Everything was fantastic except for the fact that the ac in our room did not work and I couldn’t sleep the whole time!!

AC was broken!!! And it was 100F in Chiang Mai!!!!

Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe der Altstadt ist gut.

Mein Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss und ich konnte kein Fenster öffnen. Der Verkehr ist deutlich zu hören, da das Hotel direkt an der Straße liegt.

Was a beautiful place, great location

Stairs only access for high floors Only gave one key and wouldnt give us another. A few times my partner and I went different locations, coming back at early hours of the morning and it was inconvenient. Yes, they have 24 hr desk but i shouldn't have to ask to get to my room

Os banheiros cheiravam mal, cama quebrada e barulhenta, arrumação de quarto, dá para dizer que não houve. Somente trocaram as toalhas. Staff, nem se via, então não posso avaliar.

The service we received for washing our laundry was super fast. The location is really great. The room itself is very nice.

Our room was on the ground floor, we had zero view.It was very oppressive.The sanitary facilities are horrible, really very basic.

La pulizia era inesistente, abbiamo dovuto chiedere 2 volte una pulizia extra, il posto ha necessità di numerosi interventi, la camera famigliare al piano terra ha un odore pessimo, sicuramente ampia ma non adeguata al prezzo, alle stelle e ad un albergo degno di questo nome. Parlo della stanza famigliare al piano terra, un monolocale con doppio bagno, comoda ma non adeguata a standard di pulizia che ti puoi aspettare. Ci hanno provato ma nonostante il doppio intervento la situazione non è migliorata tantissimo.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, kein Aufzug, Zimmer wurde nicht automatisch gemacht, sondern man musste explizit das Schild dafür draußen anbringen

Mir hat das Zimmer sehr gut gefallen, es war schön groß und sauber. Das Hotel lag sehr nahe am Tha Phae somit war alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar ob Night Market oder der Sonntagsmarkt. Es gab zwar kein Frühstücksraum oder Restaurant im Hotel, aber es gab eine Speisekarte auf dem Zimmer wo man bestellen konnte und man brachte es dann aufs Zimmer. Doch es gab auch genug Cafes oder Restaurant gleich in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Was mir noch gefiel waren die großen Spiegel wo man sich auch mal ganz betrachten konnte.

Es gab im Bad am Waschbecken keine Steckdose, mußte also dort meine Haare föhnen wo es eine gab. Des weiteren störte es mich, das wenn ich duschte immer gleich Knöcheltief im Wasser stand, da das Wasser nicht so schnell ablief. Womit ich nicht gerechnet habe, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts und ich möchte es auch nur für diejenigen erwähnen, was keinen festen Schlaf haben, das es eine sehr lebhafte Straße ist und wenn Loi Kratong ist, es von Abends bis morgens um 5Uhr Raketen und Böller angezündet werden und das keine 30m vom Hotel weg.

Attention, pas d'ascenseur, et peut être bruyant avec la route et le bar à côté. Certaines rénovations à faire aussi dans la chambre : le placard où se trouvaient le frigo n'avait pas de pogné pour l'ouvrir L'eau est payante à 60baht la petite bouteille d'eau...

Loved the room. Comfortable bed, large bath and seperate toilet to remainder of bathroom. Loved the location as we could access riverside and old town easily on foot.

There was a bit of road noise that may affect some people. We were there during festivals though and it didn’t keep us awake. The staff only service the room when asked to. Even then you have to explicitly ask for things like more soap if you have run out.

Good location, near 7-11 and night club. Nice staffs.

Clean room and friendly staff. Beautiful building at a convenient location. Also offers motorcycle rental and has a restaurant/cafe.

The analog Toshiba TV looks terrible(the TV signal seems very bad). The shower needs a long time wait before water becomes warm. It’s along a Main Street but since the room has double layered windows it could have been not very noisy but unfortunately a bar next to the hotel selling alcohol & weed opens till 2AM and plays very loud music at night. Limited parking area in front of the hotel and sometimes cars parked blocking the entrance. No lift thus unfriendly to heavy luggage.

Stay was perfect and the second best stay I've had whilst travelling throughout thailand. The hotel was lovely: fresh looking and smelling. Bath in room was genius and also fantastic : evenings looking out into the evening will not be the same without it! The staff were attentive, kind and lovely, location was perfect generally. lt was a little way from the gate and the main tourist thoroughfare for those who want but for me was just right. Everything you need is within easy walking distance though.

This will be a fun review! They are selling this in booking as a 4-star hotel and 3 star in Google. In all honesty, this is simply a guess house, and if it was a 20 euro, a night would be normal, but it isn't for us. We actually found later on a 5 Star Hotel on the same price that we paid. Look, it is nice to be high in life, we all need that feeling once in a while, but the reality is completely different. The stuff were lovely, but in Thailand, all the people are, so this is given, and it's not the guest house privilege. On this price, I can not give them more than 5 score, but I'll give them low to drop the overall of 8, which is totally misleading. No elevator, no lobby, no water for the weekend and If that's not enough for you, the mega noisy boulevard and the canal with the rats, directly right in front of the "hotel " will complete your joy. Seriously, don't pay more than 20-30 a night for that!

Close to night life short walk to everything. 7/11 2 minute walk. Night market close for eating. Close to temples etc.

Water tap in sink moving not tighten down same with toilet seat easy things to fix they should. No in room safe to put your things.

the location was good staff were nice enough

the room wasn’t very clean there was dust on lights and the sofa was broken. bed was okay. the worst thing was the smell coming from the drains in the bathroom and shower.

the rooms are pretty loud you can hear the street noise the whole night long so if you need some sleep it's not recommended 😴

Some people may say that some of the wooden furnishings such as dressing table/ bathroom table are a little old or shabby. To me it just added to the room.

This hotel is conveniently located near Thae Pae, is clean and comfortable, and had very warm and hospitable staff.

We were on the fourth floor and we had to climb quite a bit of stairs during our stay 😅

I didn't like anything apart from the room size. when I was booking the room the pictures painted a thousand words. looked great. when I got there I was extremely disappointed. so much so I checked out amd wemt to the marriot Hotel

Nothing Terrible experience

I don’t understand the good notations. This was the most terrible experience in Thailand. The room was like a basement. Located on the ground floor I could hear what was happening in the lobby and the heavy traffic from the busy road right nearby. The window did not open neither the shutter which explained the damp smell of the room. I waited for the hostess to come back from her shopping to ask to change room she faked looking for one to finally tell me that the hotel was fully booked. A total ripoff, unacceptable. This room should be used as a storage but not to be used as a hotel room. If you see “last room available “ just choose another one!! Or book a hostel it will be better deal. The television was poor quality, of course no netflix, just few channels and the image was poor quality. Added all this there are soups tea and coffee for sell in the room but no kettle whatsoever to prepare them. The location is terrible just outside the old city right next to the busy road, that is why there are ear plugs at the reception (I don’t know if they are for sell or not)

A really enjoyable stay because it's close to many places to explore, and you don’t need to worry about transport since you can just walk there. The breakfast is tasty, and the staff are really nice.
