pas de petit déjeuner, chambre sale, balcon occupé constamment devant ma chambre par la grand mère ! aucune intimité. hors de prix pour cette qualité. Le seul atout être dans la vieille ville près du marché et de la rivière.

tout et l'accueil qui n'existe pas ! juste l'argent semble l'intérêt principal. Aucun service, escalier extérieur avec obligation d'enlever les chaussures... alors que la chambre est crado... un comble avoir les pieds sales en arrivant dans la chambre...

A great location, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, the room was quiet at night, I didn't need my earplugs.. the cost for 5 nights was so good

The room could do with a bit of freshening up, But for what i paid for 5 nights you can't go wrong It would be good to get a contact number from the host if you need to get in touch

Location, host The location is amazing - one easily walk to Old Town, food, entertainment & shopping plenty to choose from Super friendly, helpful and happy owner who also runs the spa and luggage/bag shop downstairs. This is their home & business Laundry was easily sorted - stayed four days. I felt safe enough and I'm semi deaf so the noise didn't affect me since I am asleep by 8.30pm - I think maybe I annoyed the whole household since I'm awake by 4.30am and out exploring by 6 am The massage was super good too... It fixed my feet after 25k steps on a hot Hoi An day

This is somewhat a hole in a wall kind of a place - 90%tick the boxes , nice Aircon, clean and comfy The temple round the corner has bells chiming on Monday morning - I didn't hear for the rest of the time Maybe a bit dated and bedsheets need a better clean. I didn't get a sense it's dirty but it could definitely do with a good clean. Otherwise good value for money given it's proximity

Çarşaflar lekeliydi. Bir otel mi bir masaj alanı mı belirsiz, yan odalarımız masaj odalarıydı. Güvenli hissettirmedi sabaha karşı kapımız belki yanlışlıkla bilmiyorum ama açılmaya çalışıldı. Balkon var fakat kendinize ait değil binanın içinden bağlantıyla balkona erişilebiliyor halbuki balkon kapısı odaya açılıyor. Anlamsız bir tavır vardı beyefendide.

You're right in the heart of the nightmarket. Having said that I couldn't believe how quite it was after midnight. They're also super friendly, I have trouble trying to pay them. Later, later they tell me. Spent 3 nights before I could pay (they are going to push to get a massage. Not the worst thing that's happened)

The patio is pretty tight. But definitely enough room for 1 person to smoke. Also, they have a family of owls in the tree. I didn't even know Vietnam had owls... This place has 5. Oh ya, for some reason the pagoda across the street rings the bells at 3am. Again, not the worst thing to have a smoke, listen to the bells and talk to the owls. Honestly, kind of a highlight.

It seems the accommodation is different from the one I booked.

ロケーションが良かった。レンタル自転車が安かった。エレベーターが無いので重い荷物は要注意だが、オーナーが運んでくれた。割と大きな冷蔵庫があり、ペットボトルを凍らせることが出来る。利用しなかったが１階でネイルマッサージ店、ナイトマーケットでは鞄屋を経営。

小旅行やタクシーの紹介が少し高額、利用しなかった。

Great location with the night market right outside but not noisy, the market was gone by 10pm. 2 minute stroll to the river with the Japanese bridge opposite. Beware the property doesn’t have an elevator, you can get a coffee from a local vendor just outside from 7am.

The location is close to the night market and Old Town.

It's located on the busy street of the night market so it's very noisy until late night. The first room had TV and Internet issues so they changed us to another room 2 days later. Staff are responsive to issues.

There is nothing not to like.

The location was great. Right in the busiest street of Hoi An. The night market is on that road, so it's buzzing after evening. The room was spacious, bathroom and bedsheets clean. Owner was helpful too.

