Wir sind immer zufrieden und kommen deshalb schon seit Langem wieder. Norbert ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber und immer schnell für Fragen erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist stets sauber und gepflegt, es ist ruhig im Haus, Parken ist unkompliziert und es gibt einen Aufzug.

Duże mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone. Na duży plus 2 wiatraki, które ulatwiają życie w lecie. Sama lokalizacja dobra, blisko komunikacja miejska, dużo sklepów i restauracji.

Niestety mieszkanie w pierwszej linii od torów kolejowych. W lato przy otwartym oknie głośno. Po zamknięciu okien w miarę OK ale w lato duszno w mieszkaniu. Warto zwrócić uwagę na czystość.

Lako smo pronasli objekat, nalazi se na svega par stanica tramvajem od glavne autobuske stanice, imali smo mogucnost da ostavimo stvari prije 15h. Apartman je na pjesackoj udaljenosti do centra ili 4 stanice tramvajem br 71. uredno je i komotno za boravak 4 osobe, imate sve sto vam je potrebno. U blizini je Burger King, pekara, Lidl

Moze smetati buka od tramvaja koji prolazi ispred zgrade, ali u odnosu na ostale prednosti, to je zanemarljivo

Helle Wohnräume, modernes Bad. Praktisch und gut eingerichtet. Perfekt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angebunden. Super schallisolierte Fenster. Bei individuellen Anfragen professionelles Kümmern des Verwalters: prompt, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Pretty nice location, lots of stores nearby. A bigger place than I expected, definetly worth the price. There were many necessary equipments/facilities ready at the apartment. Didn't have to contact Norbert so much, because of the good information we recieved beforehand.

Though when its summer, the place tends to get pretty hot. So whenever you open the windows to cool the place down. It is a bit noisy because of the train, like the other reviews have said.

Comfortable location near Rennweg station, 25 minutes by train to airport, 15 minutes by tram to the centre of Vienna. Apartment has all necessary facilities for comfortable stay and good sound isolation.

Limpio y cerca a los trenes

The apartment was spacy, nicely furnished. The dryer-washing machine was very helpful for travellers with limited amount of clothes. The host was very nice, and helpful.

There was a lot of noice during the day, a construction site next to the house.

The flat was spacious and very good location. All the necessary amenities was there.

The arrival time was agreed by 14:00, but once we came - the flat was not ready. Everywhere was a mess. Then suddenly the cleaning boy came.. don’t agree on the time, if you are not sure that the place can be ready. Also, the windows couldn’t be opened as outside it was quite loud and the construction was going on.

Рядом проходит Schnellbahn поэтому немного шумно и было жаркая погода, кондиционера нет, но зато хозяин заботливо позаботился о вентиляторах

Ev temizdi. Yataklar rahattı. Mutfak ve diğer ev eşyaları tamdı. Ayrıca evin konumu çok güzel ve etrafında bulunan toplu taşıma ile her yere çok rahat ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Evin etrafında çok sayıda market var. Viyana'ya tekrar gelirsem burada konaklamak isterim.

Herşey oldukça iyiydi.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!Το σπίτι καθαρό πλήρες εξοπλισμένο άνετο και πολύ πολύ ωραίο! Πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά μια ανάσα από το κέντρο!Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα ότι καλύτερο!Οικογένεια με ένα παιδί!Πραγματικά τέλειο πολλά συγχαρητήρια!

Great apartament, cool area, proximity to city centre, roomy enough, parking places in front of the building.

Would have been better to have some dishwasher detergent, and the kitchen sink needed some maintenance work.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Located just a short walk from the Belvedere Palace, with local bakeries, and cafés nearby. Public transportation is also easily accessible, with several tram and bus lines. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Vienna.

That were a great two nights stay. The apartment was great. Absolutely clean. New (or looked like new!). It reminded us our home which we had to leave…. Thank you very much!!!!!

Good location for public transport

Basic supplies lacking. Shampoo/shower gel/condiments/coffee/tea bags/sugar. There was a dishwasher but no sign of soap tabs.

Excellent apartament and localisation

Comfortable apartment with good train access. 30 minute easy walk to Hofburg palace. Host was very helpful, good communication.

The apartment is in a very good place with a few minutes walking to the train station. Even without a train you can walk to the city center in ten minutes. The host of the apartments was excellent, helped very much for us tourists who did not know much about Vienna.

Great location - a little over 5 minutes' walk from Rennweg station. A wonderfully spacious apartment - well equipped - warm and comfortable. Great communication with the owner - Norbert - who was very helpful. Having an evening flight home, it was useful to be able to leave luggage in the basement and collect it before heading to the airport (direct trains from and to Rennweg station - so convenient!). Several shops/cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. A favourite was Cafe Chilai - open from 07.00 until midnight, with last food orders at 22.30 - lovely food and friendly staff). Transport links (I used mostly the underground/train; tram also available) are excellent, but walking is also an option - main sights within a manageable distance. Felt a safe area and access to the apartment was straightforward (very clear and helpful instructions). Would be very happy to go back.

