Easy to find.. near main road and both supermarkets..

I had a lovely stay here. The owners were welcome, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was central and very handy to Pukekura Park in particular. Would definitely stay again.

The perfect accommodation for a family group celebrating a long weekend in New Plymouth. We rented 6 rooms for between 3-5 nights. The central location allowed us to walk to dinner each night, we could gather chairs for afternoon drinks on the lawn, plenty of parking. Rooms large, clean and modern

Spotless spacious modern Unit with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. Nice kitchenette area. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

The room was in excellent condition and extremely clean with a very comfortable bed to sleep in.

Friendly owners. Very clean and comfortable. Well maintained and great facilities. Couldn't ask for anything more.

There was nothing we didn't like

Overall good visit, clean, everything we needed and close to everything Didnt like Street noise, and noise from bathroom fan blowing in the wind.. needs an external cover. Also didnt like the extreme draft coming through the window seal, despite window being fully shut... this let in draught, cold and noise from street. Simple fix to get seals replaced. Was cold first night as didnt find extra rug until next day, would be good to have this on end of bed, or stored with extra pillows. Didnt think to look in the draws.

Was a great two night stay with family and a friend. Will be back on the next visit to the Naki.

Sadly the traffic noise was excessive and only eased slightly for about 4-5 hrs during the night. This has affected my rating and will probably not stay again especially in units close to the road

So close to everything. Very comfortable and lovely owners.

The fan outlet in bathroom kept vibrating all the time when not in use. Annoying when trying to sleep. If door on bathroom was shut not a problem but being elderly we kept door open as we used it during the night.

Central to everything.

Very nice motel close to CBD, 1st rate room and facilities. One night stopover mainly to get a good look at Mount Taranaki, didn't happen but had a nice visit and a great meal at one of the hotels. Longish drive from Taupo was great with so much to see and enjoy.

Liked to central location and presentation of the room. Across the road from 2 x supermarkets and within walking distance to town restaurants and the beach. Fabulous pillows! Kitchenette suitable for our needs.

Bed was too soft for my liking, though it will suit some. Couple of maintenance issues needing attention but not material. Water-saver shower disappointing experience as a result... Road noise from the adjacent road was quite noticeable.

I really appreciated the little details. Milk on arrival, shown to our room, toilet spray, a warm throw blanket, a makeup towel, and serviced daily. Great customer service..

Pillows were a little flat, however we found the extra pillows which was great.

Very clean, everything we needed, great location for walking in and around town and very friendly hosts.

The noise from the cars along the street was quite noticeable.

Location was good for what we needed

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff were friendly & helpful. Located one street over from Devon St, handy to 3 supermarkets in easy ealking distance. Bed was comfortable, shower pressure good. TV options included Sky & Netflix. Kitchen facility adequate with complimentary coffee etc.

Only downside was noise of vehicles in close proximity to accommodation. Might be better in rooms further away. Recommend earplugs if a light sleeper.

The location was handy to all amenities. The staff were very friendly and nice to chat to. The rooms were clean and cozy. Highly recommend staying at Asure Abode.

Location was perfect for me

Beds were the most comfortable and the pillows were pretty useless.

The complex is centrally located beside a one way main arterial road but unfortunately the units have very little sound insulation from road noise which was continuous all night long.

The room was lovely and a decent size.

Great location. Heat pump didn’t work but the nice man sorted it. Nice big unit which was very suitable for a 2yr old.

Very modern daycore upto date, super clean and lovely close to all amenities. love our short but amazing stay here. we will be back again on our next ciait to the naki

The room was in great condition, perfect for couples. had everything you needed and was lovely and clean. I booked a room that had a spa bath and it was just perfect! Great location for dining aswell as there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close at hand. (Pakn save is literally across the road)..

Bed was a little too soft for my liking but nevertheless, I had a wonderful sleep.

The gentleman at reception was super friendly & helpful & even recommended a great place to eat!

We could hear the water draining from the neighbouring rooms when they used their water, a little noisey from outside disturbances but not too annoying

Staff were friendly enough. Location is good if you want to be right in the middle of town for convenience.

Photos must be outdated as didn’t look the same, we arrived at the property and immediately wanted to leave but we had already paid. Beds were very uncomfortable (mattress and pillows must be quite old as the bed just sinks as soon as you sit on it and we’re not big people at all) we had no sleep all night which isn’t great when you’re travelling a lot. Shower pressure was very weak, could barely wash ourselves.

The location was very good. Close to the city, very close to 3 different supermarkets and Pukekura Park, and everything else I wanted to be near. The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times, and very relaxed. I would definitely stay there again, without hesitation.

I didnt have a single issue with anything during my stay, which was for 19 nights and clearly a very long time.

Great rooms, had everything we needed for a short stay.
