Pas de WiFi du tout même quand la personne responsable des TI est venue. Finalement nous avons pu utiliser le WiFi trois heures plus tard avec un fil branché au mur. Il était impossible d'utiliser les téléphones. Donc on peut dire que nous n'avons pu profiter de la chambre pendant 3 heures.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026It was a excellent place to rest up. Large king size mattress and a comfy sofa. There was a lot of room and plenty of space for my wheelchair. Excellent staff and front desk were extremely helpful and friendly.
If I have a complaint it's the rugs, but nothing to do with the establishment. It's a preference, I have asthma and rugs agitated my symptoms. Otherwise the room was clean and smoke free I was able to breathe easy in the room. The fridge was on the small size but we made it work.

It was on the ground floor like I wanted and I was able to park my car outside the window so I could keep an eye on it. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room had comfortable chairs and lots of choices. The room itself had everything I needed and more. The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. There was a steakhouse and pub across the street and a Wendy's next door, so there was some restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but there is a lot of shopping and restaurants all along the roadway going through town. I was not familiar with Lloydminster at all but it was a lot of options very close by. I would absolutely stay here again - and the price is certainly right! As a senior woman travelling alone, I felt very safe.
It's not that I didn't like it. I should have asked how to access the hotel as I was coming from the west and there was a median in front of it. It was quite simple really - just go to the intersection a few feet away and come in on the alley behind the hotel. Easy-peasy!

Carpet in the room was very bad and stinking, they need to work on their deep carpet cleaning regular carpet clean doesn't work. The moment you enter into the room, you can feel bad smell of the carpet.

The room we had consisted of a bed, sofa, and desk and seemed slightly outdated, with a stale, old room smell. The bedding didn’t smell fresh either (unfortunately). The bathroom sink was not draining properly; it was slow-draining. The bathroom ceiling vents were dirty. The breakfast was mediocre, with the sausage and bacon not fully cooked. The eggs and potatoes seemed to have just been warmed and pre-prepared in packages. Lots of little things can be improved. It really could be a nice place if there was an emphasis on cleanliness.

As I was Travelling for work I do my paperwork in the mornings. I went to get breakfast and bring it to my room where I eat and do my morning paperwork without interruptions. I was told I was not allowed to take the breakfast to my room Huge inconvenience for me and for this I will no longer choose this location in the future.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Super friendly and kind staff. Property itself is run down, outdated and very old. Our room was ok but definitely the worst beds I have ever slept on, you could feel the springs. Linen was clean but old. Overall not very clean, lamp shades super dirty, bathroom had mold growing and carpets full of burns and also bathtub was stained and enamel coming off.
The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was good!

We have reason to be in Lloyd quite a bit over the next few months and this will be our first choice for accommodations.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026I was welcomed with a very kind and understanding front desk person. The value was very good also being pet-friendly was a big bonus. The breakfast had a good select of hot and cold items. Very good coffee.
The only thing was our tv had no connection and did not work. We were already in our pyjamas when we try to get it to work, so we didn’t call the front desk. Other than that inconvenience, everything was fine.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026The room was comfortable. We stayed in the king room. There was lots of room. Toiletries are Dove products. Mini fridge works good. Bathroom a good size. Good price for the stay. You can access the room from inside or outside the hotel/motel.
The area is a bit sketchy with police presence behind the motel the night we stayed. There is no elevator, so you need to use the stairs. Not a big deal for us. (Only 2 floors in this motel). It might be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.

Wish that the access was easier to get to, the back alley is not marked.
