Événement prévu demandé en mariage. Étant un client régulier de votre établissement, j’ai perdu 15 min à la réception où l’on a repris mon identité, blocage de carte de crédit également alors que ça n’a jamais été fait auparavant. De plus à 14:59, votre réceptionniste nous annonce que la chambre ne sera pas prête avant 15:00… Finalement 15 secondes plus tard, elle nous annonce qu’elle n’est pas prête avant 20 minutes. Pour un événement comme ça, prévu et organisé dans le temps, ça a absolument tout foutu en l’air… Le soir on rentre à 00:00, il n’y a personne à la réception … on a attendu 15 minutes. Un grand n’importe quoi je suis vraiment déçu. Alors que je venais très souvent.

La première chambre était horrible et le dessus de lit sale. Nous avons changé de chambre.

Le personnel très jeune n est pas éduqué.

The hotel is beautiful and so lovely! The staff were very nice too.

The staff failed to replace the coffee and tissues in the room. Had to ask. Also the closet light kept coming on all night. They did fix the following day, but after a long travel day, it was pretty miserable. Also the shower was incredibly slow to drain. Also, staff waked into room without knocking not knowing we had checked in.

Nous avons été tellement comblés que je ne sais par où commencer ! L'hôtel tout d'abord : un palace droit sorti d'un rêve et parfaitement adapté aux normes actuelles. Nous fêtions l'anniversaire de mon mari ainsi qu'un anniversaire de mariage et nous avons été comblés d'attentions multiples qui nous ont été droit au coeur. Tout : les lieux, le spa, les piscines, le restaurant respiraient le luxe feutré et la doucuer de vivre. Chaque membre du personnel que nous avons croisé était d'une gentillesse et d'une attention exceptionnelle. Il me serait impossible d'évoquer un seul défaut. Ce séjour restera gravé comme un souvenir merveilleux. Merci !

服务完全跟不上。入住写15:00，到店告诉我15:30才能准备好房间。我订了有浴缸的大套房 给我一个边角需要两把钥匙没有浴缸的房间。交涉后，说再等半小时换房间给我。结果16:30才入住成功。入住第二天咖啡胶囊也是没给补，打电话给前台 两次才给送来 工作人员实效堪忧。不知道是夏天忙还是怎么样，服务不如冬天那次好。我想以后不会再定这家酒店了。

Vue incroyable, petit déjeuner de premier ordre et jardin magnifique. Un vrai palace comme on les aime. Les chambre qui ont été rénovées sont superbes et les draps incroyables.

J'aurais aimé avoir du wifi dans la salle de sport. Les machines sont parfaites, mais certaines nécessitent se pouvoir se connecter à son compte technogym et c'est impossible sans un réseau stable dans le fitness. Le réseau qui était disponible ne donnait pas accès à internet. j'aurais aussi aimé pouvoir être recontacté plus rapidement par le spa afin de pouvoir y booker un traitement. Je m'y suis pris un peu tard avec une réservation de dernière minute, mais ça aurait rendu le séjour parfait.

Eleganta hotelului, a camerei. Totul a fost de bun gust. Atmosfera placuta, personal f. amabil.

Din punctul meu de vedere si am vazut asta in alte locatii, micul dejun poate sa fie separat in functie de categoria camerelor. Asa cum este acum, lipseste intimitatea si îti da senzatia de hranire in masa( cantina). Personalul face eforturi dar dispare acea nota de exclusivism data de hotel.

Luna au Spa été très aimable et cordiale, bien comme Zita et le Manager à l’accueil du petit déjeuner Dimanche. Bravo à toute l’équipe de la piscine qui été infatigable et très accueillante et souriante.

Avant l’arrivée j’ai reçu un message pour remplir l’heure d’arrivée et des demandes spéciales. Ce que j’ai fait néanmoins la demande pour Champagne en chambre et pétales de rose, pour célébrer nos dix ans de mariage, sur le lit n’a pas été respectée :(. En arrivant j’ai fait part à la personne du Check in qui m’a répondu avec ce tarif là il ne croit pas… :(. Puis après avoir fait le Check out, mon épouse ce sentait avec des forts maux de tête et on m’a indiqué la pharmacie plus proche. J’y suis allé. En revenant nous parlions avec nos enfants au téléphone et une dame à la réception, hors cadre, hors temps, sans un bonjour ou une salutation appropriée est venue nous demander d’éteindre le micro (peut-être serait-il judicieux de faire part à cette dame qu’un appel téléphonique sans micro d’un des côtés s’appelle un monologue ou conversation des fous!) et puis pendant tout ce temps il n’y a pas une personne qui est venu vers mon épouse pour lui demander comment elle allait !!!

