Nice apartment in city center, 15 min walk from the train station, very clean and comfortable

Nice and clean modern apartment. The entry door and access were well maintained and secure. The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms, large comfortable beds, and a useful kitchenette. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

Unfortunately, the apartment we were originally given at 8–12 Cramerstrasse, on the fourth floor, was not clean when we arrived. The bed sheets had not been changed, and there was hair and rubbish on the floor. As there was no lift, carrying several large pieces of luggage to the fourth floor also made the situation more difficult. We contacted VISIONAPARTMENTS, and to their credit, the staff responded immediately and resolved the issue by moving us to an apartment at 2–6 Cramerstrasse next door. The replacement apartment was clean, modern and much more suitable. However, we had originally booked and apparently paid a higher price for the 8–12 Cramerstrasse apartment, yet no refund or price adjustment was offered after we were moved to the other apartment.

Apartamento com 2 quartos bem confortáveis e espaço de cozinha atendeu totalmente a necessidade para 2 dias de estadia.

La ubicación es perfecta, queda muy cerca de todo andando. Tiene supermercado cerca, estación de tren y paradas de buses. El apartamento tiene el equipamiento básico necesario y todo muy limpio.

No tiene ascensor ni consigna para las maletas. Si llegas antes del check in no puedes entrar y es súper tarde (antes de las 15:00 no puedes pasar), mientras que el check out es a las 10:00. Para ser un apartamento turístico deberían tener un check out por lo menos de hasta las 12:00. La cama es incómoda, es una especie de colchoneta y se sienten las maderas abajo. Respecto al baño, cuando te duchas se sale el agua del plato.

It was a really nice cozy studio apartment. Really enjoyed our stay. Hope to come back and stay here again. The only issue we face was not having a washing machine in it. Rest it was all good.

Would have a bit more comfortable sofa. They should add a washing machine as well in the apartment.

Completa mancanza dell'attrezzatura necessaria per lavare i piatti in cucina, mancanza dei detersivi e di strofinacci. All'arrivo nella lavastoviglie c'era una padella e due piatti sporti lasciati dentro. Ho segnalato via mail i problemi ma non ho avuto nessun riscontro. Cabina doccia che no chiudeva bene e di conseguenza ad ogni doccia si allagava il bagno che è anche senza finestra. Mancanza di una scopa e un cestino per provvedere alle pulizie minime dell'appartamento.

1)There were no proper curtains, and everything van be seen from outside, even though the room at groundfloor was elevated still everything was visible to the outsiders. 2) There was a cooler fan rather than an airconditioner as advertised, which was of no use in this heat. 3) Proper room inspection was needed because most of the things were already depreciated or wornout

This is a quiet,safe neighborhood very close to transportation, plenty of food options and even cute stores and boutiques.

The bed could use a few more pillows! Otherwise, it had all that we needed- including a fan that was super helpful.

Buena ubicación, a pocos minutos caminando de Zurich HB y Zúrich Enge. Limpio, muy equipado y cómodo.

They sent the code and instructions to access the building and room in advance. Everything worked properly.

The mattress could be better. Because of staying during a heatwave, the fan wasn't really enough. It was too hot to be in during the day.

El checkin es a las 15h y no hay opción de entrar antes. El checkout es a las 10h, más temprano de lo habitual. No tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador. Limpieza detrás y debajo de las camas mejorable. Por lo demás correcto.

Merkeze yakın bir yer, küçük ve temiz bir yer.

Maalesef hiç bir talebime olumlu yaklaşmayıp, red ettiler. Ev bol olduğu halde 15:00 olmadan 1 dakika önce almadılar. Valizi bırakmamıza izin vermediler, 4-5 ay önce rezervasyon yaptık ama o anda bir hata yaptım, kesinlikle iptal etmediler. Yenisini yaptır dediler, onu da taptırdım eskisini iptal etmediler ona rağmen. Kuralları var kabul ediyorum ama bu kadar da keskin olunmamalı ve müşteri memnuniyeti gözetilmeli.

Estive durante o verão e o quarto era muito quente, mas solicitei um ventilador, que disponibilizado no dia seguinte. A rua também não é muito silenciosa

Echamos del 21 al 28 de junio y el día 25 vinieron a limpiar la habitación, nos llevaron las toallas pero no nos pusieron otras de repuesto, por lo que nos dejaron sin ellas

The location was nice.

