Very convenient location, friendly hostess who always fulfills your additional requests. In my opinion, washing machine and detergent in this apartment makes this place especially comfortable for families with children.

The lack of air conditioning, as in many old buildings in Vienna, is very noticeable in August.

Tatiana ile iletişim sorunsuzdu. Daireye kolaylıkla giriş ve çıkış yaptık. Daire temizdi. Mutfak ve banyo malzemeleri yeterli. Dairenin konumu özellikle Türk misafirler için ideal. Hem civarda türk restaurantları var hem de ana tren garına çok yakın. Ben ihtiyaç hissetmedim ancak daireyle ilgili bence tek eksik klima. Odalarda vantilatör var ancak çok sıcaklarda yetersiz kalıyor. Ancak bu eksikliğe rağmen Viyana’ya geldiğimde tekrar kalmak isterim. Teşekkürler. Communication with Tatiana was seamless. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen and bathroom amenities were sufficient. The location is ideal, especially for Turkish guests—there are Turkish restaurants nearby, and it is very close to the main train station. Although I didn't feel the need for it, I think the only drawback is the lack of air conditioning. There are fans in the rooms, but they aren't enough during extremely hot weather. Despite this, I would definitely love to stay here again when I visit Vienna. Thank you!

Квартира просто замечательная. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Две просторные спальни с очень удобными кроватями. Уютная детская кроватка. Тихий двор. Очень приветливая хозяйка. Передача ключей без малейших проблем. Квартира расположена в семи минутах пешком от центрального железнодорожного вокзала. Магазины и детская площадка тоже в пешей доступности.

Нам все понравилось, если еще будем в Вене, снова остановимся там. Единственный минус - довольно тонкие стены, слышно, если соседи громко разговаривают, в квартире над нами или на лестнице. Но ночью было тихо

Wohnung war deutlich abgewohnt. Kühlschranktüre defekt, Boden hatte teilweise Löcher, bei einem Stuhl waren zwei Beine offensichtlich von einem Hund stark angekaut, Toilettenpapierhalter und Duschtürgriff wackelten sehr, im Bad fehlte Klappe von Steckdose und Abdeckung bei Boiler (Klebesteifen noch sichtbar) ...

Easy, flat walk from the main train station Wien Hbf. We were met by the owner exactly when she said she’d be there. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Easy to get to Vienna old town by U Bahn from Keplerplatz about 200m from the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

엄청 추운 날이었는데 방도 정말 넓고 따뜻했어요. 수건이랑 이불도 넉넉하게 있어서 배려 받는 느낌이었어요! 역에서 가까워서 이동도 편하고 완전 강추.

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione (5 minuti a piedi), infatti l'abbiamo scelto soprattutto per la posizione. A pochi minuti a piedi la stazione della metropolitana U1 (Keplerplatz). Fornito di tutto (asciugamani, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, carta igienica, detersivi, spugne per cucina nonché sacchetti per spazzatura), anche pulitissimo.

What a fantastic place – quiet, warm, and clean, yet just a few minutes' walk from Vienna Hbf station. The apartment has everything you need, from a hairdryer and towels to pots and pans, coffee and a coffee maker, tea, salt, and sugar. It's clear that the owners pay attention to details to ensure a pleasant stay for their guests. Near the apartment, you'll find all the necessary stores: Lidl, Aldi, Billa, etc. There are also cafes and restaurants. A 20-minute walk takes you to Belvedere Palace. The beds, as well as the duvets and pillows, are very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The communication with the owner is excellent. They gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home We will definitely return!

Location is walking distance to the train station. Convenient with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Room and bed is comfortable. Kitchen is complete with utensils. Overall great experience staying here.

It was clean and had all the basic things you need for a hassle free stay. Beds were comfortable. Bottles of shampoo/wash appreciated. Excellent location, just around the corner from Favoriten Straße with every shop you can think of plus the street market stalls. U-Bahn & Wien Hauptbahnhof only a short walk away.

Pillows were flat, the shower head has almost needle point holes so the high pressure water coming out hurts!

Very spacious 2bedroom apartment! Clean & tidy with everything needed! The host is super friendly and kind enough for us to leave luggage inside the apartment beyond check out time! Will definitely come back for next Vienna trip!

