Very nice stay at Wenzler's Landing. They have a beautiful home surrounded by nature. The spacious bedroom was perfectly appointed for all of our needs (coffee, tea, kettle, mini fridge, robes). The room and ensuite bathroom were spotless. The deep bathtub was great for soaking at the end of the day. Breakfast was delicious and filling.

Deb is a great host. My husband and I had an amazing stay at their beautiful home. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is spotless. Deb made a super delicious and generous breakfast for us, and we enjoyed it in a private dinning room with a beautiful view of her garden. We also enjoyed our early morning walk in her garden with flowers surrounding and birds singing. Her place is very convenient with about 25mins driving distance to the Point Pelee National Park and the Pelee Island ferry. Highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone traveling in the area.

Wenzler's Landing Bed & Breakfast has an amazing garden and I must say the photos on Expedia haven't done it justice. If you like a quiet place to relax, to unwind, to return to nature... I highly recommend this property.

Wenzler's Landing was lovely. The room was clean and cozy, and the food was absolutely amazing. Deb, the owner, packed us a lunch and made an incredible breakfast. When she found out I'm gluten free, she even baked some muffins and coffee cake for me. I had a great time.

The hosts are extraordinarily nice and helpful. Their home is beautiful, spacious and the breakfast was gourmet. Debbie knew the lesser known top birding sites in addition to her own property being a great spot. Details up in our suite like teas and other items were very welcome. A lovely visit.

We stayed in the upper room and it was very spacious - much bigger than I expected - with sitting area, small kitchen space (microwave, coffee maker, sink) plus a half bath upstairs and full bath downstairs for our own private use. Deb's breakfast was amazing and very plentiful - very thoughtful for my dietary restriction as well! The grounds were beautiful - very peaceful. We hope to visit again!

After a long hot day of driving and hiking we were blown away with the quality of the premises, amenities, and the landscaping of the grounds. We immediately relaxed and the serenity was palpable. I couldn't resist just sitting on the back patio for at least an hour just listening to the birds and the silence. It was soul cleansing and I wished I had spent the entire day there instead of sight seeing. Deb was a gracious host and the breakfast was spectacular. Cordon bleu chef?

Deb is really a good host. Her hospitality is beyond imagination. We camped at Wheatley while our parents stayed with Deb at her bed and breakfast. They enjoyed varieties of breakfast food while admiring the nature and the wild birds that come to her property. I would 💯 stay at her place when we go that way.

This is best B&B stay experience I have ever had. Host’s attention to detail and warm hospitality elevated the experience beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warmth and kindness that made us feel home. Definitely a five-star bed and breakfast. Everything was impeccable such as the rooms and the common area of the house and the outside property is gorgeous and is a nature lovers heaven. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and homemade just like you would get in a really good restaurant. Debbie is a fantastic cook and a fantastic host and we would recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed in the King room with ensuite bathroom with large shower and jacuzi. Deb was great and she thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! We also enjoyed sitting out back watching the many species of birds. We will return for sure!

Sitting in the garden watching all the wildlife while breakfast was being prepared was amazing. There are binoculars everywhere to get a better look. Deb was terrific and has thought of everything to make it a wonderful stay.

Loved the huge and delicious fruit salad and great breakfast, enjoyed a leisurely walk with the dogs, and was very grateful for the recommendation for Renny's for dinner, as it was 5 minutes away, so very convenient. This was our first time with the Wenzlers and we hope it won’t be our last. The house is beautifully appointed and spotless. The property is beautiful with hummingbirds feeding outside the window as we ate breakfast. Deb is very kind and helpful and the breakfasts are incredible. No hotel could compare. She even let us take our leftovers! (That’s how filling and delish it is) The only thing we would change is next time we would plan to spend a bit more time enjoying the property. There are beautiful places to sit and relax outside and a walking trail that we didn’t have time to enjoy. Next time!

It is a lovely home in a gorgeous country setting with beautiful landscaping. The hostess was very welcoming and gave us some good options for dining.

The property is beautiful and quiet. Our room had a patio which was great since we had come to see the stars and could sit outside. The breakfast was amazing, if anything there was too much to eat!! Debbie was more like a friend than an "hotel keeper". Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The house is surrounded by stunning gardens and bird feeders. The gardens are all unique, with a variety of beautiful flowers and arrangements. Inside the house is a choice of seating areas, all overlooking the gardens, where one can see the never ending bird action. The breakfasts are freshly prepared and absolutely delicious! The rooms are spacious and well appointed with very comfortable beds.

This place is better than any hotel. Very friendly very clean and excellent service. Breakfast is the best with local ingredients. Will visit again for sure.

