Great location and way bigger than we were expecting! Great value for money

The shower curtain didn't do anything to stop water getting all over the bathroom floor

位置附近在修路，双向道变成单向道，谷歌地图没有更新，导致第一天晚上来找了半天。除此之外没有问题。

The staff were very kind and helpful

That the room warm up quickly with electric fire place on cold days and nights. Parking my rental car was easy. Good signs to help me navigate where my cabin was when I arrived late to my accommodation

The 2 bedroom cabin was spacious and well equipped. Was a nice flat walk into town and staff were pleasant when we spoke them. Was exactly what I expected for the price and met our needs perfectly

The bedroom heaters would have been better if they had a timer on them. It was hard to manually keep them at a consistent temperature overnight otherwise nothing else was an issue.

Pretty much everything just not the bed and shower otherwise perfect accommodation for family.

The bed was not comfortable. They were making a lot of noises every time you tried moving around. I was worried that I would break it so the single bed on the floor save me. The shower was okay but not spacious enough for someone with size 20 to have a proper shower especially bending down to wash your legs. All asides perfect accommodation and we love it despite. I love how they respect everyone’s privacy

Very affordable and is very near the Queenstown mall also in walking distance to the Skyline. Great place to be at if you are driving a rental and don’t want to spend too much money and time finding a parking slot

The cottage was very spacious and had everything we needed. The location is central and close to shops and restaurants.

The bathroom was teeny-tiny so I think that some creative solutions are required to optimise the space this small.

The whole camp is clean as can be Many motorhomes, some small sites but that's good as then more vans can get availablity We had a cabin, perfect for Family It's so close to town that I couldn't park closer. Staff friendly

The Location was close to city and easy walk also to the parks and everything we needed to do. Rooms and beds were comfortable and what we needed. the self mini kitchen was a good addition too.

Amazing central location, in a peaceful private setting. Handy to town, supermarket and petrol station right there, room was so clean and very comfortable. Set up well with plenty of dishes, linens and everything you could need for a short or long stay. Grounds very neat and tidy, very busy with guests but you’d never tell, everyone was so respectful of each others space. Could not fault it at all!

Only downside was having to leave!

Fantastic cosy stay - warm, clean and great facilities in our private cabin. The location is phenomenal, so close to town centre reaching in about 10mins walking. Friendly staff, accomodating - thanks to George on main desk!

Great heating throughout and comfy beds in most rooms. Plenty of spare pillows also and the kitchen had all the items needed to self serve.

Bed had heating which helped greatly with the cold weather. The room was a little small but cozy and clean. Was surprised that the main "door" was a sliding glass door but the curtains were all hung for privacy. Staff were friendly and nice. Location was good, just a 6-8 minute walk to the city centre and other attractions like the Luge and iFly.

The main heater for the room broke on the second night of the trip but was quickly replaced the next day. Only bad thing was that we were cold on that night. Other than that, everything else was good!

Beautiful location and very central to all amenities

Our studio room was very comfortable and clean, although a little dated. The whole facility was great with three communal kitchens if you want to cook something, although you will need to rent pans and plates etc from the front desk ($20 down with $15 returned when you take it all back). There are also a couple of places to cook out, which are really quite spectacular. They have unusual artwork throughout the premises and have really tried to make this a great place to stay. It's been in the same family for years and it's obvious they care. The owners and the employees were absolutely delightful

The TV wasn't working correctly which actually needed help from the internet provider. We were there for three nights in total, and only had the TV working properly for one - although they really tried hard to get it fixed immediately. I actually didn't mind at all, but my hubby is a TV addict. We weren't told about the rental situation for the kitchen equipment when we checked in, so had to borrow from some other guests the first night. George was very apologetic the next day, and gave us a tote with the equipment at no rental charge.

All prices in Queenstown are excessively high for accommodation

It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in downtown Queenstown, which was great since you had to find parking and pay for it! My whole family loved the "Motel 6" we stayed in, we think they should be called cottages and not motels. It was perfect for cooking, which we did and for relaxing, which we also did. We would gladly stay there again.

If I had to say something I didn't like, which this is really low on the list, the parking was on the tight side.

Location, space

The location is great, as it is only a short walk to the town centre. The room is clean. It also has the advantage of being at the first floor with balcony to relax.

The holiday park is in walking distance to the town centre, supermarket and Gondola. Very convenient. About 10min walk or less. We were in hut 17 which was very comfortable, warm, spacious and had all the basic needs in the kitchen. The room was very clean. The location is quiet and the staff were very friendly. A great stay for a holiday park.

Location is great, easy walk into town center. I had my own breakfast, didn't use communal facilities as I had all I needed in my room.

There's a bit of an air lock in the bathroom sink so it splutted a bit if im really picky but otherwise cant fault it.

Perfect location and very quiet

Great place to stay, impeccably clean and tidy, the room had everything we could need, very spacious, appropriate heating and electric blankets, comfy bed and pillows, and even a communal well with filtered water! Good water temperature anf pressure in the shower. Friendly staff..and a high end gourmet shop across the road worth visiting. Walking distance to everything: town centre, restaurants, pharmacy, shops, supermarket, ice bars, gondola station and lake front plus free parking for your vehicle. Will definitely return!!

Just beware that some rooms are on the top level so you need to carry your suitcase, was not a problem for us. We had a balcony with beautiful mountain views so we loved it.

Noise during weekdays - not the property’s fault. Road works due to water maintenance issues.

It is in a fantastic, convenient location. It's only a 5 minute walk into town. The studio was basic but contained everything I needed for a private comfortable stay.

The windows were single glazed so any outside noise could be heard in the studio. Neighbours outside the holiday park played loud dance music until 11pm one evening but that's outside of the host's control.

Very spacious, warm and cosey, very good facilities, close to town and supermarket, an easy place to stay.

Front staff. We arrived little early and Rebecca help to checked in also she helped for Queenstown tours and sightseeing. Daniel is great, helped us out for taxi and other stuff. Team was great and very helpful.

Bizarre shower with a big step to get into it; similar to stepping into a bath.

Love the location. Most outdoor activities are just around 10-15 minutes walk away. The Luge and Jet Boat ride are really great fun. The hot bath was relaxing. The city centre has lots to offer - good eatings (eg Madam Woo Restaurant), and Patagonia Ice Creams (YUM). I am able to use the shared common kitchen to cook meals and reheating my food.

A microwave oven, shampoo and conditioner in the room would be great. Perhaps extra one or two more bath towel as I stayed for 4 nights and having water sports activities. I expect to stay in a normal hotel but surprised to see the place are also for caravans. It's another travelling experience. Just feel different, that's all.
