Loved it Everything you need to know Love the hot tub Great location
Single beds were uncomfortable and not suitable for tall adults Little bit overpriced
Perfect location .Fantastic place to visit. Amazing food and services. Thank you
Beautiful property in a perfect location for all amenities- stunning food served and all staff were so happy and helpful nothing was a problem.
The hotel room and surrounding location was beautiful. The staff were fantastic. They couldn't do enough for you. Especially the guy who checked us in. Sorry we didn't take a name. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal. Again, great quality.
There is not much. I would say the restaurant had Limited options. However they do well with what they can make. I would recommend the Aberdunant Burger Breakfast was A+.
Fantastic location. Woodland escape spa with hot tub exceeded expectations
The bed was a little too firm. Apart from that. Everything was amazing.
Nice setting , lovely bathroom and comfy bed and sofa , lots of storage for your clothes
Breakfast wasn’t good , lodge wasn’t cleaned throughout our stay . The sleeping area was freezing and we couldn’t get the heating to work . We left a day early as we was so cold . Bathroom was boiling

Amazing location, really friendly and helpful staff. Food was good value and great quality.
Beautiful location. The hotel staff were extremely professional, helpful and courteous. The room itself was airy, spacious and clean. I ate in the restaurant & again received excellent service from the staff.
Nothing.
We likes the quiet and the views were stunning the staff are on point and we will be going back next year! Love it and the beach is only 10-15 mins away beautiful waters the children can play in with ease!
It was perfect!
Fantastic location, lovely and quiet park, comfortable, clean and well appointed cabana with lovely mountain views. Check in and check out very quick and simple.
The food was quite expensive but very tasty, though we were a bit disappointed by the Sunday Carvery. The staff were fantastic. Accommodation really good for our needs, though the toilet brush was in full view and was clearly dirty so we hid that out of sight. This is very minor though and easily sorted. I would say the map and park details were a little slim, for example, the hiking trails could be better described (difficulty, time to complete for the average person, official start and finish point) as the signposting while on the trails was not great.
Food was amazing, staff was so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go again.
Cabana was brilliant, the restaurant was the best I have been to in the Porthmadog region. Not Michelin rated (neber been to one), simply good quality food, very well presented and tasty.
Nothing to be honest - simply be nitpicking.
Restaurant was reasonably priced food was good quality
The cabana suite was not comfortable
Lovely suite lodge which felt private, really well equipped, felt very luxurious. Had a lovely meal and breakfast in the hotel. All staff were super helpful and welcoming.
Hot tub was just too hot, noisy neighbours in the lodge suite next to us. Small suggestions coat hooks as you walk in the door and hooks to the entrance of the shower for towels.
Great location. Parking near accommodation. Just what we needed.
Very well located for exploring the surrounding area and a gorgeous building. The staff were all very pleasant and I imagine in good weather the grounds are stunning.
I would say it was not as clean as we would like. There were lipstick stains on the mugs in the bedroom and odd stains on the towels. Due to it being carpeted in the bedroom there were also quite a few stains on the carpet.
