Everything very clean,great place to stay,easy walk to town

Cups for the kitchen would be nice

We arrived late check in but was welcomed to kaikoura with people sitting outside there houses watching car parade

We love our stay here, we took and booked the cabin ensuit for 4p. Love the cleanliness from room to kitchen. The environment was so peaceful.

The only down side in this motel was the cutleries. Funny someone asked me if they can borrow my knife and and ask if they can have some of my disposable plates. We've been so many motels like this and this is the first time I couldn't find any utensils like plates and mugs aside from pans, chopping board and cooking appliances in the kitchen.

Friendly staff, room as expected with clean ensuite bathroom. Spacious communal kitchen with good equipment. Good location as it's close enough to Kaikoura town centre to walk in. Really enjoyed the hot tub, too!

Our shower didn’t drain the water straight away but that was the only negative thing. Shower had great pressure!

Arrived late. Key was easily available, light was by on :)

Stay here a lot while passing through and it always provides. The cabin is great value for money and provides everything you need for a quick in and out. Very clean and the showers/loos are always clean.

The hot tubs were an excellent way to unwind in a peaceful setting.

Cabaña comoda, tamaño justo para 1 o 2 personas, solo me quede una noche y fue muy comoda toda la estadia.

En la cocina no habia utensillos de uso comun, ni cubiertos, para quienes quizas solo estan de paso no está bueno porque te limita a tener que comer fuera y no poder usar las instalaciones.

Kitchen didn’t have much in the way of cutlery and bowls and cups… and reception was shut so unable to use yours… luckily we had enough. Also the hairdryer in the women’s bathroom was broken.

Easy access, good location, friendly staff

Wanted to use the hot tubs would be good if they had a booking system some everyone has private access. Same people stayed in there all night.

Staff were great and place was very clean and tidy. Good accessibility with plenty of restaurants/food/activities nearby. Loved the pool and hot tubs.

Cabin was a bit small for family of teenagers but fine if only one night

It was a lovely holiday park. We had a cute room with a wonderful mountain view! Very nice warm showers and everything was kept fairly clean. An easy 10 minute walk into town. Washer & dryer was great. The highlight was the hot tubs, so lovely to relax in!

The one thing I would say is the heater in the room wasn't very powerful and even on the highest setting, didn't heat up the room very well. Otherwise a very nice stay!

Cabin had a great view. Hot tubs were a good temp. Facilities were suitable and clean. Lota of space.

Being close to the creek, we got bit by bugs when outside. Bed was mostly comfortable.

Location, clean, has all you need, comfortable bed and good for the price.

I don’t like having to wash dishes in the bathroom but there is a communal kitchen. Only thing I could say is they could have more bench space if they had shelves or cupboards above the bench. Other than that it’s excellent, clean, good location, comfy and staff were great.

Es hiess wir hätten Blick auf die Berge. Stattdessen haben wir auf Bäume geschaut und auf eine Holzwand.

Super clean, great location . Easy walk to all shops and stores. Large facilities a super clean against.

Very nice view. Perfect location as it is close to shops. My kids love the pool and the hot tub. Room is clean and beds are comfortable.

Advertised they had an ev charger, I booked exclusively to stay and charge. It is clearly misleading advertising an ev charger when they don't have one

Ants in the kitchen got into our food bags. A heat pump would be a good addition.

Spacious apartment, pool view and well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Excellent location, close to main road and amenities. Complimentary tea/coffee/milk and toiletries. Hot tubs.

Swimming pool small but hot tubs made up for it. No wardrobes or drawers to hang/store clothes.

Cozy rooms, great facilities and lovely views. Staff were very friendly and helpful too!

Rooms were rather small but good value for money!

I loved it here and the view from my cabin overlooking the stream was perfect for watching birds and the ever changing clouds. The hot tubs were sparkling clean and a lovely way to relax at the end of my walks.

Needs a light on steps leading up from car park to units. Could not see edge of steps making it difficult for my wife and I going up or down in the dark.

The duvet cover on the bed looked old and dirty. Need a new one. And some firmer pillows. Do not park under the tree in front of cabins 15 and 16. Your vehicle will get covered in bird poop!

All good

for one person it was a good size, however if you're bringing 4 total people it will feel cramped with your luggage. The water pressure was super strong so good there. bowls and cutlery provided inside room. Staff was also friendly and nice. They were very accommodating to my weird timings for renting a bike. Good 15 minute walk to town. But if you are going to dolphin encounter or kayaking by walking(if you have no car) 30 minutes so be mindful if you book something super early. 20 minutes if whale watch boat. It might be better to rent a bike from the place as i did. Heaters were nice to have

I liked how everything was close, Bathroom,Toilet,Kitchen. The Hot tub was beautiful and relaxing.

Internet wasn't the greatest, and there was abit of noise early in the morning.

The swimming pool and the hot pools were wonderful. The whole family enjoyed them.

We had a nice cabin directly at the river. The shared facilities were spacious and clean. There is no cutlery or crockery in the kitchen, but you can easly borrow them at the reception. I forgot that there are hot tubs and a pool, so this was a nice bonus. You can easily reach the city by foot in 15 min.
