No restaurant, doesn’t meet the price

• Great location, close to a street full of shops and near a bus station. • Friendly and helpful staff. • Clean room.

•We reserved a room with 4 beds, but the room was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. •The bathroom had no ventilation at all •The window was small, so there wasn’t much natural sunlight in the room.

The staff are nice, especially Yousof Bek who is so helpful and very friendly. The AC is good. The room and bathroom are spacious. The bed is big and comfy. I liked sitting in the outdoor area with free coffee.

Sometimes, a little noise comes from the neighbors, but not too much.

Отличный сервис - все мои просьбы, даже немного нестандартные, были удовлетворены. Например, мне нужно было самому готовить в мультиварке в связи с особой безйодовой диетой. Расположение очень удобное - недалеко от больницы, где я проходил лечение. Также рядом куча продуктовых, хозяйственных и прочих магазинов.

Санузел и душевая требуют более современного решения.

Хареса ни че е на оживена улица ,близо до магазини.

Беше много шумно,хотела беше доста занимарен,тъмни стаи и коридори много подтискаща обстановка

The location

There wasn’t safety box at the room, we asked several times to the reception and finally they brang a safety box without battery . There was a bad smell in the toilet and you can’t feel cigarette smell in every part of the hotel

The staff are nice, especially Saleh. He is so friendly, helpful, and funny person. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The room has a good AC and a nice window. The bed is comfortable and the elevator is good. The free tea and coffee.

The location was terrific. Right in the heart of everyday life of Istanbul. This is the real Istanbul not the Disney version nor the tourist version. The staff at the White Palace Hotel were absolutely incredible. So helpful, so welcoming, and just a whole lot of fun. It’s a great value for the money. This is not a luxury hotel but it’s a solid, clean, friendly place to stay. I love the little outdoor courtyard with private tables, separated by plants. Each room has a desk, a safe, a refrigerator, flatscreen, TV, and a kettle, I honestly don’t think there’s a better value in town.

This is an older property and some things could use a little TLC. The walls are a bit thin and so I could hear my next-door neighbors TV.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is nearby metro, metrobus and bus stations and you can reach all parts of Istanbul easily.

Am avut o experiență plăcută. Raportul calitate–preț este foarte bun, iar condițiile oferite au fost în concordanță cu prețul plătit. Camera a fost curată și confortabilă, iar serviciile au fost satisfăcătoare. Dacă sunteți în căutarea unei cazări cu un bun raport între cost și ceea ce primiți, recomand această locație.

I assume the owner is always near the hotel, talking with his friends or drinking tea. He is very friendly.

The walls are very thin and I could hear people walking or talking. The breakfasts were Turkish and that’s ok if you like that and so so if you don’t. But there are boiled eggs and some pastries.

موقع ممتاز من ميدان شرين افلار والباصات والمترو والمترو بوس والمطاعم والأسواق . استقبال جيد. نظافة ممتازة . هدوء . مكيف جيد. مياه حارة وباردة .

Das Personal ist wirklich super und sehr herzlich. Allerdings gab es im Badezimmer einen unangenehmen Geruch und man kann sich kein Essen von außerhalb bestellen – beziehungsweise wurde es mir nicht erlaubt, das Essen aufs Zimmer bringen zu lassen. Aber gut, sie treffen da wohl ihre eigenen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen. Außerdem reiste nebenan eine Familie an, die bis zum Morgen ziemlich laut war. Abgesehen davon war aber alles bestens. Das Personal ist wie gesagt top und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank!

The hotel is well located. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and always willing to help whenever needed. Overall, I had a very good experience and would happily stay here again.

Uno de los de recepción era muy estupido. Estaba sucio, había cosas que no funcionaban, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación… estuvimos 10 día y no entraron a limpiar ni un día la habitación

Cleanness should be better and use of English language should improve. otherwise they are hopitable and helpful

Zunächst möchte ich dem hervorragenden Personal an der Rezeption danken, Herrn Yusup, der uns sehr freundlich begrüßt hat und Herrn Ömer, der uns zu unserem Zimmer begleitet hat. Das Zimmer war perfekt, das Badezimmer war sauber, das Bett war gut, die Klimaanlage funktionierte, es gab viele Märkte rund um das Hotel und es lag ganz in der Nähe der Hauptstraße, in Gehweite zur METROBUS-, METRO-, BUS-Haltestelle!

I liked the room’s decorations, services, the location of hotel , the guys here are so kinds and helpful, And I liked the size of bottle of water was so great 😅

- Cleaner doesnt clean at all or bring fresh towels - Tv is so old it doesnt take a chrome or fire stick - Walls are very thin you can clearly hear people staying in the room next to you. - Smells of cigarette smoke. - Light censors in the corridors

Zaposleni na recepciji su bili ljubazni i bili su dostupni za sva pitanja koja smo imali. Lokacija je odlicna. Blizu su razne prodavnice hrane i odece, kao i metro.

We like the hotel and the location. This is a calm place good for family vacations. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The weather was cold and the hotel does not provide single blanket for every person. The quilt in a room for two people is double size but still not comfortable for two.

Because of the wall you can hear sounds from other rooms.

Kamer was onhygiënisch, matras was ingezakt waardoor we met rug- en nekpijn wakker werden. Locatie is uitstekend.

Dirty bathroom , there was no hot water for shower, very small and a comfortable room

The staff is kind, understanding and helpful, and their english is okay... for a tourist not speaking Turkish, it is very much noticed and appreciated.

Das Hotel War sehr zentral und gute Verbindung überall.

Aufzug hat kein TÜV mehr bekommen seid Dezember 2024 abgelaufen, darauf habe ich die Dame angesprochen und kam als Antwort mit einem verzweifelten Lächeln was kann ich den jetzt machen, darauf hin habe ich dann geantwortet wenn wir abstürzen wird bestimmt gemacht.

Friendly staff/ clean / great location / value for money I recommend it.

Clean/ perfect location/ friendly staff/ near to many restaurants and bakeries. The lady who was the cleaner was an honest person, my laptop, iPad, money was on the table, she didn’t touch them. I will come back again. I recommend others.

The hairdryer worked one minute, then I needed to wait until it was cold and worked another one minute.

Amazing hotel, very clean, very helpful and accommodating staff. Supervisor was very nice as well. Definitely will be booking this hotel again!

This is the worse hotel I ever stayed in. No respect for their guests. Stayed there 3 horrible nights, they give us room on the first floor behind there check in desk, I asked for the upper floor, but they said they don’t have 2 beds on upper floors, if you stay on the first floor you won’t be able to sleep not until 12:30 am, due to very loud noise in the lobby by their own stuff, very disrespectful, we asked please be quiet, we need to sleep, we have early appointments, they say ok, next minute the noise still the same,I usually don’t complain, but this time I had to say something because I have never experienced anything like that in a hotel, they are just so loud, and our window on that side also, the room is so dark, they had no lights the day before and night of our check out, how in the world am I supposed to put things in my suitcase if I can’t see anything in the room, they did not offer any help with that, they did not apologies for the inconvenience, I had to take a shower in a dark, water was still hot, I had to go outside and it was windy that day with wet hair, nowhere to charge your phone, absolutely horrible experience, I want my money back ,it was waste of money for this place, their bathroom in such a rundown condition, I asked for a hand towel, all the hotels here give you 2 towels, because there’s two of us , the lady there said they don’t have it, it needs to be washed, this hotel is not ready to serve its guests, not very friendly, do not stay here!