good size room in main hotel building with comfortable bed . Helpful staff. Breakfast good selection served as buffet. Location ideal for exploring the area.
The property was fine.
There are so many caravans. It was very expensive. The restaurant food was good but the availability of produce was poor.
Accommodation was really good (woodland lodge with Hot Tub). Access/parking was very good along with privacy.
Accommodation, whilst very good with double shower etc, if I had to ask for anything more, it would have been lovely to have a reclining sofa. Restaurant could have had a quiet area for couples, away from families/dogs. Online ordering for Pizzas needs improving as it did not work. (pizzas were good)
Most things, particularly the location and grounds aswell as most things about the cabin we stayed in
Major point: The ground floor bed arrangement. 1) Ridiculously high 2) Stupidly one has to climb over the other to get out of the bed. This stupidity is made worse by the height above the floor of the bed. Also we had the Sunday Carvery. After reaching for the salt and commencing using it the plug in the bottom came out and dumped its full contents over my dinner 3 times I advised the 3 waiters who visited our table and not once was any offer made to replace or compensate for a totally ruined meal. This was a VERY special occasion my wife's birthday AND a celebration of her retirement only days before. WE WONT BE RETURNING
We were lucky to get a good view of the mountain from our cabana, although not all cabanas had that
Our room was not cleaned on the following days after check in. We stayed 3 nights and they didn’t even keep toilet paper on the second and third day, we had to use the same two rolls of toilet paper they had kept on our check in day. Towels weren’t changed, despite keeping them in the toilet. There was no housekeeping. The bed was literally a mattess on something like a sofa in the cabana, it wasn’t a proper bed. Toilet was extremely small and cramped up. Not very spacious. Bed was too small too.
Beautiful setting, peaceful. Everything we needed in the room. A well looked after property with nice decor.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
Comfortable hotel, good food and friendly staff
The setting, the staff and the clientele was excellent
There is nothing not to like
Really lovely cabana, functional and spotlessly clean, set in beautiful surroundings. The site is easy driving distance to Porthmadog but set in gorgeous mountain woodland. The on site restaurant is also very good.
Nothing
Location was gorgeous nestled in woodland, streams and waterfalls on site. Just beautiful and relaxing.
Room, food, staff, setting, cleanliness
A beautiful setting, small but comfortable room.
It was a family oriented resort so lots of children
Beautiful hotel with excellent grounds
Nothing
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. You felt at ease as soon as you arrived and stayed relaxed throughout the stay. Lovely place to spend the last night of our holidays.
I struggle to find anything negative to say Dragging my case up the stairs was a bit of chore but it was only one flight.
Second time visiting here it was absolutely amazing
Beautiful location, fantastic view, excellent food, friendly helpful staff.
We had a lovely stay! The caravan is situated in a beautiful and peaceful location, and everything was clean, comfortable and well looked after. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and were very happy with everything. Would definitely recommend!
We stayed in one of the Cabana Suites ideally situated near the restaurant & bar very comfortable. we dined on first night stay food & service was excellent, had breakfast the next morning with plenty of choice on offer, we were greeted and sat down quickly fully explaining the service., very tasty.