Not much. Was a decent place for the price given the location. The room has 2 flights of steep stairs. Not a problem for us, but could be with people with limited mobility. Should be called out. The electric kettle didn't work

Tri, the owner of Moon Homestay, is the most helpful and considerate owner we have after being here in Vietnam for 8 weeks. I had a dental emergency on Christmas Eve, and Tri arranged the dental appointment for the next morning. He drove me there and stayed with me the whole time as the dentists English was not great. I had to have a crown replaced on my front tooth. He drove me back for the second appointment and again he stayed with me the whole time. Just a fantastic man. A thousand thank yous Tri !!!!!! We found it hard to communicate with the host as he wasn’t around when we needed him. A phone number or some type of contact would have been good if we needed to speak with you, especially when your not there. Also shower drain was very blocked

Awsome beautiful room in a less crowded aerea of Hoi An.. Plenty opportunities for eating and drinking around. One of the best and tasteful rooms we ever had in Vietnam

I most especially liked the family that owns the property. They were welcoming and kind. The location was fantastic. I loved my room where I could sit on terrace and view the neighborhood activities by day and the night market at night. The property also offers massages and I enjoyed foot massages and full body massage.

We rented 4 rooms attached with private bathrooms. Spacious room with balcony. Very comfortable bed to have our good sleep.

The air conditioner seemed not cold enough during the very hot weather while we stayed, but they also provide a wall fan in the room to circulate the air. Otherwise everything was fine.

To say that it's "very close" to the night market is an understatement. The night market is set at the doorstep of this homestay. Don't worry about the noise though, because the market closes/disassembles at 10 PM, so it's not noisy at night. Location wise, the homestay is located on an island, 3 minutes walk from the old part of the town, where it's the liveliest in the evening. The staff are nice and friendly, and you can also rent bicycles (and maybe scooters) there.

The AC didn't work at first until we checked with the host and found out they forgot to turn on the AC fuse for our room, but that really wasn't a big deal.

The householders were super friendly and helped us out a lot. They showed us the places we should visit and even recommanded a good taylor. He also organised a taxi to the airport for us. Good thing about this homestay is its nice location. You are near the old japanese bridge, some good restaurants and you even have the nice market right infront of it. The rooms were nice too. Clean, big and with a balcony! Can highly recommand!

The owner is very nice and sweet, the room was spacious and clean and I had a nice balcony overlooking the market.

If you're looking for a serene place in the middle of nature, that's not the place for you. It can get quite noisy until quite late. I personally liked this kind of noise, that of a bustling market and not of heavy traffic, but it might deter some people.

The owner Tri was amazing and really helpful! He arranged bicycles for us for 30k VND each to go around Hoi An. The room was beautiful and the location SUPER great! Lovely stay!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit unkompliziertem Service (Wäsche, Gepäckaufbewahrung und Organisation Flughafentransfer) mit engagierten Gastgebern! Sowohl Zimmer- als auch Baddesign zusammengewürfelt und etwas mitgenommen, aber alles funktionstüchtig. Super Lage, um Hoi An zu Fuß zu entdecken. Wer Ruhe sucht/einen leichten Schlaf hat, ist hier jedoch verkehrt, da der Nachtmarkt direkt vor der Tür liegt und es allgemein durch die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt recht laut ist. Für uns war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mehr als gut.

위치는 대박이였어요! 나오면 바로 야시장, 5분도 안되게 걸어서 올드타운 입구에요~! 밤늦게 놀다가 걸어서 금방 갈수 있어서 위치하나는 지이인짜 좋앗구요. 숙소 시설은 크게 기대안하시는게 좋을거 같아요. 홈스테이가 어떤지 궁금하기도 햇구 후기도 좋아서 선택했엇는데 벌레도 많구..그것때문인지 룸에 들어갔을때 나프탈렌 냄새??같은게 심하게 났었어요 조식도 저희입맛에 안맞더라구요ㅜㅜ 하지만 주인분들은 무척 친절했어요 저녁되니까 1층에 마사지 받는 사람들이 엄청 많더라구요 저희도 발마사지 받았는데 홈스테이에 묵는다구 싸게해주고 친절했어요~

Séjour de 6 jours avec mes deux enfants. Moon’Homestay (petit hôtel familial) est au centre de Hôi An, sur la presqu’île. Établissement très modeste mais parfaitement bien tenu. Pas de luxe, mais simplicité et sourire de toute la famille.

