Summit Motor Lodge

Accomodation that take a small dog.

Unit 4 was not clean to a normal standard, badly needs an upgrade, very dated, tv was turning on and off by itself, parking is for small vehicles not for a ute, noisy location and expensive for what you get, the facilities! Still paid extra $20 for the family dog to stay.

It was all good clean tidy we only had a quick stay overnight

It was quite pricey for one night

Location and staff

The upstairs room moving to furniture around most of the night and couldn't get to sleep, very noisy

Friendly and attentive staff.

The unit is in need of renovation. Everything was a bit tired.

The staff are amazing

Nothing

The staff’s great ability to accommodate for my whanau needs. First my elderly mum ensuring she has no stairs to climb then my husband and our mokoz who decided to stay a night so the staff found them a room close to us and easy for my mum to access

Nothing

Location was great for us

The bed was terrible, property needs a refresh

The location.

Terrible bed, there was old food left in the room. Room was terrible to sleep in with broken blinds.

Clean and comfortable

The lovely staff opened our room for us as we had to do a late check in, thankfully they accommodated us

It was not satisfactory for the amount of money we paid, but was a place to rest during our short stay in Tauranga

Like only liked the location

The heat pump wasn't sufficient and the coffee and other bits was not enough

Wonderful Staff. Good value. Very clean

Handy to everything, very friendly staff and nice clean room.

Nothing.

Clean tidy unit, spacious for it's size plenty of room to move around

Very spacious

Shower head broken wouldn’t stay on holder

Bed was not comfortable and parking not good area every like messs up small space.

It was close to the shops and also was quite spacious

The blinds at night wouldn’t fully block out the light from outside

Good value for money. Room accommodated the kids. Liked the aircon and warm considering it’s winter.

Lighting could be brighter in lounge

Nice bedroom

Table to big in kitchen and no light on the right side of the bed.

The view from the terrace.

It's all good.

Spacious, good shower pressure, kids braved the pool and had fun even though it was winter

very dated bathroom and kitchen facilities, trouble locking balcony door, towels forgotten when room was serviced

Appreciate prompt an professional services

Warm and cosy, comfy beds, hot showers. Cleanliness. Location worked for us

Bed comfortable

Was not soundproof as could hear everything from neighbors which in turn woke my baby

Hosts were helpful

The rooms were dated, and cold, but it was my fault for not doing my research

Very modern, comfortable and well located Amazing friendly staff, very helpful

Location and cost

Nothing

Friendly staff and receptionist. Sky tv was a bonus got to watch the warriors game. Plenty of toiletries and cutlery

Car parks are to close together couldn’t get baby & his car seat out without having the door touch the other vehicle. Neighbour was loud and I felt uncomfortable as he kept walking past and saying “where’s the baby” and I had to locked up the doors & windows for safety. Somebody’s dog kept roaming around and tried to come into our room our room

The location was close to everything. Parking was assigned per room. Rooms were spacious

The next morning of our stay, the room beside us, someone started working on some construction. This was early in the morning between 7am to 9am roughly. It was hard to go back to sleep after that. Eventually they stopped but sleep was interrupted.

Very very clean, impeccable. Beautifully presented. Had everything I needed. Very spacious and warm. Not too far from Reception, thank you.

The blinds on the front sliding door didn't quite provide full privacy, had gaps. May do well with sheers/curtains to pull across as well. The room was located on the front courtyard.

Very good value for money.

Waiting at reception to book in, took 15 minutes to get their attention. Aurcon remote control not working, so a very cold night.

Location great, but neighboring room had a,crying baby for za few hours on and off during night.. a challenge

The above. I did like the space cleanliness and location.sorry mixed up the boxes

Was comfy for a nights rest

Everything

Nothing

The staff were really lovely

Some rooms are being used as emergency housing. I understand a need for this however slightly uncomfortable. I had a huge room to myself meanwhile a whole family has the room downstairs.

Clean/fresh - great service & location

Amazing check in staff allowing us early check in...easy clear parking and units neat and tidy

Possibly need a little more cutlery and seats when family from other units visit

Super clean, staff friendly and really pleasant. Spacious rooms and everything you need.

It was a bit out of town for what we needed but for the price and actual motel worth every penny. Nothing they could do differently that they could control.

Quiet

Convenient location

Just felt a bit outdated

Very friendly reception

Lightbulb over 1 side of the double bed was blown