This place was perfect. The location was close to the train station and the metro. It was in quiet part of town and had lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beds were very comfortable. The place was very clean and provided everything you could need and more.

빈중앙역에서 가까웠어요. 숙소가 깨끗하고, 주방기구들까지 모두 완벽하게 갖춰져있었습니다. 도착 전에 열쇠 위치와 사용법 알려주셔서 쉽게 이용했습니다. 수건도 넉넉했고 공간도 아주 넓었습니다. 냉장고 사용하다가 도어포켓이 깨졌는데 제 잘못 아니라고 말씀해주셔서 고마웠습니다. 제 실수가 분명한데 마음 편하게 응대해주셨습니다.

계단 몇개는 올라가야해요. 날씨가 살짝 추웠는데 라디에이터 사용법을 몰라서 사용 못했어요.

The apartment was exactly as described – everything looked just like in the photos. Excellent location, only a 7-minute walk from Vienna’s main train station. Very clean, with comfortable beds and all amenities provided in both the bathroom (shampoo, soap, towels, hairdryer) and the kitchen (dishes, cutlery, cleaning supplies). A big plus for the coffee machine with a full supply of coffee and even some cookies. Communication with the host was quick and smooth

I have no complaints at all and highly recommend this place!

L'appartamento è proprio come nelle foto. È grande, comodo, la pulizia è davvero eccezionale. Il condominio è molto silenzioso e tranquillo. Servizio impeccabile, disponibilità assoluta anche per informazioni di carattere personale ad esempio sul trasporto, la proprietaria risponde molto velocemente a qualsiasi domanda. Avevamo a disposizione una enorme quantità di asciugamani e molte trapunte. Ci hanno inoltre fornito tutti gli articoli fondamentali per l'igiene in bagno. In cucina c'erano perfino le salviette disinfettanti e i sacchetti per la spazzatura. Hanno lasciato in omaggio dolcetti, cialde per il cafè, thè, camomilla, zucchero, ecc. A meno di 200 metri ci sono 3 supermercati e una strada commerciale con molti negozi. La stazione centrale si trova a 500 metri con 90 negozi fra i quali anche ristorazione e 2 supermercati. Metropolitana, tramvia, bus, autobus turistico Hop-on Hop-off, bus transfer per aeroporto e taxi fermano tutti lì. Mia figlia di 12 anni ha fatto le foto da condividere immediatamente con familiari ed amici. Siamo veramente soddisfatti e grati.

Mieszkanie czyste, wygodne, blisko do metra. Stosunek ceny do jakości bardzo dobry. Mieszkanie nie jest najnowsze, ma mankamenty, ale ogólnie nie ma do czego się przyczepić za taką cenę.

The flat is good. Rooms are good. It is very clean. Kitchen contains everything you basically need. Especially coffee machine and complimentary capsul cafees are perfect.

Good location, a short walk from Vienna’s main train station and within walking distance of supermarkets and public transport. Excellent kitchen with everything needed to be self catering and a great space for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The host was very responsive and quick to reply when we thought we had an issue with the key, you just need to be a bit more forceful on the main door into the apartments. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It’s not something we disliked but a general comment. It seems that the hallway floor is becoming quite damp underneath the flooring from the frequent cleaning. It didn’t impact our stay at all but wanted to mention it as maybe it needs to be cleaned in a different way with less water.

It was comfortable and well equipped and near to the shops and the underground. It was easy to reach the center.

We didn’t have any information about that the street had been under construction still. It was a little bit disturbing but we knew about the parking situation.

Close your the main railway and metro, clean with good amenities. I appreciate the little things- left laundry sachet coffee pods and ice in the freezer, plus books and brochures about Vienna. There was a map of the metro system in the wall! Hosts were prompt to answer messages.

The apartment is nicely furnished, close to the train station, beds are comfortable including the sleeper sofa, and we really enjoyed our stay in Vienna because of the comfort of the apartment.

The apartment is near the central train station where has restaurants and supermarkets. It is very convenient for tourists.

The heater didn't work well on first night.

The apartment is much more spacious than I expected. Comfortable beds and a sweet compliment from the owner. Also the owner made every effort to let us check in early in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean and spacious apartment. It is very close to subway station Keplerplatz, which brings you into the city in a matter of minutes. Would definetely reccomend this apartment!

