tour group. Hotel was in a great central location, beautifully decorated in the lobby and communal areas. Breakfast was nice but the beans were in a double tureen along with meat which meant I couldn’t have any as they were contaminated with the condensation dripping on them. Basic food hygiene. Staff were lovely. Rooms were small and basic and the bathroom small with no window. Nowhere to put 2 big suitcases. We enjoyed our stay as we were only in the room a short while.

Great location to Jonkers street and near bars on the river front. So many restaurants around to choose from. Breakfast was good. The hotel is beautiful and has so much history. Almost like stepping back into time. We highly recommend this hotel.

Lacking hot water in the shower. The room was a bit small but not unusual given the history of the hotel. Beds were a little on the hard side.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme dans une maison traditionnelle, avec une belle décoration. Situation centrale pour découvrir Malacca. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Notre chambre se situait au rez de chaussée et était assez sombre, sans vue. Nettoyage relativement basique. Quelques petits travaux de rénovation ne seraient pas superflus.

1- Location of hotel- walk in distance to Jonker Walk, Riverside View, Stafhuys. Plenty of coffeshops, eateries, Sunday morning flea markets. 2- The history and heritage values of the antiques and architecture. 3- Taste of buffet breakfast is quite okay, to add on price per head for breakfast is as cheap as RM35 4- The greetings, attitude and reccomendations from the hotel frontdesk staff and I think their supervisor. Very warm and friendly.

1- NO BIDET at both toilet in my room- I booked for Suite Duplex- paid for RM600 including text. 2- I called twice to check on both room and availability of parking. The frontdesk staff said I can stop in front the hotel, asked for the guard to show me parking for hotel guest. When I reached in front hotel, the guard told me parking was already full!! He asked me to go park at a different hotel - Tengkera Hotel- which quite far from the hotel, pay RM15 and walk back to this hotel to claim. I tell u with the weather, the walking distance is no joke! There is ride to commute the guest back from Tengkera to Puri Hotel! 3- Rude guard, not helpful, zerooo consideration! 4- The Suite Duplex floor- I can tell its never been mopped at all. 5- Pillow used for customer at your suite with that kind room rates, can be at better quality.

Die Ausstattung in der Lobby und im Garten sehr edel und schön. Ich hatte die billigste Kategorie gebucht, dabei war das Zimmer nicht besonders ansprechend, hätte vielleicht besser eine höhere Kategorie gebucht. Man sass beim Frühstück, das sehr gut war, im Garten mit Ventilatoren. Das Hotel ist im Zentrum, so dass man alles zu Fuss erreichen kann.

was assigned a ground floor room with window that cannot open and no day light; despite hotel not being full at the time. Technically the room is with windows but practically it is not.

Location was excellent, close to tourist attractions. Parking lot was nearby and gated. Breakfast was good. Very nice of the staff to have prepared simple birthday decoration in the room. Recommended to select suite room as it is much more spacious and quiet. There was a lift but to get to the rooms may need to climb a few stairs.

Pillows in the Hibiscus Suite are old, needs to be changed. Wish that there were clothes hangers in the room.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, really charming and clean, even with a little history room to learn more about it and the city. The staff was very kind too and helped us when needed (e.g. for taxis). The location was probably the best we could have gotten, 5 minutes away from the market and city center while also extremely quiet despite the vibrancy of the surrounding streets.

Excellent Wifi (262D/49U), excellent breakfast. Decent shower pressure and good temperature. Good location and quiet.

Could have? I guess having the AC not blow directly on the bed, but still not a big deal.

Tolles Hotel in der Altstadt. Die Lage ist optimal. Schönes Gebäude, nettes Personal.

Das Zimmer war winzig und sehr hellhörig. Im Badezimmer lagen noch die Haare vom dem letzten Gast. Das Frühstück war mehr für asiatische Gäste gedacht.