This place is the best . It is a beautiful place the lady that runs it is very nice and accommodating. Just out of town ( quiet) the breakfast what unbelievable. You wouldn’t go away hungry and it was all hand mad by her ( Deb) . Anyway highly recommend. Pat and bruce Bayfield 👍

Beautifully appointed B&B in the small town of Wheatley. This is a gorgeous property, the interior and the rooms are very tastefully decorated with lots of interesting and unique furnishings and there are lovely manicured grounds. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed; the bed was very comfortable and the room had a very large ensuite bathroom. Breakfasts are outstanding - simply delicious! Deb and Gary are wonderful hosts and have thought of everything which is needed to make their guests feel welcome. Added bonus were the two labradors and dozens of (well-fed) birds of many species! We have already recommended this B&B to friends and we hope to return next year.

Excellent all around: spotless; warm hostess with great knowledge of what’s going on in the surroundings, full of tips and hints for things of interest; delicious breakfast around a common table for true bed and breakfast experience; beautiful backyard oasis bustling with birds.

Debbie and her husband have a wonderful home near Lake Erie, on a quiet country road outside Wheatley Ontario. Its about 20 minutes to Point Pelee, one of the best places to see birds and other wildlife in Canada - we arrived just as the Monarch butterflies were congregating for their migration south to Mexico! Their 7-year old home provides a very friendly, open atmosphere with a sunroom, open living area and large, very clean and quiet rooms. Deb knows everything about the area, and is very helpful providing all you need to know about what to do and where to go. And the breakfasts! No need for lunch with those feasts - the cheese omelette with asparagus was excellent, with lots of fruit, muffins and toast. We had so much to do in the area that we didn't take advantage of the walks and pathways through the huge 24-acre area behind the house - next time we will do more exploring! Deb is very well organized and available almost any time, and can accommodate from one or two people up to a big family or group - she really enjoys what she does, and she does it well! We strongly recommend Wenzler's Landing, and consider it one of the best B&B's that we have stayed in over the past decade or so, both in Canada and in several other countries.

Fabulous views, wonderful atmosphere and fantastic breakfasts!

accommodations were exellent. Food was great. Open air and landscaping made for relaxing atmosphere. All the birds were interesting.

The B & B was very nice. The owners were very cordial. Even their cat and dog extended their hospitality to you. The B & B was very near to Point Pelee National Park. Lots of room to walk on the property and enjoy the birds.

This B & B was more than we expected. We had had a stressful day and when we arrived, we were so delighted with the accommodation and the owner that we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. We definitely hope to return again. Highly recommend this wonderful B & B

Great land with lovely flowers and birds to see. Got close to a deer walking in the back of the property. The breakfast was fantastic and really we didn’t need lunch. The room was comfortable and had a great view of more birds, trees and flowers. I’ll be recommending to my friends and hope to go back soon.

Wenzler’s Landing is one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in. If we could give a higher rating, we would – what a find!. We stayed 4 nights as we were birding in Point Pelee National Park every day – which was a short 20-minute drive away. There are 3 guest rooms available and we stayed upstairs in “The Nest”. It was a beautiful, large, clean, bright, room with a very comfortable bed, a small kitchenette, and every amenity you could ask for. Deb kindly showed us one of the main level rooms after the guests left (because we’re nosey and asked to see it) and it, too, was beautifully appointed – with a shower so large, you could have a party in it. There are several lovely common areas for guests to use, with views of the back acreage which includes a path where guests can walk. The entire house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts are freshly prepared by Deb, and are to die for. Wenzler’s Landing exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Deb and Gary are great hosts - and their two black labs made our stay all the more special. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back.

I can't say enough about Deb and her beautiful B&B. I was only in town for one night unfortunately, but I met a great family who was also staying there for more than a week. The facility is very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The whole area is away from anything that could cause road noise despite being very close to plenty of things to do. Breakfast this morning was prepared fresh and served by Deb. The apple cinnamon French toast was amazing and made from a local bakery up the road. I spend hundreds of nights every year in hotels but this felt like I was staying at a friend's house

Wenzler's Landing is a hidden treasure. A quiet and tranquil B&B located on the outskirts of Wheatley, Ontario is an incredible option for business travelers who want a break from the ordinary. The Wenzler's are incredible hosts and they open their home and make you feel welcome as if it was your own. Comfortable rooms and yes they have wifi. The breakfast is incredible! You won't leave hungry. I highly recommend this B&B while in the Leamington area on business or if you want a weekend get-away.

My husband and I were in the area to take in Point Pelee National Park for a few days. Wenzler's Landing B and B was situated about 15 km away, which was perfect. We may have seen even more birds on the property than in the park! The hosts are really nice and welcoming and no one could ask for a better breakfast. No need for lunch for us! If you are looking for comfort and beauty, look no further. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carol

Deb is a very hospitable hostess who makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The glorious morning room was very comfortable and provided us with our own entrance. The breakfast each morning was spectacular with fresh fruit and baked goods. The breakfast time is an excellent time to discuss the local activities with the other guests and Deb. We definitely recommend this B&B.
