You need to serve guest as like it was the firt time they come to your hotel!

Breakfast and its food variety was surprisingly good. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

The toilet had leftover hairs and dirts in the sink during check-in. Was cleaned immediately after a complain was made. Baby chair in the coffee house was extremely dirty. It should be wiped often and taken care of to maintain good condition. More than 5 big wet wipes had to be used by parents to clean just the top seat of the baby chair. Glad that babycot was provided, however, it would been more pleasant to have a more decent-looking and cleaner one.

The price is expensive for a small room. The beach is muddy and the access to beach close early at 7 pm:

The selections of breakfast buffet was a bit limited. Attentive of the staff. I ordered an extra bed around 5-6pm but it didn't came until I had to ask again around 8pm when I was about to go out for dinner.

The 3 bedroom villa was cosy and comfortable. The bedding and toiletries provided were good quality. We liked the facilities provided like volleyball court, table tennis, etc.

I wish Villea could be more pro-active in beach clean up. There was a lot of trash, water bottles, plastic cups strewn all over the beach front including the area with direct access from Villea. It may help to provide more dustbins.

The building itself is comfortable and well-maintained; however, it does not offer good value for money for several reasons. The beach is very dirty, the elevator was not working during our stay, and since we were staying on the second floor, this was quite inconvenient. In addition, there were many ants in our room, which affected our overall experience.

The room is spacious and there are a lot of complimentary items that we can enjoy. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The guests can also park near the rooms. The kids and adults both can enjoy the pool. The place is nice and quiet. Have plenty of activities that people can enjoy like the ping pong table, swings, hammock, kids play room etc All of us sleep soundly during the night. The breakfast is also good. Little choice but it taste good. Enjoyed the nasi kerabu, nasi lemak, Mee Hoon, Danish pastry.

Some of the facilities in the room need to be improved to avoid injuries and for safety purposes. Also the cleanliness can also be improved (beside the windows and also under the pool terrace). In the morning, I also encounter some bees nearby the swing. Frustrated about the beach as it has many rubbish due to tides and rain during the day. So we are unable to enjoy the beach.

We had a great family holiday, the hotel was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble.

There was no bar, it would of been nice to have an odd beer or cocktail

The facility

The swimming pool was the highlight of the hotel. Especially if you have kids, my kids love the pool. Kids room was not bad

It felt like the room need to be vacuumed.

First, room is clean and comfortable. Second, breakfast also have many type that can choose. Third, kids also play fun in the kids swimming pool. Overall everything is okay

Basics are top notch. Comfortable bed, pillow, good shower. Nice pool, and access to blue lagoon beach.

The breakfast buffet can be improve as the food were slow in replenishment and as it was a long weekend/full house crowd... there were not enough food if you come in after 9.15am, as there were many empty containers at the food station.

Pernah menginap pada tahun lepas. Sarapam sangat okay. Akan tetapi pada kali ini sarapan kurang sedap, adakah mungkin chef yang berlainan yang meyediakan makanan pada hari itu...

Pelbagaikan lagi menu sarapan dan lebih enak.

The apartment is spacious. Each room comes with its own bathroom and air conditioning. The staff are mostly local, and they are friendly and helpful.

It’s a bit far from the main roads and located next to Tanjung Tuan Forest Eco Park. Driving back after dinner can feel quite scary.

Breakfast was nice. Location wise is also good, got activities for me and my family members. The staff was nice as well.

Fue nuestra primera parada y fue un lugar muy agradable y perfecto para ir con un niño pequeño. La atención fue muy solicita. La cama comodísima. Y la piscina le encantó a nuestro hijo. Al lado había un pequeño parque natural con el que difrutamos sin tener que coger taxi ni nada.

Quizás tener que esperar al check in hasta las 15h se hace un poco largo. Sobretodo si llegas de viaje y no quieres pagar un complemento.

The ambiance is great.. room is comfortable... and the facilities is great. Night time is great. Food was great. Lots of activities to do, and great for family trip and family with kids

Overall is good, friendly staff especially front desk. They are very helpful n friendly. Breakfast buffet is good with various varieties of foods.

Small disappointment only no bath tub despite hotel facilities including bathtub. My daughter so excited prepared bath bomb to use during our stay. When she found out not bath tub in room, she keep on asking us where’s bathtub.

Near to beach.

Room need to access by stairs and no view. Hotel guests not wearing proper swim suit and definitely not hygiene.

The breakfast selection was great and suitable for everyone. The view from the breakfast area was beautiful. I truly enjoyed the food — but then again, I love food! 😊

I had such a wonderful stay. I loved the place so much that everything felt perfect — I honestly couldn’t see any flaws in the hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. It truly made my vacation even more special, and I would definitely love to come back again in the future.