Close to old town area

야시장 내에 있어서 여행 후 바로 들어와 쉬기 좋습니다. 리셉션 청년이 꽤 친절하고, 아침에는 번잡하지 않고 조용합니다. 3층 테라스 뷰가 꽤 괜찮아서 아침에 느긋하게 보내기 좋아요. 조식은 메뉴보고 고르는 방식인데 꽤 맛있었어요. 과일도 잔뜩 주셨고요 ^^ 다만 야시장 근처라 밤 늦게까지 (대략 10시?) 시끄럽긴 합니다. 욕실이 작은편이고요. 호이안에서 야경과 야시장 목적으로 1박 하시기에는 나쁘지 않습니다.

가격대비 매우 만족하며, 하루 숙박하기는 좋은것 같다. 아침조식 가지수는 없지만 아이들먹기도 좋고 맛도 좋았다. 그리고 후식으로 나오는과일 및 커피 맛이 매우 좋았다. 단 아쉬움점은 일반적 베트남 호텔시설이 그렇지만 환기 시설이 설치 되었으면 좋겠다.

The location of Moon's Homestay is excellent if you are interested in the Hoi An ancient town and the night markets at night. We would literally sit out on a balcony over the night market, occasionally walking down to grab some spring rolls, banana pancakes, fresh fruit, etc. The hosts are very friendly and love to help you out. There is sometimes a language barrier, so we were sometimes surprised by what we received for breakfast in comparison to what we requested, so some flexibility is needed. Overall, a great base for our family vacation.

All Family member was kind and location is in the old town&night market but was quiet at night. Breakfast also was good~~. I will visit again if I travel there.

２・３階のファミリールーム以外は暗い感じ、それなりに清潔。朝食は良く言っても超質素、基本的に英語は通じない。家族経営のようで良好な接客等は望めない。ただ、旧市街地に近く観光には便利。ただし、近くには多くの宿泊施設もあり、こだわらなくてもよいかも。ホイアンは過去に４施設宿泊したが、ここはロケーション以外は特に見る点はない。料金は普通だと思うが、この程度の内容であれば、もっとリーズナブルな施設も近くに多くある。

With the comfiest bed and the perfect location we couldn’t have been happier. Set right on the road of the night market, the location means you are right in the heart of the action and don’t need to be worrying about cabs. Room was basic but a nice size, great power in the shower and the bed was the comfiest yet. The night market finishes at 10 so no worries on noise. The family are the kindest and are great with where you should go to eat, things to do. The breakfast they whip up kept us both full and happy way past Lunch! We loved Hoi An and Moon’s so extended our stay.

3층 패밀리룸에 2틀동안 있었는데 처음 입실했을때 화장실 세면대 아래에 물이새고 불이 깜빡거려서 얘기했더니 바로 조취해주셨습니다.뜨거운 물도 잘나오고 침대도 넓고 조식도 괜찮았습니다.야시장안에 위치해있어서 밤에 다니기도좋았어요.다만 침구류가 좀더 뽀송하고 아늑했으면 좋았을텐데 조금 눅눅한감도 있고 약간의 오염도 있었고 방안이 전체적으로 조명이 어두워서 아쉬웠네요.그래도 저렴한 가격에 만족하고 다음에 또 방문할 의사있읍니다.

I enjoyed exploring Hoi An, and the staff at Moon’s helped me book a cooking class, which was reasonably priced and quite enjoyable. Moon’s is literally at the night market, which is convenient, but quite noisy. We were also within walking distance of other attractions. Staff was helpful and always pleasant, and the breakfast included was tasty.

호이안 고도시 지역을 걸어서 관광하기에 좋은 위치에 있어요. 가격 대비 가족들의 만족도가 높았습니다.

패밀리룸은 킹베드가 2개라서 아이동반한 4인-5인가족에게 아주 좋습니다. 시트도 깨끗하고 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 냉장고와 커피포트가 좀 오래된것이지만 잘 작동하고.. 조식도 먹을만합니다.. 호이안야시장골목에 위치하고 있어서 저녁에 안주거리 사서 들고와 한잔하기 좋습니다. 10시에 야시장이 마감하기때문에 잠잘때 시끄럽지는 않습니다.