We booked 3 rooms and just got 1 fan. Considering the heat, atleast all rooms should have had fans. Lack of fans made the stay horrible.

Muy caluroso, sin aire ni ventilador. El colchón era de mala calidad. Estoy embarazada de 6 meses y le pedimos que por favor nos dejara entrar antes de las 15:00, aun teniendo la habitación libre, nos pidieron un suplemento de 43 francos para entrar anticipadamente. Atención nula.

O apartamento tem uma área razoável para um T0, a cama é +/- confortável, a casa de banho é pequena mas serve para o essencial. Tem uma mini cozinha com alguns utensílios, microondas, chaleira e placa de indução.

Não recomendo a reservarem através desta empresa/grupo, o serviço de apoio ao cliente e resolução de problemas é inútil. Cheguei ao apartamento e os estores estavam danificados (abertos), informei imediatamente a empresa da situação, foram lá duas vezes ver e não resolveram o problema. Prejudicou bastante o nosso sono pois na Suiça às 5 da manhã já é "dia". Só me propuseram mudar de apartamento às 22h da última noite após eu ter reclamado pela 4° vez. Também calhamos num terceiro andar sem elevador, e o isolamento do barulho exterior é inexistente, tendo em conta que os apartamentos estão ao lado de um restaurante que trabalha até à meia noite e com espaço exterior. Se está a ler isto, procure outra alternativa, não alugue!

Die Lage und der Zugang zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln waren gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut.

Es war sehr laut. Das Waschbecken im Bad war verstopft (wurde nach Meldung behoben). Das Geschirr war teilweise sehr dreckig. Die Küche war sehr sparsam ausgestattet. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt und wurde nicht ersetzt - es gab keine alternative Möglichkeit Kaffee zu kochen. Eine Jalousie war komplett kaputt und damit war es im Zimmer immer dunkel. Die Steuerung der elektrischen Jalousie kannte nur auf oder komplett zu.

The location is excellent situated close to public transport. The room is slightly tight for 4 people but easy just for accommodation while visiting Zurich.

The online check-in process is a little confusing with codes and links to registrations etc. Simple amenities like salt in a shaker would be nice - there is a shaker!

I had issues with the roller shutters. I contacted the customer services sending also photos and video about them. They replied that someone would have fixed the issue, but no one came. Very disappointed. I slept two days with in a bright apartment from 6 am...

Dit was een ruim junior appartement in een leuke buurt. Het was er schoon, wat fijn is. Er waren kledingkasten zodat je niet "uit de koffer" hoeft te leven.

- Het koffiezetapparaat dient gevuld te worden met bonen en dat doe je niet als je er slechts enkele dagen blijft. Een andere mogelijkheid voor koffiezetten was er helaas niet. - De kookplaat ging wel aan, echter was dan niet duidelijk welke plaat warm werd. Dit was niet te zien. Dus uit veiligheid niet gebruikt. - Jammer dat je met de tram naar het stion moest.

Plenty of kitchen things to cook with and eat in Vs eating out which is expensive in Switzerland. Very comfortable room and bathroom. TV worked perfectly.

My room was next to the front door and when people walked in at night the main door would slam shut which was pretty loud and annoying.

Bilder im Angebot beziehen sich auf 2 Wohnungstypen, so dass nicht klar war, was wir gebucht hatten! Die Fenster schirmen den Lärm nicht gut ab, so dass während der Nacht und morgens leider nicht gut geschlafen werden konnte. Im Badezimmer (nicht abschließbar) sind keine Haken für Handtücher vorhanden.

The apartment is new, clean and have all facilities for our stay. The location is perfect and easy to go to everywhere.

It's not a dislike but we think the owner should prepare the soap for the dishing machine. If it's cannot and only the liquid for washing by hand still ok, but please consider a discloth to do that

Un tercero sin ascensor y lo peor es que las camas eran horribles y lo pasamos fatal de la espalda, revisamos el somier a uno le faltaban varillas y al otro le habían puesto unas tablas osea trozos de madera sueltos que te hacía imposible dormir.

