Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The central location makes the Quest Apartments a good place to stay as it is close to many restaurants etc. The room, although a little small was excellent with good facilities for breakfast and a good bathroom. Secure parking is available on site at a very reasonable cost.
While not perfect the facility is excellent value for money.

Building is having ongoing issues with hot water meaning we couldn't shower during our stay. We were not informed of the issue on check in, and on check out when we let reception staff know they were nonchalant about it - saying they knew about the problem but were having trouble getting it fixed. It would have been helpful to know this when we arrived - hot water being a basic expectation for accommodation. We don't recommend and wont come back - plenty of other nearby options available for similar price.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Great location. Walking distance into the city which we loved. Nice apartment with everything we needed. Enjoyed cooking our own meals and catching up with our washing. Very comfortable and paid parking is a must and made our stay so easy. Highly recommend this accommodation.
I didn't like that we couldn't have our room made up due to it being a Sunday. No staff permanently on site which we found a bit strange!

Room wasn't ready at check in time, were advised we would receive text when room was ready but never did. Elevator out of service for the entire stay. Wasn't a huge inconvenience except for having to haul bags up and down at check in/out.