위치는 호이안 전체를 걸어서 관광하기에 최적의 장소 였습다. 건물이 오래되어 냄세는 좀 났지만, 환기를 해주니 괜찮아 졌습니다. 조식은 가정식으로 숙박비 생각하며 판단하시고 아침이라 좀만 드시고 간식을 사드세요. 빵은 프랑스식이라 어딜 가나 맛있어요. 홈스테이 앞에서 야시장이 열리므로 관광하기는 좋으나 10시까지 번잡하고 10시 30분 정도까지 정리해서 소란스러우니 참고하세요 어차피 늦게 잘거잖아요. 야시장에서 놀다 자세요. 참고로 비누 없고 샴푸만 있어요. 쫌 당황했네요.

Love the location, the room with balcony and the owner is very nice and friendly. Could use a better mattress for a good night sleep.

This is a quaint little homestay right at an intersection along the street where the night market is. If you're looking for quiet in the evening, this isn't it, but if you enjoy a lot of busy action, you will enjoy this. After 11 pm it's quiet, though. Old town is just a few minutes on foot away. The rooms are clean and mine had a balcony where I could smoke, although other people used it as well and so my room didn't feel very private. For the included breakfast I had the best omelet I've eaten so far in Vietnam.

Excellent experience with perfect location. The home cooked food is so fresh and delicious. It's only a few minutes walk to Hoi An Old City and at night there are so much street foods avail' right in front of the place.

Nice and clean homestay, the room is just like any cheaper hotel, great. Nice bathroom with a good shower. Perfectly located on the night market street and close to the old town. Woke up in the night from some gong at a nearby temple or pagoda but still had a nice stay here, would recommend it! Friendly staff, if the person who speak English wasn’t there then they phoned so you could get your questions answered.

Great place to stay. Very friendly family. Helpful with map on arrival. Arranged car for pick up and drop off back to airport. Fantastic banana pancakes for breakfast followed by a massive plate of fruit. Laundry washed for a good price. Would recommend.

Moon's Homestay is run by Tri and his family, who give a warm welcome throughout your stay. The homestay is of course quite basic, but the beds were comfy, the shower good, and the minibar conveniently priced the same as a shop. The homestay is next to the night market, which means it is lively - if you're into early nights, this place probably isn't for you (I'd recommend earplugs either way). It's only a couple of minutes to the bridge over to the old town, and there are plenty of bars and cafes nearby, as well as the excellent Coral Spa.

This place is right in the heart of downtown Hoi An. Night market is right out the front door every evening. The ancient city is 1 short block away. Tri (the owner} and his family are some of the nicest people i have ever met. The place is super clean, great breakfast in the morning. They can set tours up for you. I just can't say enough about this place. It is a must stay when in Hoi An.

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk to Hoi An Old Town, lots of good restaurants nearby. Owner is very nice and take good care of us. Breakfast is very good and comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff

A convenient and clean homestay. A street market is set up every night with streetside food stalls (much better food at the stalls than the restaurants). Close to the Japanese Bridge and main market (although the businesses at the market are tourist traps). There is better bang for your buck at the night market. I would recommend Moon Homestay to anyone. Top value for money.

This is the cleanest place we've stayed in Vietnam. Tri and his family are wonderful hosts and cannot do enough to help. We used bicycles every day had fruit and excellent Vietnamese coffee provided all day upon request at no charge. Tri even helped us to print out and scan a contract so we urgently could sign it and return it Australia, this involved a number of trips to and from the print shop by Tri and he refused to take any payment! The Homestay is located right on the Hoi An old city night market which seems really loud at first but we had no problem sleeping once the door was shut. Very central location. It was such a great experience sitting at breakfast sipping great coffee watching the world go by. Breakfast is a combo of mum's various style of eggs, Vietnamese baguettes ( best in the world) and Pho cooked by a local vendor and delivered by bicycle. We totally loved our breakfasts, we recommend the omelette on a baguette with chilli sauce, dark sauce, cucumber & tomato or the excellent Pho. Also mum will do your washing for AUD$2/kg and she does an excellent job. We were so happy to have found this place and look forward to returning to Moon's Homestay.