Messaged to advise that the kettle lead was burnt out so a fire hazard .. was assured the kettle would be replaced but it never got replaced despite amails and a phone call

I stayed in a studio for 3 nights. It was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The kitchen is well-equipped and washing up liquid, shower gel/shampoo and conditioner is provided. The location is great - very near Zurich Wiedikon station and also an 10 minute walk to the old town. There are lots of good cafes in the area.

The shutters on both of the windows in the room were stuck. One was stuck 3/4 closed and the other was completely open, meaning it was very bright in the room from early morning. I reported this and management said they would come and check, but I didn’t hear anything further.

Alles was katastrophal!

Had everything we needed, plenty of towels, toiletries and such. Was located close to two tram stations for easy access everywhere. Had an issue with one of the bed slats but was quickly fixed the next morning by maintenance which was much appreciated.

Needs a lift, 3 floors everyday was tiring especially after walking everywhere! The beds were a bit hard. Really loud street unfortunately with motorbikes, drunks, general street noise. Some marks on the walls but everything else was clean.

L'emplacement : juste à côté du Coop de Stauffacher, des stations de tram Bezirksgebäude et Stauffacher, et des gares de Wiedikon et Selnau, et à 15 minutes à pied de la gare principale de Zurich Contrairement à ce que nous ont fait craindre d'autres commentaires, l'appartement était propre et en bon état, les volets s'ouvraient et se fermaient sans problème et bloquaient bien la lumière, et des torchons et du liquide vaisselle étaient fournis. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème causé par une malfonction des équipements de l'appartement durant notre séjour.

L'appartement est annoncé pour deux personnes, mais semble prévu pour une personne, et n'avait notamment qu'une seule chaise. Il manquait aussi d'espace de rangement et le plan de travail de la cuisine était trop petit, même si c'est compréhensible pour un appartement de cette taille. L'appartemenent était mal isolé phoniquement, et on entendait tout ce qui se passait dehors. Un peu d'équipement en plus aurait été appréciable : une deuxième casserole, une planche à découper, de la vaisselle et des couverts supplémentaires. On aurait aussi bien aimé avoir quelques condiments et denrées non prérissables en arrivant dans l'appartement, notamment du sel et de l'huile d'olive. La notice du four à micro-ondes n'était pas fournie, et on a mis un peu de temps avant de comprendre comment il fonctionne.

Foi uma má estadia. O apartamento é muito antiquado, a wc antiquado. Havia um mini gel de banho para 4 pessoas para 3 dias e 2 noites, o que obrigou a comprar gel de banho. O interior do prédio está em mau estado. Pedi ajuda ao dono do apartamento para ajuda num sítio para compras para o pequeno almoço ou o sítio onde poderia tomar pequeno-almoço e disse que não ajudava.

The room was comfortable, spaciousand we found it clean. It is in a very good area, very close to the city center and right next to the tram. It had the amenities mentioned in the description.

On the downside, there is no elevator, the sink faucet was very stiff and the mechanism for the window blinds was not working, resulting in them being permanently lowered.

The location was convenient and well-situated for getting around.Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing overall. There were several faults in the property that affected our stay, and communication from the host/company was poor throughout. When we initially raised issues, there was either no response or delayed replies. When responses did come, they often felt abrupt and impersonal, as if coming from a generic corporate template rather than addressing our concerns properly. At one point, we were given an incorrect or misleading response regarding a kettle issue, which further reduced our confidence in the support provided. Additionally, when we asked for a small extension, despite prior communication, the reply was abrupt and dismissive rather than helpful or understanding. Overall, the lack of responsive and considerate communication made the experience frustrating and left us feeling undervalued as guests.

It was an efficient place to stay. It wasn’t the coziest, but it was functional and worked well for our needs. The location was excellent, and the keyless door code made it especially convenient for the two of us to explore separately. The small kitchen was well equipped, and the warm lighting added a nice touch.

One of the small windows did not have a shade, so quite a bit of light came in. There was also a kettle provided, but it did not seem to be compatible with the plugs in the room, which was not a major issue, just a little unusual.

A clean and comfortable apartment close to cafes and restaurants. The apartment is somewhat dark and needs better lighting!
