Amazing hotel with great restaurants and amenities. I called the hotel and Margoux was a great help, when I checked in I was helped by Juliette and she accommodate all our requests. Julia was very helpful as well as she helped set all our rooms next to each other.

The welcome was both professional and warm. The room was top notch, with a gorgeous view. The bathroom and the bed get a 5 stars. Fantastic location (lake, city...). The whole staff turned out to be extremely kind and helpful, and very pro.

We took the "unlimited spa access" but didn't go there once. It was relatively far away from our room, and crossing the main lobby hall in a bathrobe was kind of an additional hindrance. But then again: the bathroom was 5 stars - it was our private spa.

Good location, beautiful rooms, well equipped gym and spa. Clean and modern. Excellent breakfast and breakfast service

Bar service in the garden was impolite, very slow and delivered false orders twice. Really not up to standards.

miserable Tiefgarage, durch defekte Klimaanlage in der Garage war es gefühlte 60 Grad heiß, alles mega eng und dafür 40 Franken pro Tag, einem 5 Sterne Hotel mehr als unwürdig In unserem an sich sehr geräumigen und tollem Zimmer, lachte uns in einer Ecke ein riesiges Spinnen-Staubnetz an (was nicht erst über Nacht entstanden sein konnte)

The food.

The room I had specifically arranged in advance by phone, quiet, with a large bed, and a park view, was not what I received. Instead, I was placed directly above the pool with two separate mattresses pushed together. After complaining, I was moved to a smaller room without a balcony, and could only check in around 3:30 PM. As an apology, I was offered a glass of water. At check out, the correct amount was charged, but the same amount was then blocked a second time on my credit card. It took almost a month and numerous emails to get this resolved. As compensation, I was promised a complimentary Suite upgrade on my next stay. When I later tried to arrange this, the offer turned out to be conditional on availability during the exact periods that worked for me, effectively withdrawn. The alternative I was then offered, a direct booking at the hotel, was actually more expensive than the equivalent room on Booking.com, with no free cancellation and without breakfast included. Given all of this, and being told that a review here was of little concern to the hotel, I cannot recommend this property. Switzerland has many excellent five star hotels; this is not one I would rely on again.

- The location - the hotel was easy to get to driving. - The reception on arrival, the concierge and reception staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. - It was my birthday and the staff put a delicious cake in my room on the day of my arrival and on the day of my birthday with a nice message - The room was lovely, did not lack anything and was thoughtfully decorated on the day of arrival. - all other staff I met, from the restaurant and cleaning staff were also nice and courteous. - breakfast was really good - liked that there was an electric bidet.

Had my birthday dinner in the brasserie but unfortunately it was a bit underwhelming considering the price point. Dessert was delicious. Other than that, everything about the stay was perfect.

Unfortunately, my stay at the Royal Savoy Hotel Lausanne was disappointing and did not feel like the experience I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The room was very dark, and there was a chair missing from the terrace, which made the outdoor space less comfortable. I also felt there was no special attention or recognition at check-in. The receptionist was quite unfriendly, which unfortunately created a poor first impression. Overall, I expected much more from a 5-star property. Sadly, I would not return.

Initially we were going to book another hotel but we are glad we chose Royal Savoy, it is definitely the best hotel in Lausanne. It is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are nice and spacious and very clean, the restaurants are very good, and most of the heated pool and spa areas are to die for, a very well looked after building. The icing on the cake are the wonderful staff right from reservations, reception, housekeeping, food and beverage and concierge, nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is bountiful and tasty. The location is also very good, close to the Metro, the main Lausanne Gare railway station to get you to and from Geneva Airport, the beautiful harbourfront. The hospitality does not stop there, the follow up from the General Manager even after you have left to get your views on your stay shows the care they take of their guests. As a hotelier myself I would give them 10 out of 10 on all counts.

Le petit déjeuner était très varié entre sucré et salé. Le personnel est très accueillant et à disposition. L’emplacement est juste à côté d’un arrêt de métro. Possibilité d’aller dans la piscine de 6:30 à 21:00. Très belle chambre avec un détail personnalisé pour célébrer un événement.

très bien placé dans Lausanne à mi chemin du centre ville et du lac.Et la station de métro N 2 est au pied de l’hôtel .

La cohabitation dans la journée au Spa entre les adultes et les enfants!

Wonderful hotel and staff. Would definitely visit again. The cleanliness and pride taken by the hotel was obvious. The pool and spa area is also a plus.

Pros: The hotel is centrally located two metro stops from the main station and two stops from the lake. The staff are friendly and attentive. Cons: The pool does not have a view. The reception is not responsive to guest requests. Overall: This hotel is in the 2nd league. You are better off staying a premier league hotel in Lausanne such as Beau-Rivage Palace. Excellent accueil dans tout l’hôtel qui est superbe et bien placé ,nous avons beaucoup apprécié la brasserie pour son excellent accueil ainsi que leur cuisine . Merci encore

Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit einer dicken Schiebetür zur Toilette, einer hohen Regendusche und einer Badewanne. Aber das Beste (und der Grund unserer Wahl) war der Spa-und Schwimmbadbereich (mit einem anständigen Innenpool und Massagedüsen-Aussenpool).

Das Zimmerfrühstück ist eine attraktive Idee, leider hatten wir da als Veganer nichts, das wir ankreuzen konnten. Aber sonst waren wir wirklich zufrieden.

Der Spa war nicht toll (Wasser zu kalt, Saunabereich klein und mit Textil, Ruhebereich nicht besonders schön, nur Äpfel zum essen, der Frühstücks-Service war nicht aufmerksam und eine Bestellung ging vergessen, das Essen im Rooftop-Restaurant war nicht besonders gut, auf der Kreditkarte wurde ein Betrag reserviert und nicht zeitnah gelöscht

L'ensemble de l'équipe.. les concierges l'accueil et les serveurs du pdj sont exceptionnels. La dame au spa était geniale. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est super et en bon état. L'ensemble des équipes sont aux petits soins des clients.

Un peu de bruit le matin avec la chambre sur la rue.

Use Amex Travel got upgraded to suite! Great location right across from Delice metro stop essentially two stops from Lausanne Train Station Breakfast outstanding service. Food terrific as well! Night time bartenders super helpful and friendly Concierge gave us great ideas of places to go. Spa and Pool - fantastic! Try going to Evian, France for the day from port ouchy! Hotel rooftop not to be missed!