The house had everything we needed, in a fantastic location. Allowed us to drop our luggage early and went out of her way to help us out with luggage afterwards. Above and beyond. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for our quick over night stay. Location is great - 5 minute walk to the train station and Belvedere Palace. Longer walk to the city centre, but very doable. Nice small kitchen if you need to cook. Our wifi was not working but hosts came by to fix it right away. Thanks!

The host was very welcoming, despite our early arrival before the check-in time. Although she was still cleaning the apartment, she remained friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent and quiet, just a few minutes' walk from the main station.

Adding more indirect lighting in the living room would enhance the cozy atmosphere.

First off all-what is on the photos is in reality! Clean close to train station. very easy to find it. The details (coffee, tea even a piece of chocolate for each of us ) welcome us. The decoration makes you feel like home 👌

As we come from a country with solid walls of bricks, the acoustics from the neighbours was annoying in the morning .

It was very clean, well equipped, on a quiet street but very close to public transit and basic necessities.

Everything was perfect. We stay 5 adult and 1 child is totally enough for each needs. The location is close to Vienna railway station this is why we booked here. Check in check out was easy.

Need to inform people the home is in the entrance and right side. Maybe it’s already informed but I didn’t see it. The sleeping suite is need to improve a lot. The pillows were extremely disturbing while sleep.

No bathmat, only 1 dishtowel despite no dishwasher which got sodden, no supplemental bedding for people(me) who need it, no instructions for any equipment nor any helpful tourist info, crockery and sink a bit dirty from previous user, fabulous looking large smart tv but no use for a foreign visitor wanting to chill after a long day site seeing, as no setup to allow access to any tv via smart apps, only access to 3? German language tv stations.

The apartment is clean, cozy and spacious for our family of 4. It is near the train station and easy to access to bus and subway. The neighborhood is quiet, but there are many stores and restaurants about two blocks away including H&M, etc. The owner was very accommodating to our schedule. Highly recommend.

There was a problem at check in and it took some time before we could get in the apartment. I definitely recommend reaching out the day before to confirm whether someone will meet you or get the code before you travel!

The location is very convenient if you have to get to/from the airport. Station for airport bus is 5 minutes walking. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Easy check-in, even easier check-out.

Location is excellent - near the Metro station and within easy walking distance to a nearby shopping mall (Columbus Center). The appartment is spacious and comfortable. Provided WiFi network is speedy and stable.

Instructions for entry were quite late, in fact - nobody replied to our messages and e-mails, but we had to call them upon arrival. After that it was relatively simple and easy. There were no toiletries provided in the bathroom, even though the description stated there would be. There is a lingering unpleasant smell of sewage coming from the shower's drain hole - it subsides a bit after a few minutes of water flow, but it definitely persists. The apartment itself looks nice and clean, but there is some room for improvement - for example, the refrigerator in the kitchen could use either a makeup and repair or a replacement - some of the shelves inside are quite rusty and look dirty, and the door handle was broken. Overall the cleanliness of the kitchen area was not phenomenal. Also the soundproofing is not great. The PARKING INFO for the neighbourhood is definitely WRONG - there is, as of 2022 and beyond, NO free parking in the streets, as the city of Vienna has levied parking tolls throughout practically the whole city. We got a parking ticket on our first day because we were misinformed by the description from this listing. There are some long-term parking options throughout the city, but the owners should change the info to match the current situation.

Big apartment.

The floor was cold, you need some inner shoes.

The location was perfect. Close to railway station and a Metro station. Also next to Belvedere Palace and 2 stops from the centre. It was clean and equipped perfectly. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful time.

The only thing that we've missed, was some coffee, cause we couldn't find small packs coffee just for 2 days stay.

Location near a metro station makes it fast and easy to get to the city center. The apartment is placed on the first floor what is convenient if you have heavy luggages. There are lots of well-rated spots of oriental cuisine and shops in nearby. Comfortable beds with clean sheets.

The kitchen furniture missing handles and the fridge door was damaged (however the food still could be stored inside). There were quite dusty spots such like radiators. The apartment is equipped with gas heating column but we didn't spot CO2 detector. Our host assured us that the one is built inside the column, however there is no way to validate it. No stickers with info when the last checkup of column was conducted.

Location and cleanliness.

Bed was too soft, but that’s completely subjective opinion. Everything else was 10/10.
