Reviewed Sep 5, 2026I had a unit at the front of the property. It was warm and comfortable enough, with sufficient kitchen facilities to allow a self-catered breakfast. The room was basically provided for, without being flashy, and I thought it was good value for money for my overnight stay.
There was a continuous motor noise, I think from another unit's heatpump, which I found a bit distracting late into the evening. The motel is in a residential/industrial area, so you have to travel a few km to find restaurants in the evening.

There was no electric blankets i was cold after the game and to get into a cold bed wasn't good. No milk,towels were shabby and only shampoo and conditioner for one person. The light where we slept didn't work either.

Very comfortable bed, sky TV to watch sport and movies, heat pump/aircon in room, great little tavern 3 minutes drive away for dinner. Superette across the road. No hassle check in and out with a smile. Was lovely and quiet overnight too. Good accommodation with the basics (kettle, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery for 2). Take your own milk if you don't like the powdered creamer for tea and coffee. Tiny bathroom but clean and all we needed for a short stay.

Bathroom is on the small side. Sitting on the toilet the wall is basically right up against your front. I’m not sure how it would work for a bigger person.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026The motel was handy to several eating places and in close proximity to a number of shopping options, including Sylvia Park. The area was quiet and felt safe. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
Anyone staying should be aware that although you have the ability to boil water and have a tea or coffee you have to use water from the bathroom sink. A process made harder owing to the shallow nature of the sink. Other than that the place is more than adequate for the price you pay.
