Loved everything

Loved the location and the service on the front desk was fantastic - so welcoming and accommodating. Excellent facilities including a dishwasher and washing machine.

The wifi wasn't very good, it kept disconnecting.

Picked this place due to parking and short distance to the University. Was very impressed by presentation of the room and helpfulness of the staff. Comfy beds & plunger coffee rather than just instant were pluses too. Would also recommend the French restaurant just over the road.

Car park would be a tight fit for a ute or larger SUV.

Gute Innenstadtlage, dank Zimmer zur Parkseite auch leise! Nettes zuvorkommendes Personal, das immer hilfsbereit war. Gute Zimmerausstattung mit Pantryküche, Waschmaschine und Trockner! Attraktionen wie der Skytower oder auch der Hafen sind fußläufig gut erreichbar!

Das Housekeeping könnte optimiert werden. Mal blieben schmutzige Handtücher liegen (es waren aber immer auch frische Handtücher da), mal gab es kein Duschgel und mal war das Bett nur sehr halbherzig gemacht.

The room aircon had been set to 29 degrees so on arrival it was very hot. Easily rectified.

The room was clean and tidy, and having the kitchenette was great. The bathroom was a good size, and having an in-room washing machine and dryer was a huge plus. Close to town.

The kitchen wasn't fully equipped, with only one fork and one side plate available. Additionally, the windows are not double glazed, so it was quite noisy on Saturday night due to traffic and the nightclub opposite the property.

The towels are so thin, it is time to replace them. The toiletries provided are of poor quality.

Great sized rooms for families

Lots of mould on windows, window latch in 1 room was broken so window didn't seal properly letting in a lot of noise from queen street at all hours of the morning which lead to minimal sleep. Feels like you can't open the curtains with other apartments looking in

Not having sky was a shame as lots of good sport on when I stayed.

Two bedroom unit easily fitted the five of us.

As there were 5 of us, there was not enough coffee or tea.

The lady who checked us in was amazing. So friendly and helped us with everything we wanted to know. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The bathroom was a decent size. It was in a perfect location for a quick walk to our conference at the Aotea Centre.

The main door to our room couldn't be hooked open, so bringing our bags in and out was a bit hard trying to hold the door open while going in and out.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from the concert we attended in the Auckland Town Hall

Had some trouble finding the place, the street number given by the hotel in an email didn't match up with my car maps. Stopped and phoned reception and were given better directions but it would have been very helpful to know (from the initial directions emailed and from the reception person on the phone) that there is a median barrier on the road outside the property, so you can only turn into the place if travelling down Queen St, towards the harbour.

Location was perfect for us. Full kitchen and spacious.

We were on the left-hand side of the building, so it was a bit dark all the time.

Very nice and spacious family room, clean and well equipped, very convenient location - very central.

Sound proofing could be better. We were on the 13th floor and still could hear loud music from cars passing by.

Location is fantastic. Full kitchen and living area plus dining and study. Separate bedroom with a modern bathroom and full size laundry washer and dryer.

Only one elevator was operating for the 5 nights, as they were having work done. It was a bit inconvenient at times so we often used stairs.

Two bedroom apartment was very spacious, and ideal for a family of four. Location was great, short walk into centre of city and restaurants. Would stay again

Everything was fantastic, nice view, quiet,very clean, big bathroom.Lovely kitchenette.Walking distance to the harbour etc. OMG the bed,pillows was sooo comfy, definitely the best mattress ever. Thank you to the lovely ladies at reception for making us feel so welcome. Definitely come back to this hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Comfortable & spacious layout with a kitchen & laundry facilities.

The noise from the street below on our first night was loud. Could not keep the window open for air & we could not get the air conditioning unit to work. Called Customer Care around 11pm who was really unhelpful & said the only thing she could do was leave a message for Reception to contact us the following morning at 8am. We eventually got the air conditioning unit to work after another hour & when the window was closed it was much quieter & we could sleep. I spoke with Reception in the morning who were excellent and said the Customer Care person should have referred us to a Duty Manager. The rest of our stay was fine but a shame we struck that issue on first night. I would stay again but next time will request a room on the park side at the rear of the building, not street side.

We loved the small aspects that just raised the level of service and room. The bed was comfortable, the furniture was well sized for the room, bathroom had washer & dryer , the bonus was the coffee capsule machine. One could definitely see themselves staying longer. Close to the Town Hall and Aotea Centre meant a 5 minute walk to our show. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Easy parking.

Nothing cones to mind. We were there on the weekend, so we weren't encumbered with traffic.

It was directly onto Queen st on a Saturday night. No double glaring. I got no sleep from pedestrians being noisy. Sirens. Very disappointed as last time I had a wonderful room facing the park

We were caught in the recent cyclone that forced changes to our travel. The staff went out of their way to make that happen for us without any fuss

Central city location. With on site parking, although as we discovered it is subject to availability. However it worked out for us.

Sound proofing from other rooms allows noise to be transmitted quite clearly. Ie you could hear someone visit bathroom during the night.
