É um pouco ruim andar com malas, pois a calçada é muito irregular, mas achamos tudo fácil estando lá! O café da manhã é bom, principalmente para quem quer passar o dia andando e gastar pouco, tem muitas opções. Tudo limpo no quarto e o pessoal bem solicito.

Хотілось би мати доступ до питної води цілий день, а не тільки на сніданок. Телевізор не змогли включити.

Photos on Booking.com were deceiving. I booked a double room. Queen bed. First of all, the bed was as hard as a bench in the park. Second. The shower was listed as a walk in shower. It was 26" by 26". Smaller that an old phone booth. The shower in the room was never picked on the listing. 2 other larger showers were. I'm 6'5. I could barely squeeze in the doors. I had to turn sideways just to get in. Any time I turned around I either pushed the shower door open or hit the water handle. I went to the front desk and asked to be transferred to another room with a larger shower. They said they were booked. No help. Also the AC is controlled by the front desk and they refused to turn it up. In 95 degree heat, not comfortable. I would avoid this Hotel.

Camera impeccabile, super pulita, ordinata e climatizzata. Posizione strategica a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini. Consigliatissimo, tornerò sicuramente!❤️🫶✨

El alojamiento es bastante pequeño. Además, las luces del baño fallaron durante toda la estancia: se encendían y apagaban de forma intermitente. Otro aspecto muy negativo es que el aire acondicionado se controla únicamente desde la recepción. Considero que cada habitación debería poder regular su temperatura de forma independiente, sin necesidad de llamar al personal. Como consecuencia, el aire estuvo apagado durante gran parte de nuestra estancia. Para empeorar la experiencia, cuando estaba encendido hacía bastante ruido.

Viena divguļamā gulta un divstāvu gulta, kur otrā stāva gultai nav margas, tāpēc, lai neapdraudētu bērna dzīvību, viens no bērniem, gulēja uz grīdas, uz no otrā stāva noņemtā gultas matrača. Numurs neatbilda nekam ko mēs gaidījām.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026I had an unfortunate experience during my stay at this hotel and based on that I cannot recommend staying here. While my room was being cleaned, my Invisalign aligner went missing. I reported the incident immediately at check-out, as I knew it had been in the room before housekeeping entered. After several emails, the hotel informed me that nothing had been found and declined any responsibility or compensation. What disappointed me the most was not only the loss itself, but the way the situation was handled. I expected the hotel to acknowledge that guests' personal belongings should not be handled or discarded without care and to offer at least a gesture of goodwill. Instead, they simply denied responsibility. If you are staying here, I would strongly recommend taking extra care with any personal items you leave in your room.

While my room was being cleaned, my Invisalign aligner went missing. I reported the incident immediately at check-out, as I knew it had been in the room before housekeeping entered. After several emails, the hotel informed me that nothing had been found and declined any responsibility or compensation. What disappointed me the most was not only the loss itself, but the way the situation was handled. I expected the hotel to acknowledge that guests' personal belongings should not be handled or discarded without care and to offer at least a gesture of goodwill. Instead, they simply denied responsibility. If you are staying here, I would strongly recommend taking extra care with any personal items you leave in your room.

Dostali jsme úplně jiné ubytování, než bylo uvedeno v rezervaci. Snídaně se podávala v hotelu, ale samotné ubytování bylo v jiné budově za rohem. Standard ubytování spíše odpovídal hostelu než hotelu, který jsme si rezervovali.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026La verdad lo que más gustó fue el personal todos fueron muy amables, simpáticos y serviciales 10/10 lo único que podría mejorar son las camas que no eran como dormir sobre nubes, pero fue lo único. Siempre estuvo limpio, con aire acondicionado el desayuno fue muy bueno y la ubicación solo a 12 min de la Termini!! Se los recomiendo! ☺️
La cama estuvo un poquito dura para mi pobre espada 🫣

L’établissement est vraiment mauvais. Ils nous ont installés dans une chambre dont la porte était une porte coupe-feu, comme une porte d'escalier. Elle donnait directement sur la salle du petit-déjeuner, les toilettes et la bagagerie. La chambre faisait presque partie de la réception. Pendant la journée, il y avait beaucoup de bruit à cause des gens qui retiraient leurs bagages ou allaient aux toilettes. Le soir, des gens se sont carrément installés sur les chaises devant notre porte pour papoter et manger (à 3h du matin), puis à 3h40, le réceptionniste a commencé à faire le ménage dans les toilettes. J’ai envoyé un message via Booking pour dire qu’ils étaient irrespectueux et que cela nous dérangeait, mais à notre départ, il s'est moqué de nous en disant que personne ne s’était jamais plaint. Vraiment une honte, très mauvaise expérience, et remboursement refusé. De plus, il n'y a pas de contrôle de la clim dans la chambre, c’est à eux de l’allumer depuis la réception. Pour couronner le tout, la fenêtre de la chambre donnait juste en dessous d’un parking à motos, donc il y avait trop de bruit. Hôtel à éviter !

La camera era un po' piccola e non esiste l' armadio ma un porta appendiabiti.

Кондиционер включается и выключается на ресепшн. Мы пришли вспотевшие с вещами и чемоданами, пока мы искали пульт от кондиционера и пытались его выключить, мне надуло холодным воздухом так, что я вторую неделю лечусь от простуды, мне пришлось принимать антибиотики. А ночью стало жарко, но идти на ресепшен в пижаме и просить включить кондиционер неудобно, да и на ресепшен ночью никого нет. Эта услуга очень непродумана и отвратительна. Почему человек сам не может отрегулировать для себя температуру воздуха, почему для этого надо кого-то просить? Одеяла были без пододеяльников, пришлось идти на ресепшен и просить простыни, чтобы не прикасаться к этим одеялам телом.

Немає холодильника в номері і чайника. А так все супер.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Excelente que tengan recepción 24 horas nosotros llegamos de madrugada sin problemas. Cerca a Termini, bien ubicado. Desayuno excelente incluído en la tarifa. La habitación tal cual las fotografías. Buena atención de la recepción y algunos hablan español. Lo recomendaríamos.
Que el taxi que nos pidieron en el hotel nos cobró extra pero sabemos que no es culpa del hotel. En cuanto a la habitación todo ok.

1 van de personeelsleden (man met bril en baard aan de receptie). Vond het blijkbaar leuk om toeristen te kloten door telkens de airco af te zetten na een half uur. Door de hittegolf in Rome was onze kamer nagenoeg constant een sauna. Als je daar iets ging van zeggen aan de balie, kreeg je een norse reactie. Ontbijt was standaard en werd niet bijgevuld. op is op. De veringen van de matras zaten nog niet niet door de stof. Rampzalig en een schande om hier op te moeten slapen. Hoe dit hotel in godsnaam een 7.4 krijg is ons een compleet raadsel. Dit zegt veel over hoe je die cijfers moet interpreteren. Aan iedereen die een hotel zoekt in Rome: blijf heel ver weg van dit hotel als je enigszins van je verblijf in Romewil genieten!!!

Chambre en sous-sol, sans fenêtre. Porte et murs très fins, donc j'entendais mes voisins parler. 0 intimité. Chambre en face de l'entrée de l'immeuble donc dès que quelqu'un entrait dans l'immeuble, ça s'entend. Petit déjeuner quelconque.

Em alguns momentos houve barulho em outros quartos, e também fumaram cigarro, então pra quem não gosta é um ponto negativo, porém nada que prejudique a estadia.
