Reviewed May 2, 2026Mình vừa có dịp nghỉ tại khách sạn này và thực sự rất hài lòng từ dịch vụ đến không gian. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, được chuẩn bị kỹ lưỡng và rất thoải mái. Không gian yên tĩnh, phù hợp để nghỉ dưỡng sau những ngày làm việc căng thẳng. Điểm cộng lớn nhất chính là đội ngũ nhân viên, đặc biệt là bạn Liêu. Bạn rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khách hàng một cách nhanh chóng, chu đáo. Từ lúc checkin đến khi check out, mình đều cảm nhận được sự chuyên nghiệp và tận tâm. Chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại trong thời gian tới và sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè, người thân. Rất đáng để trải nghiệm!

Окна раздвижного типа не закрывались до конца, была щель в 5 мм, поэтому и ощущение что с открытым окном. На полках быль, такая что можно рисовать

Wir konnten zwar die Toilette am Gang benutzen, da unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, diese war jedoch nicht sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral aber es ist auch ein Krankenhaus gegenüber. Dies hat uns aber weniger gestört, als eine alte Dame die die ganze Nacht mit ihrem Fahrrad und einem Lautsprecher um das Hotel fuhr und so die Schlafqualität erheblich minderte.

The place is much dated - photos seems to be taken perhaps 20 years ago? Towels is bare thin, room was not cleaned at all for 5 nights stay. Tv isn’t working. Not sound proofed. Place feels damp, certain spots on wall water damage. Breakfast was not as photos. Front staff member Tom was helpful and friendly. Good aircon. The place have seen better days and no much care or love for a long while.

Niet schoon, vieze asbak op balkon, geen geluids dichte ramen dus veel lawaai ‘s nachts. 1 minuut warm water uit de douche. Ontbijt was een aanfluiting. Vieze tafels, werd niet aangevuld, ongeïnteresseerde jongen die de boel zonder enige aandacht regelde. Hotel ligt helemaal niet in historische stadshart, dat is bijna een km lopen.

I stayed only one night and the hotel is a bit of a catfish. It's not like the photos. Bathroom is quite tight. I like firm mattress. But, this one is beyond hard and not comfy. The hotel is old and wouldn't stay again.

En piteuse état. Les photos ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité. Des traces partout d humidité, la peinture qui part en plaque, et un bruit ( identique à un marteau piqueur) en permanence qui était le compresseur des climatiseurs installés contre la fenêtre et le mur de notre chambre qui faisait vibrer les murs et le lit. Malgré que nous ayons indiqué ce problème, problème qu il connaissait déjà, à part s excuser , rien ne s est passé, nous avons dû quitter l hôtel plusieurs jours avant la fin avec aucun remboursement des nuits non prises … et silence du service booking qui ne veut rien entendre. Déplorable, leur slogan : en cas de problème, c est votre problème… nous passons régulièrement par booking, mais ce sera la dernière fois pour nos prochaines réservations.

The room was told to have a “city view”, it had one window with a view of nothing. The room was dirty, towels fraying, walls had mould on it, water would stop working when you turned the tap on, the bed sheets weren’t clean and had you know what on it… Our stay lasted a whopping 5 hours before we booked a different hotel. The photos were deceiving and different from what we got. No refund was issued for our remaining nights and nothing was said when we told the staff our room was not the photos we saw on booking.com

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Personnel très accueillant et gentil, très bien placé dans le centre d'Hanoï, chambre confortable et grande (bruyante car la fenêtre donnait sur la rue et que la ville est bruyante). Le petit déjeuner est bien !
Seul bémol : évacuation d'eau de la douche défectueux, l'eau s'écoule mal et déborde même vers les toilettes faute de joint.

Если номер выходит на улицу, то ооочень шумно даже при закрытых окнах, ощущение, что находишься на улице. Спала всё время только в берушах. Санузел маленький, дверь еле-еле проходит около раковины для открывания, сантехника уставшая.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025Lily hat sich um alle Organisationen gekümmert und das zu einem sehr guten Preis. Hat uns beraten welche Sehenswürdigkeiten in den Ablauf gut passen. Man ist zu Fuß in der Trainstreet, sowie die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man fühlt in dem Hotel die Geschichte der Stadt. Es ist richtig schön Urig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Frühstück hat noch Potential nach oben.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2025Le personnel est très sympathique La chambre était spacieuse et l'hotel est idéalement placé dans le vieux Hanoi pour accéder aux principaux centres d'intérêt à pied ou à courts trajets en taxi.
Hotel en face d'un hôpital et dans une rue très passante, les fenêtres n'étant pas très bien isolées il faut s'attendre à beaucoup de bruit de très tôt le matin à tard le soir. Chambres avec de l'humidité.

Le petit déjeuner était CATASTROPHIQUE ! Tres peu de choix et pas propre. La chambre était pas tres propre et un peu vétuste.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025The plusses is only : The Staff is fantastic - Super Nice Girls, good location in the Old City area and good Breakfast thx to the chef. The rest is horrible, I agree with rewiew about room 202 , I lived there as well . Right on the 1st sec when I enter I understood that it's disgusting even to touch anything ,all the stuff inside is like from 70-80s - dirty walls , mold in the washroom, TV is old and wow lol not working at all, what's the point to put it in the room where is no space lol so everything seems like a Dark Comedy. Who are those people who wrote 9s and 10 rewiews,? Hospitail is near so looks like it was a squad of blind guys who rated this hotel so good . On the 1st sec I wanted to walk away from this room ,unfortunately when you payed already you can't receive a refund

Сам отель маленький, номера небольшие, мебель и сантехника уставшие.
