This is a gem of a hotel - perfectly located in the Old Town in a quiet and pretty square. The interiors are stunning - and very calming - and it really is a wonderful place to relax between excursions. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with every amenity you could need. Breakfast was delicious and served in the pretty garden. The stand out feature of this hotel for me though is the front office staff. This was a last minute trip and I had not had chance to plan an itinerary for me and my son. I mentioned this when I checked in and a map was immediately produced, explaining all the different areas and circling the must-see sights of Palma, the best walking routes, list of restaurants made and booked once I'd checked the menus, swimming beach recommendations given and taxis booked - it was totally unexpected and hugely appreciated - which meant we really made the most of our 48 hours in this beautiful place. Their friendly advice and enthusiasm for us to enjoy Palma saved us lots of time and made a short trip totally unforgettable! Thank you for a super stay - we hope to return and highly recommend this special hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Sant Francesc Hotel Singular. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located in the heart of Palma, within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, cafés, and main attractions. Our room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and very good quality, and the service at breakfast was just as impressive. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel — it feels luxurious and peaceful while still being right in the middle of the city. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again when returning to Palma. Highly recommended!

This is our 3rd visit to this stunning hotel and it never fails to disappoint. The facade of the hotel is truely stunning and once through the door the submersive experience is sublime. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the attentiveness of all staff continuously "on point". In addition the location is perfect.Close to all attractions but quiet enough for a comfortable relaxing noise free roof top drink and a good nights sleep. Highly recommended!

Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist eine Katastrophe. Wer will bitte ein offenes Bad? Etwas mehr Privatsphäre wäre wünschenswert! Zur Toilette eine dünne Glastür direkt neben dem Bett. Das mag ja modern sein, aber für mich ein Grund nicht wieder zu kommen.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Staff are outstanding. Helpful and polite, showing a genuine interest in making our holiday a memorable experience. We will definitely be returning to this hotel if we visit Palma again. In fact we would come to Palma just to stay here. The location is amazing. A beautiful quiet square just minutes walk from great shops and Palma centre. Rooms spotless and modern. The water and chocolate every day were a wonderful touch we looked forward to at the end of the evening. Thank you. We will be back

This was my second stay at Sant Francesc Hotel, and the fact that I chose to return is a testament to how much I enjoyed my first visit. My second stay did not disappoint, and if anything, it reinforced just how special this hotel is. The location is fantastic. It is within easy reach of all the things you would want to see and do, yet the immediate surroundings are remarkably peaceful and quiet. This becomes particularly noticeable when spending time at the rooftop pool and bar, where you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere without the noise and bustle you might expect from such a central location. The staff were consistently attentive, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, but I have to give a special mention to the breakfast team. They were an absolute pleasure every morning. They remembered that during our visit last year, my sister and I mentioned potentially learning Spanish, and the breakfast staff happily helped us pick up a few phrases each morning while simultaneously looking after us. They were incredibly kind, patient and encouraging, and what could have simply been breakfast each morning became one of the most enjoyable and personal parts of our stay. Their warmth and sense of fun really stood out. Despite staying during the high season in August, the hotel never lost its sense of calm and hospitality. It manages to offer the best of both worlds: a fantastic central location while still feeling peaceful and intimate. I have already committed to coming back every year because, honestly, I cannot imagine a better place to vacation. Sant Francesc Hotel has become a place I genuinely look forward to returning to, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful and exceptionally welcoming hotel.

A lovely hotel in the old town of Palma. It’s very tasteful and beautifully styled. The rooms are extremely well appointed. The rooftop pool was great and a perfect way to spend a summer afternoon. There are a few things that could be improved. Guests should be given water by the pool. It’s extremely hot and water is essential. It should be free of charge. I don’t think the check in and checkout staff were overly friendly. But maybe that was just to us. Overall we really liked the hotel and would highly recommend to my friends.

A beautifully sympathetic renovation of what must have been a magnificent home, an open air central courtyard you can sit in sipping cold beers for hours, a superb restaurant in a secluded garden setting, a stunning rooftop pool area, and staff who seem genuinely happy to work there and who cannot be more helpful. This hotel is pure understated class. A peaceful gem in the centre of historic Palma. If you are used to staying in top hotels the Sant Fransesc will still stand out. Its people are exceptional.

The architecture and hotel were beautiful throughout, and the customer service was excellent — Nynke in particular was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Thank you for such a lovely experience — we'll definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived at Sant Francesc Hotel Singular we were made to feel special. Check in with Miguel was unhurried affair, we were seated and offered a refreshing drink, and our luggage was collected from the taxi. Our room was towards the back of the hotel and it was a lovely walk to get there. The room itself was so spacious, there was ample space for storage, and the room was very luxurious, very tastefully decorated with beautiful bedlinens. It was super quiet and there was a welcome bottle of wine in the room along with some sweet treats and a note Congratulating us on our 30th anniversary. This was so thoughtful. The rooftop bar and pool area was a great place to enjoy an afternoon drink and the views of Palma and the Palma Cathedral are beautiful. The hotel is beautiful , with some impressive art works in the common areas. The hotel bar was stunning, the perfect place for a pre dinner drink. The bar staff were very friendly and make the most wonderful cocktails that are served in an area of unhurried understated luxury, perfect! Breakfast was amazing, so delicious with many items made to order, the food was fresh and plentiful and the staff , again so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location, a very quiet street and walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions that Palma has to offer. The Sant Francesc Hotel Singular is a perfect hotel for a long or short stay. Thank you to all the wonderful friendly and helpful staff who made our first visit to Palma one to remember. We had yet another fabulous stay at Sant Francesc Hotel Singular - the staff can't do enough to help you and look after you, we ate in the Quadrant restaurant twice as it was so good and the breakfasts are a real treat. Our room was beautiful, always very clean and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. We could fault anything - we will definitely be returning!

This was our second time visiting this hotel, we visited last year as a couple and had a lovely relaxing break, we had a family holiday in Mallorca booked and decided to do a quick city stop in Palma before flying home this time taking our 2 children. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect setting in the the old town perfect for a short stroll to the shops and near to the cathedral. It is so peaceful & quiet that you do not feel like you are in the city. It is clean, with a stunning roof top and pool, lovely staff and excellent food. We would highly recommend if you are looking for a 5* hotel in the city it didn't disappoint.

Profesjonalny, przemiły personel. Idealna lokalizacja! W czasie Wielkiego Tygodnia w kościele przy hotelu trafiliśmy na procesję. Widok z naszego okna na odbywające się uroczystości był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Przy kolejnej okazji na pewno z przyjemnością tu wrócimy!

We recently spent 3 nights at San Francesc as part of a week’s holiday in Mallorca. This is a very elegant hotel, beautifully restored in a reasonably quiet square in the old town. We chose a charming room with French windows onto the square. There are many unique and attractive features around the building which have been carefully maintained including the highly decorative ceilings in our room - truly stunning! Service here is impeccable across the hotel including reception, bar and restaurant. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant on our first night and enjoyed lunch in the rooftop terrace restaurant on arrival as our room wasn’t ready. Our rate included breakfast which was very good with a cold buffet and a hot menu to order. The location is perfect for exploring the old town and beyond on foot and the reception team recommended many excellent restaurants nearby. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

Sant Francesc was an absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff was super helpful and accomodating. Great location in Palma. Rooms excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much and would go back again. Roof top pool and bar was superb. Breakfast wonderful.