Although there were clear instructions, I failed to get either television (bedroom and living room) to work. Not a big deal as I was out most evenings. I also was unable to get the overhead shower to work - hand set only. To be fair, I didn't contact Norbert (neither issue was a major problem), who would, I'm certain, have provided some help. The nearby trains may be a problem if the window is open overnight, but the double-glazing and shutters did a good job of keeping out the noise.

The trains are passing by every other minute, so it is only ok when you keep the windows closed

It is extremely easy to communicate as trams and buses stops are very close to the appartement. If you are visiting the stadium it is a 40 min walk in case you don't want to be dependant on public transport.

During warmer days you cannot open windows as multiple trains are passing by every 4 minutes and the noise is unbearable. If you close all windows - it is OK but then temperature inside increases rapidly. There is only ~4h window between 1AM and 5PM when one can sleep with window open.

Everything was fine. Spacious, clean, quiet apartment, good internet, two TVs with netflix, in an area well connected to public transport. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including coffee (thank you!) The building has an elevator. Very nice owner, communication was excellent.

Very convenient location, just 3 stops with the tram which is 4 min walk. Very spacious apartment with a lot of closets for our clothes and suitcases. The bed very comfy. The owner very helpful.

The bathroom had a smell of dampness.

Very convenient location, 5 min from subway or tram, 15 min to centre by train or 40 min by foot, also train to the airport. A lot of cafe, kebabs, other shops around. Very cozy and clean apartments with a large room and good-equipped kitchen.

Remote for smart TV not always works properly. Trains sound near the window but that is not a problem for me.

The overall building is pretty worn out (the apartment is refurbished, although not in the last year), but the overall building is not in the best shape

Location and public transport is perfect, 12 min to the center and few min walk. Located is in older building, but very nice flat, bright and sunny, space is big for 4 people more than enough. Cool big bad and all kitchen equipment you need for few days.

If the window is closed you hardly hear the train, but if its open you have feeling like you are in big city. It is not very disturbing. I just wat to mention for those hosts who have truble with sound. During the night it is so quiet.

Big apartment, spacious with everything you need for a few days stay. Washing machine with dryer, a Nespresso machine, TV with Netflix... The apartment is 2' walk from a tram stop and the Ubderground, only 2-3 stops away from the city center. Very quiet apartment despite the fact that the train line is directly in front of it.

The apartment is the one in the pictures. It is spacious, bright, and comfortable in a building with an elevator. Supply stores nearby. Two smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube. The bed in the bedroom is large and comfortable. The train didn't bother us at all without pulling the window shutters. We felt good together with two children.

There are no cleaning tools. (broom, vacuum cleaner) We stayed for a longer period and would have needed it. Few dishes. We used the sofa in the living room for sleeping, but in the long term it is not a very comfortable solution.

The flat is perfectly located to reach the city center and the airport with public transport. It was impeccably clean and very roomy. As a family of four we used the sofabed and there was still lots of room.

Someone visited our apartment without notice when we were not home to do minor (unnecessary) repairs that could have waited 2 days. The place is right next to train tracks and veey noisy if you keep the window open (and there was no air conditioning) so it gets hot in summer.

Check in process is very easy. the apartment is just great. I like it a lot!

Gute Ausstattung (Salz, Duschgel ...), geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber, problemlose Organisation. Einzige Nachteile : Bahn vor dem Fenster und wenig Sicherheitsgefühl (4stelliger Code am Eingang). Unklarer Preis beim Buchen (Dollar für Miete und später kommt noch die Verwaltungs-/Reinigungsgebühr). Schlechter (ausländisch sprachlicher nicht verständlicher Chat-) Kundenservice

altes Mehrfamilienhaus mit vielen priv. Wohneinheiten, direkt neben einer stark befahrenen Eisenbahntrasse- daher sehr laut bis spät in der Nacht und schon sehr früh am Morgen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG, und ist über einen Aufzug und Treppenhaus( sehr schmutzig wg. Sanierungsarbeiten) zu erreichen. Gute Ausstattung. Wände verschmutzt, Toilette bei Ankunft verunreinigt und Toilettendeckel lose, das Bad ist wg. Schimmel in der Dusche und abgeplatzter Wandfarbe dringend renovierungsbedürftig.In der Küche waren noch viele Spuren von Vormietern (Kühlschrank, Brotreste im Schrank und schmutziges Geschirr) zu finden. Es stellt sich die Frage weshalb hier eine Endreinigung erhoben wird.

War eine sehr gute Wahl. Nicht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt (circa 2,5 km)