Excellent breakfast
Perfect
Everything! Gorgeous lodge, excellent location
Could have provided more tea towels for drying dishes ha ha
Very peaceful location with amazing accommodation. All the staff were so welcoming and attentive. The food at Y Bistro was of excellent quality whether it was breakfast or an evening meal. Hot tub was fab.
Nothing at all.
lovely cabin ,no 18 ,room & spacious, comfy bed ,plenty of storage space, amazing bathroom with large bath tub and underfloor heating
hot tub is literally right next to next doors hottub divided by a wall & fence so you can hear lots of conversations ect ect so not really private enough for me all cabins are really close to each other so not really peaceful unless you like hearing other people ,the hall itself really nice for meals and drinks which is basically 4 mins away from you all in all a good base from which to explore the nearby areas
Very quiet and relaxing location in pretty surroundings

Very clean, easy to find

The beautiful atmosphere and ambience was serene .
Nice bright & clean
Bedroom toilets were low
The location is beautiful and the accommodation is very well maintained
There was no hand wash provided and no change of dustbin liners.
Stunning location - scenery and grounds. Room was very nice and so was the breakfast
The room was good sized with a bubble bath. Staff were very friendly
WiFi could have been better
The location, calmness, cleanliness, room decor, environment and the staff, everything
May be some food could be arranged for the late night arrivals, we struggled to eat coz we were late by half an hour.
Beautiful setting. Staff very friendly and attentive. Not overly busy so nice relaxed atmosphere. Food very good. Bedroom lovely and clean
Nothing
Cabana was clean, comfortable and something different from the usual hotel room. Bar was friendly. Restaurant was absolutely fab. Grounds were lovely.
Nothing. Would stay again if in area.
Everything about our stay was great. The room, the lounge and restaurant the bar and gardens etc, etc.
There was nothing not to like.
Room very comfortable and setting excellent Lovely grounds
Had a carvery in the evening and it was disappointing Not as hot as I would have liked and the roast potatoes were overdone Had to wait a while between courses but it was busy!
Beautiful property, lovely clean .staff very kind and helpful. Had a lovely two days there. The only thing they need to do is give you more information about the area when I came out left the property. There was a beautiful village. The people would love to go to, but there is no information about the area and where you can go, but otherwise fabulous
super séjour dans ce gite très cosy et confortable. Les enfants ont adoré d'avoir leur espace en haut
plus de jeux pour les enfants dans le camping avec un espace enfants qui pourrait etre plus étoffé
Nice location, comfortable room and the restaurant smelt very nice, though I hadn’t planned to eat
A little bit of noise through the walls from an adjacent room.
good food
no air con in room
We was very happy of this acomodation! Very clean, nice and comfortable👌
Very peaceful

This place was very well kept. Nice and quiet and great location.

Good details in the cabana
Not anything significant
Nice area
The cottage was three stories and had a weired layout kitchen in the basement, bathroom in the living room n then two bedrooms upstairs. The bedrooms were in the attic very small and claustrophobic.
Food was excellent Staff very attentive and friendly

Absolutely beautiful place, perfect, the hide ways lodge was incredible, the hot tub was amazing
Comfortable bed good location
They don’t really clean the place, breakfast is too late at 8am
Amazing place. Rooms were beautifully designed and immaculately clean.

Clean, comfy, great location
Nothing of note
Perfect location for exploring North Wales. Excellent restaurant on site with great food for adults and children. Really helpful and responsive staff.
Nothing!
Setting was lovely. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant was very good
One Suze fits all robes...too small fir most. Shampoo bottle in shower completely empty. Settings 2 and 3 on spa not working. Plastic and loose toilet seat.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and beautifully located with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome.
There wasn’t anything I particularly disliked, we had a very pleasant stay.
Location is amazing, love the trees, waterfalls, how all the accommodation is facing all different directions so you don't feel like you're being looked into,we stayed in cabana 16 which was in an elevated position..just the initial drive onto the property is so pretty. Breakfast was good..and the general feel of the place is really nice..my recycling was taken away most days and bins emptied almost daily.. wouldn't hesitate to come here again
Double bed in cabana 16 had sunk in the middle giving a feeling of being in a bowl..needs replacing maybe..I think an on-site shop would be a valuable asset to complete the experience..just covering the basics and essentials, bread, milk, coffee tea bags soft and alcoholic drinks maybe.. having to go to the almost empty spar shop in Tremadog or Tesco in Porthmadog was a slight inconvenience at times especially if you had forgotten to go on the way back..
Beautiful views, quiet & calm holiday park. Lovely areas to walk. Accommodation was clean & modern.
A little small for a family of 4. Bathroom was compact.
Great location, lovely old house.in dramatic small steep valley
Nescafe instant coffee in room! Surrounded by caravan park...albeit a very nice one.
Great location. The Lodge was spacious and clean and the jacuzzi was a bonus. The grounds itself was lovely. And we walked around in the evenings.
It was all good, but bed wasnt comfortable, as I prefer mattress firm, and that's not a fault of the Park, its just my experience and preference. Would be helpful to have recycling bins inside the lodge and waste bins near where we were based.
Pretty much everything.
There was unfortunately a strong body odour smell in the cabana, very noticeable in the lounge area, despite the cleaners leaving window open and fan on for our arrival. Probably needs identifying in the furniture and a good clean down.
Was very well presented, lovely bar and restaurant and the food especially the carvery was lovely

