Rooms and housekeeping were praised (specific mention of Afzal), but issues noted: dirty window glass on the harbour view and presence of mosquitoes at night.

Consistently highlighted strength: many staff praised by name (Rahul, Nitin, Rashmi Menon, Kartika, Lekshmi, Sujith, Eldho, Niveditha) for warm, attentive and proactive service.

Food frequently praised: very good meals and an excellent, varied breakfast buffet; attentive restaurant service and special accommodations for dishes were noted.

Good amenities highlighted (clean, well-maintained swimming pool); however, internet connectivity was reported as poor and insecure, and some service gaps around transfers/luggage.

No strong complaints about pricing; guests appeared satisfied overall though one noted willingness to pay extra for secure internet—overall perceived as fair value.