Le parking est facturé 55€ par jour !! C'est abusé ! Pour un hotel de cette classe le parking ne devrait pas être facturé , c'est le point qu'il doivent améliorer.

Frühstück war sehr, sehr gut.

The room was gorgeous, very pretty and very clean. The outdoor area was the best, beautiful bar and restaurant with a view of the lake and the outdoor pool felt like a hidden gem. Absolutely happy to recommend. The Guerlain spa was to die for!

Мой номер был крошечный. Для одного человека в поездке -приемлемо, но вдвоем , если Вы не юные студенты - очень тесно. Ценник все-таки не студенческий.

Das Frühstück war exzellent! Der Ausblick atemberaubend. Das Gebäude ist wunderschön!

Das einzige was und nicht gefallen hat: Der Service /Personal auf der Terrasse war nicht sehr aufmerksam. Die Reste von den Gästen davor wurden nicht vollständig beseitigt. Erst nachdem man die Service- Mitarbeiter mehrmals darauf aufmerksam machte. Es dauerte lange bis man eine Karte für die Bestellung bekam. Es fehlten einige Getränke von der Bestellung die dann endlich nach einer halben Stunde gebracht wurden.

Personal and service was great. The lake view from the room is unforgettable. Breakfast was wonderful. Definitely one of the best hotels on Lake Geneva.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean, well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day of our four day stay.

Overall, we had a really wonderful stay at the Beau Rivage. The only disappointment was with the staff working on the terrace bar. The first three evenings we were there, the service was terrible. On one occasion we waited a full forty minutes to get our drinks - the weather was hot with temperatures in the 30s so we were thirsty! We asked for a bottle of water as soon as we were seated as well as a beer and a juice. Forty minutes later we received the beer (which was cold), the juice (warm) and no bottle of water. Another ten minutes passed before we were able to attract the attention of a waitress and I asked politely if I could possibly have some ice in my juice and if she could please bring the water. Another fifteen minutes passed before she returned with some ice cubes in a glass and put it down on the table without a word, without even making eye contact. When I smiled and said thank you, she completely ignored me and just walked away - we didn’t have a chance to ask for the water again and retreated to our room after what was a disappointing experience from a hotel of this standing. And yes, the bar was busy but not as busy as it had been on previous days. In my book, there is no excuse for rudeness, ever. We would have easily overlooked the slow service if it had been delivered with a smile. I’m happy to say that the following evening there were different staff on duty on the terrace and the service was impeccable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Beau-Rivage Palace Lausanne from the very first moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and we truly appreciated being given our room earlier as it was already available. It immediately set the tone for the whole experience. We started with drinks in the lobby bar, which were fantastic, and continued to explore the hotel’s facilities everything is done to a very high standard. The variety of restaurants and bars is impressive, with excellent cocktails throughout. A special highlight was dinner at Kaigan the Japanese restaurant. The food was outstanding. One of the best sushi experiences we have had in Switzerland, with a great fusion concept, delicious tempura, and excellent teppanyaki. The hotel also offers a two-Michelin-star restaurant, which we are already planning to visit next time. The room was beautifully designed in a classic style, yet fully refurbished and extremely functional. Everything felt thoughtful and well executed. It truly gives you the feeling of being in a proper five-star hotel. The spa and pool area are also exceptional. The outdoor space with sand feels almost like a private beach, and the food and drinks at the beach bar were just as good as in the rest of the hotel. What impressed us the most is how incredibly well maintained the hotel is. You can feel the attention to detail everywhere even in the smallest corners, everything is spotless. We genuinely loved everything about this hotel and would absolutely return.

The only point for improvement would be the entrance area near reception at Beau-Rivage Palace Lausanne. There is a paravan (decorative partition) placed at the entrance, which feels quite outdated and does not match the otherwise elegant and well-maintained style of the hotel. It slightly affects the first impression when you arrive. A more open space or a refined design element, such as a beautiful floral arrangement, would elevate this area and better reflect the overall five-star standard.