We loved the fully equipped Lodge in the quiet surroundings. The staff in the restaurant were super friendly and the carvery was great value.
The children’s play area was a bit small. It would have also been great to have a shop on site as we had to go into the nearest village to buy things. We loved staying here for a night or two, but would’ve found it a bit small for a longer stay.
Tranquil surroundings
Nothing not to like
Cabana suite had a spacious living area with a TV. Wifi was very good. The area has plenty to explore and close to portmeirion and other attractions. Plenty to do for families. There’s also a park and restaurant on the site.
The bed in the back of the cabana made access in and out of the bathroom really cramped. The bathroom was also very small. The area is very busy with lots of caravans.
Room was great Breakfast was good.
A peaceful beautiful place to unwind
Beautiful setting, from the minute you drive onto the site, it is truly gorgeous. We stayed in one of the Cabanas and found it lovely, comfortable and clean with everything you need to enjoy your stay. they recommend to book a table in the Restaurant as it is very popular, although the alfresco pizza area is great too. Overall lovely relaxing stay - nice to sit on the veranda and watch the sun rise, this is a very peaceful, quiet site and well worth a visit!
Nothing not to like. As we have been travelling around quite a lot and only stayed two nights we didn’t take much by way of food provisions, although they do a great breakfast -again make sure you book - so worth noting there is nothing to purchase on site so just make sure you take what you need if you plan a longer stay. Although the nearest village is only a short ride away.
The garden and outdoor pizza area were very nice.
The rooms are a bit small.
Location perfect - accommodation perfect - food perfect
Nothing
We booked a small room, it was clean and the facilities were lovely. I ended up forgetting my kindle and the staff were lovely and had it posted back to Ireland for me, really appreciated the customer service.
Perfect location to access most North Wales sightseeing/ hiking spots and beaches.. Easy to find and checking in/out was convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. Amenities are great, kitchenette is suitable for short stay and family-friendly. Hotel-grade beds and pillows are even better than most glamping facilities. Blackout curtains is bonus so we could enjoy undisturbed sleep in summer times. Outdoor bistro sets, outdoor lighting and foldable dining table indoor so we can have cosy dining without hussles. Breakfast at restaurant is kids-eat-free so its reasonably priced. Daily bedmaking and basic cleaning even make our stay comfortable. Definitely first choice for family vacation in North Wales.
I am a very picky, no-nonsense person, but can't really think of the bads.
upmarket destination that didn't disappoint
Na
Great location and helpful staff.
Standard static caravan but really liked the hot tub. Meal in restaurant was very good. Not your average park as many hills and lots of trees making it feel upmarket and peaceful.
Very big static caravan park with not much to do other than have a peaceful time.
The site was absolutely gorgeous, we had a lovely walk around the grounds. We got there on a Sunday so we had the carvery and it was really delicious. The room was small but very comfortable, it was super hot outside so lovely to have a fan. The staff supporting with breakfast and lunch were incredibly enthusiastic
It would have been great to have a fridge so that we could get cold water given the heat. Breakfast could have benefitted with some healthier options like fruit or salad
My husband and I booked a last minute short stay to celebrate his birthday, last week. We had high expectations based on other reviews and photos of the rooms/premises. We were not disappointed. We booked a hot tub suite; visited the restaurant for our first evening meal and breakfast for our first morning. All areas were fantastic including service staff and front of house. I spent the majority of the trip in the hot tub and read a whole book, front to back, which is unheard of for restless me. We are already planning our next visit and highly recommend.
There was a small privacy issue given that the hot tubs face the main outdoor entertainment area. There are attempts to shelter from view, using plants, but they are too thin in places and more mature or thicker foliage is needed. It didn't disturb our stay this time but it might for other guests.
Nice location
All three attendees received flea bits to ankle area and arms

Stunning location. Great for a tranquil and relaxing getaway. Lodge was immaculate with everything you needed. Hotel staff were so welcoming and the food exquisite. Wonderful holiday and we will definitely be returning. Loved it
Amazing place to stay in Snowdonia. Friendly staff, great facilities and spotlessly clean. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.
Brilliant attentive staff and chief. Both dinner and breakfast were lovely.
