First in first served for parking in the garage. I got home late so had to park out on the road but it wasn’t terribly far from the front door so not a biggy!

They only provide the basic body wash. In the shower it is crazy there is moisturiser. I questioned whether it was supposed to be shampoo and conditioner, he said they don’t provide that.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Average place, nothing too fancy but it was good enough for what we paid. It had all the basics things you needed and it was warm comfortable and clean.
Um the Tv was annoying, it kept turning up on its own even after turning it down many times, it also kept turning its self on and off weird times and the tv just didn’t want to work half the time which sucked, but that was probably it.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Location was close to where we going. Staff friendly and helpful, having covered parking was a good. Always love a room with a spa bath. Also I really likes the good quality wine glasses.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Beautiful, tidy room with a comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well presented, making for a very pleasant stay
After I notified staff that my arrival time had changed, I received four phone calls while I was driving, repeatedly asking about my arrival despite already providing the updated time. I was then asked for my credit card details three separate times—once over the phone, again on arrival, and then I was followed into the car park to be asked for them yet again. I found this experience rude, uncomfortable, and far from hospitable. Sadly, because of the way I was treated, I would not recommend this accommodation.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026The room was nice. Classic motel room with a big bed, a small table off to the side and and a kitchenette. The bathroom was good - I booked a spa room so the bath had jets which were great.
Be very careful if you are driving there - the driveway is extremely steep and I scraped the side of my car because I parked in the "check in" spot for reception. I recommend parking out on the street and walking in to check in. The car park itself is also a pretty tight fit but is much more manageable. Judging by the state of the pillars in the car park I'm not the only one who had an issue!
