Great location and facilities. Had everything we needed

Office listed open until 7pm but was locked when we arrived at 6:30pm. Tried 3 times to go to reception the next day as paperwork requested between 11am and 3pm. But no staff were available and doors locked.

The spa shut really early, which wasnt advertised on the website that we could find, not a huge issue but we were looking forward to a spa after our tramp.

For a last minute book was fabulous - great staff clean and easy

No exhaust fan in the kitchen. Single bunk bed quilt is so small, too short for average adult.

To go from your beds to the toilet or showers you had to go through the rain (and so put all your clothes on).

The door immediate access to toilet shower hall in the secondary block doesn't close easily.

The location of the motel is great. You are able to park your car directly outside your room. We used their hot spa pool with a $20 fee, and it was worth every dollar. Communal facilities are fine, but the floors were a bit sticky.

Room was a bit small. Would not recommend if you have a group of 4 adults. Room is more suited for 2 travellers, or 2 adults and 2 kids.

The bathrooms were quite flooded at the time of our stay, it was raining a lot but it didn’t seem like it was being managed

Lovely self contained cabin by a little town.

Rooms were well appointed and kitchen had everything you needed. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was wonderful, hot with great water pressure. Quiet park with great scenery.

We desperately needed to do something laundry as we were in the middle of a two week trip and there was only 1 washing machine working in the laundry which everyone was trying to use. We wasted a lot of time walking from our cabin to the laundry to see if it was empty.

A really nice place to stay, it is very comfy !

Pour avoir des ustensiles pour cuisiner, nous avons du aller à l’accueil en demander et nous les avons laissé dans la cuisine le soir. Le lendemain, la personne qui nettoie les avait repris et l’accueil était fermé. Conclusion nous n’avons pas pu nous faire à manger.

Smelly kitchen so we didn't even use it. Wanted to do washing but all machines were broken.

Great location, good sized 2 bedroom cabin for family of 6. Clean, spacious shower and toilet, kitchen with all appliances and equipment. Complimentary tea/coffee and toiletries. Comfortable beds. Bedding and towels provided.

Insufficient plates and bowls for 6 people. We got by, though this should have been checked and replaced before we checked in. Anyway, notified Reception on check out and was assured this will be replaced immediately.

Great facilities. Nice to chill out in the games room.

We checked in late in the evening and staff very kindly arranged the check in for us. We were amazed at the hospitality ( specially the after hours staff member on 7 th April night) she provided us with kitchen utensils and towels at very short notice . Really appreciate the service of the staff members . Great value and hospitality! Keep it up!

Beds were not very comfortable, bunk beds too small for large adults.

Staff were exceptional, welcoming and friendly Available Ebikes which made for a couple of good rides

1 of our 4 rooms smelled like vomit. Needed to sleep with all windows wide open just to get some sleep.

Only downside was the light shining into the cabin through the door. If there was a blind on there, would be great.

Lose chip seal on ground. Just made the place look a little untidy and unfinished. Also meant that at night walking from the cabin to the toilets you needed to put shoes on

The staff were very friendly and the park is in a beautiful setting.

Maybe they were short-staffed but the rubbish bins were overflowing, there was no toilet paper in the stalls, and only one bathroom had soap. the bed was ok. I’m glad I brought my own pillow.
