Breakfast buffet is extremlly good! Varierty dishes, good taste, nice restaurant and frendly staffs! Hotel locates in the heart of the accient Hanoi, easy to get by foot to famous places. In the picture is " Phở Hà Nội" with the rice noodle made by the chef of hotel! Really different, try it when you stay here.

Mai Hoa helped us in our breakfast. She was very pleasant and served us very well. The spread was excellent and catered to all tastes and cultures. Mai Hoa helped us to pick dishes based on our tastes and likes. Would recommend families and couples to this beautiful place.

Average hotel in central Ha Noi. Rooms were ok but rather dated. Felt like something out of the 1990's. Breakfast was in the ground floor dining room. Food ok but nothing special. Staff very friendly. Surrounding area had some ok restaurants

Old hotel. Needs renovation. Not enough electives points. No point near the coffee / tea amenities to use the kettle. Poor housekeeping. Property not maintained well. Even table lamps are not kept connected. The electric kettle is a fire hazard. The auto switch does not work. Hot water system is poor.

We booked a "night extra" in advance of our tour group and expressly asked whether we could keep the same room. We were assured that the answer was yes. They lied.

This poor old girl is very tired and run down. Everything is old and out dated including the decor. While the breakfast was somewhat warm, unfortunately the same cannot be said about the showers. The staff were super friendly and eager to please however, only two of them were able to speak and understand English to a level where our requests were not ‘lost in translation’.

We were booked into this hotel as part ofa Mercury tour, it we moved rooms 3, times one had a terrible smell, one was really grubby and the last was ok for one night , our group all asked to be moved, still wouldn't stay here again. It's definitely not 4 star. The only reason I haven't rated it 1 is because the staff were so friendly and lovely, but I would not recommend staying here.

Location is good for tourist . Closer to POI. Happy to stay here !

Good location, and excellent service of the receptionist Mr. Tuán and Mr. Doan Nhu Quan. Both are dedicated workers. Highly recommended this hotel. Whoever comes to Hanoi, stay in this hotel. The breakfast is delicious and am sure you will enjoy every dish.

Nice hotel in center Hanoi. Room is big and clean with bathtub. Easy to find the shop/ restaurant near by. Express check in and check out. Breakfast also good, lot of choice. Recommend to other. But customer service is so so. I will come back...

위치가 아주 좋았고 서비스도 만족하지만 와이파이가 조금 느린점은 아쉬웠네요

Location is good but hotel is old.

ICE에서 가까워서 선택한 곳인데, 5분정도라 걷기에는 충분했습니다. 조식 메뉴가 다양해서 마음에 들었고 직원분들이 매우 친절하셨습니다.

整體還不錯的住宿

1. my executive suite was so bad with toilet smell, terrible. 2. the massage and spa : so bad and it seems not a real spa,it looks like for men 3. when I asked the VAT invoice , the front desk staff ask me to take it from Expedia??? why? I'm customer, I stay for biz trip and the hotel must provide VAT invoice for me. please settle this issue. 4. the breakfast is bad as well, not much food. In overral, I disappointed with this hotel. i wish that I didn't spend $100 for the room here.

Location was quite good, but it is not close to the city centre (2-km away from the old quarter). Staff was not so kind. They tend to ignore customers' request. The breakfast was awful. This hotel was just normal, but I would looking for other hotels if I stay in Hanoi again.

It was amazing...very friendly and helpful staff...also room service up to pretty late at night...this is not common in Hanoi where eateries tend to shut down quite early

Really good hotel. However, the wifi needs to be better, as its signal is constantly intermitent.

Overall ok. However, service at buffet breakfast is poor. The waiter took away the fork/knife/spoon each time I left the table. He even took away my glass of unfinished juice while I was still sitting @ the table n having breakfast!

The room is spacious, good for a family. Great location but bad room service. I called the room service to my room but I waited until tomorrow morning and it never came. Overall it's a good hotel.
