The lady in reception had a Wahs jersey on 😊 really lovely u formative lady. The location was perfect 👌🏽 the bed was comfy for the little sleep I did get

The TV was broken, the top of the screen was missing the picture half the time, we couldn't screen share so couldn't watch the Wahs game (had to watch on me ph) the coffee mugs were still dirty 😳 The extra throw blanket had some manky oil on it. And to really top it off, got woken up at 4am by some drunk guys having a big rant, swearing and yelling and carrying on like an idiot rigjt in the foyer out side our room and whenever I tried calling to reception nobody answered! This was a real security issue, and there didnt seem to be anyway to contact the site management. I think id like a refund, worse sleep ever. Packed up early and left to get home and sleep.

Well prepared clear instructions left for us. Excellent parking. Easily accessible to our room. Great to enter the room that was very clean & beautifully set out and for the price all the necessary amenities were catered for..

Our Toyota hilux couldn’t fit in the car parking so had to park on the street.

Well located close to Main Beach Mt Maunganui and the Centre of town a 2 min walk so very handy. Great accommodation and even had a washing machine and dryer. It was well priced and loved the little veranda.

Blinds, as room was on low floor overlooking Main Road, curtains would give room more privacy as blinds left gaps between.

Bed was lovely and comfortable, Accommodation walking distance to where we wanted to go. plus, secure under cover parking

Our bedroom door was off hinges so couldnt close properly, Hot water cylinder made horrible noise all through the night so couldn't sleep. TV would not connect to anything so couldnt watch anything.

Good to have a phone number to ring for help on the door.

Difficult start no one there, despite being early, inside opening hours. Very confusing instructions. No instructions where to leave the key, reception not open.

The couches and chairs looked dirty, there was lots of marks on the walls it made it feel real dirty. The remote control for the tv and heat pump must of run out of batteries as they stopped working.

The bed was extremely comfortable with clean, fresh linens. We had a great night's sleep every night. Overall, we had an excellent experience. The property exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location was great just a short walk from the shops and beach. Apartment was spacious and clean.

A bit of noise from other guests and the street until late at night. The door was a bit tricky to unlock, you have to turn it several times and the lock is loud. Would be great if tv had casting set up as only limited channels.

Location was outstanding. Parking was easy and safe underneath the building.

Rubbish under furniture so things not moved to vacuum. Furniture dated - no clothes dryer - some of the pans in the room needed to be replaced along with chipped china - rusty outside clothes line - no real effort to make it special - thought it might have been abit more luxe and coordinated for the cost.

Fairly basic, but very clean and modern. Very secure car park.

L’emplacement est génial, proche de tout. Les lieux sont propres et cosys, avec de grandes surfaces. La machine à laver et le sèche linge sont à l’appartement même ce qui est fort appréciable.

Attention, une carte physique est obligatoire car l’établissement ne possède pas de sans contact. Ce n’était pas précisé quelque part, j’ai donc dû utiliser une CB avec des frais bancaires pour le paiement sur place.

The main bed was cold. Even with electric bed. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable we didn’t end up using. There’s no top sheets for the beds which makes the room look untidy.

Although clean and well presented, a smidge more attention to detail with cleaning would be good. That could be more a me problem though!!

The walls were dirty and there was a hole in the wall.

Location was perfect for me, the room was really comfortable and clean and the bed very relaxing.

Being picky, more choices of tv stations! The only other thing to note was that my car parking space had been taken by another vehicle, so I had to park in another room's space. Maybe a better system for this so that customers don't stress about the right thing to do - particularly with no staff around at the time, as was the case for me.

Reasonably priced. 5 minute walk to restaurants (try Rita's for pizza, beer and cocktails) and about the same walk time to the beach. Room facilities were excellent. The unit is spacious and well maintained. Secure parking. Lifts to the two floors. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had an interesting experience, someone else took our room so we had to wait almost an hour for staff to reach the hotel to sort out for us and they put us in a different room to the one booked we asked for a SMALL refund as it was obviously a major inconvenience but also had to walk to town to buy dinner as we couldn't get into our room to cook the food we had bought with us. We were told refund would be sorted on Monday and as of today no refund and they are ignoring our messages. We understand mistakes happen but when we paid $258 for one night we would've expected at least something in return for this issue as it was also not our fault and it couldve been dealt with better, I also had to go and knock on the door of the original room and get my receipt and my envelope with my details off the person who took our room.

Location is perfect! Gardens and room layout are nice. After hours instruction was perfect and helpful. I had stayed once before with family. I chose to book for an overnight business trip and it was a good familiar choice for me.

Locking the door on the room was hard for me and I awkwardly made a lot of noise figuring it out, such as the way to turn the key, how much force to push the door etc - sorry to the neighbours while I did this. Also clearer eye-level exit signs in the parking area pointing to the exit door would be helpful. It was dark and wet and I couldn’t see the arrow on the ground.

The man in front desk was super friendly and made everything easy

Good location by the beach and plenty of shops. Room was clean and had a good view and deck along with everything we needed. Checking in and out was also easy.

Only issue for us was that we could not fit our van in the carpark and had to park a fair bit down the road.

Easy to find, staff excellent very clean and tidy room. Nice and central easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops.

The tv needs to be a smart one couldn’t watch Netflix most places you can log into your own accounts. This was the only fault we had about the place.

No windows apart from sliding door. Bed is pretty low. Portable heater provided did not work. Went to reception several times but reception was unattended each time. Called phone but no answer. Left voicemail but mo reply til now.

Room was dark with no heating. Wifi and dishwasher did not work.

The location was great for both the beach and the main street.

The room smelt like strong. It wasn't pleasant. The sofas were filthy dirty and we didn't want to sit on them. The wifi was appalling. The tv wouldn't connect at all and the noise at night from other guest is ridiculous. Even guests walking outside our room could be heard. The blind in the main bedroom is also a waste of time as it let's in so much light.

Neither televisions worked. Nothing was done due to it being a weekend. Could have been moved to another room.The place was pretty empty. Drapes were old and dragged onto the floor. Not a good look. Key system was tricky and why have two keys when only one was required. The so called spa was no longer available.

Unfortunately the bathroom needed a good scrub.

We were able to walk to our sports event at beach and walk to get dinner. Staff allowed a late checkout which made our exit way more manageable. Room layout suited a couple with friend. Good privacy. Beds were comfy and nicely made up.

Plunger coffee would have been nice - plunger supplied was good.

Location, safe parking was excellent & exactly what we were hoping for as was close to everything.

Room direction signage on the walls be a help, but was fun looking for our room tucked away in the corner of level 1.
