A spacious and comfortable unit at a great location. Nice to have secure underground parking and we enjoyed the heated swimming and spa pool.

The bathroom vent fan can be heard with the bathroom door closed, was reasonably noisy, but the worst thing was that it is permanently on. A simple 5 to 10-minute timer circuit would solve that issue.

Nice modern apartments opposite the boardwalk and beach, clean & tidy, kids enjoyed the pool, had a nice stay.

3 bedroom apartment is very spacious and sunny

Location was excellent the rooms were large The kitchen had all the things you required to make it a comfortable stay for a couple of days.

We stayed in the Surfside 2-bedroom apartment and had a wonderful experience. The keys were left in a lockbox, making check-in quick and easy. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. The location is fantastic, with secure parking providing extra peace of mind. We also enjoyed making use of the pool and spa during our stay. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

No heat pumps in the bedrooms, they did have fans and heaters in the closet’s.

Housekeeping need to be more diligent. Property manager sorted out issue very quickly with new linen 🤢. Lacking in suffient tea bags. Little things but not a cheap place to stay

Great size of apartment had everything we needed bar a bbq. Fabulous pool 30 minutes walk into centre of Mount.

We were only in town for a few days and the apartment was great. The weather wasn't as good as we would have liked but the pool, spa and facilities made up for that. It was great having a ground floor apartment which meant that we had a patio and outlook straight out to the pool.

Pool and view of the ocean were excellent. The managers of the property were excellent to deal with and very approachable. The apartment was very comfortable with excellent amenities. The secure parking was a bonus.

Our stay was wonderful as per usual. We have booked at The Reef Beachfront apartments multiple times and keep coming back because its just so good!

Great location to beach and activities for family skateboard park, surfing, beach walking. Spacious quiet apartments with full cooking facilities. On-site swimming pool. Covered secure car parking.

Seeing the apartments were each booked for 4 people the complementary supplies were not sufficient only small carton of milk and toiletries were 1 very small body wash and 1 Very small Shampoo.

A musty damp smell in the master bedroom bathroom. There was no fan to expel the steam in there…could be the cause.

We booked a two bedroom because two others were going to stay, we thought two bedrooms we could have up to 4 people, you pay extra for two bedrooms don’t you??? On arrival they demanded an extra $30 per day for each extra person, they said it was for extra washing of sheets and towels, once we left. In the end only one stayed for 3 nights, so we had to get a refund. I just thought it was money grab, even though we had already payed $3000 for 6 days.

The apartment was so spacious, even with 4 people we all had our own space. Pool was great, especially the heated spa part.

Probs a bit of s distance to the main drag for walking but in saying that its right by the beach and not busy at all

Location was central to restaurants and cafes, not far from the beach. Staff were so welcoming, warm and friendly. We loved our little apartment, rooms were so spacious and 2 bathrooms was a bonus!

Top Appartment with all what you need!

Beautiful apartment for our family of 6. Beach access, great balcony area

Really comfortable apartment a stone's throw from the beach. Had everything we needed and more. Use of the boogie boards was an added bonus that my boys LOVED. The pool was also really nice for the boys as it had a hot tub so they loved going from hot to cold and back again.

The only thing I would change is adding aircon to the bedrooms. It was 30 deg while we were there and so sleeping was tough! My sons ended up sleeping on the sofas 😂

Great spot for families, HUGE room even with private balcony with dining table, plus all amenities for a long comfortable stay, had fun in the pool with the little one, across the road from one of the nicest beaches in nz (in my opinion!)

Beds quite soft and only had very very thin blankets with flimsy pillows
