We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Er werd gevraagd of het oke was dat we een trap op moesten naar onze kamer. Het zwembad was heerlijk, het ontbijt was ook prima. Personeel was top. Niks op aan te merken!

Het bed was wat wiebelig. Telkens als iemand zich omdraait dan schud de ander heen en weer.

Fijne kamers met goede bedden. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Ze geven badhanddoeken om te gebruiken bij het zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel

Hotel was beautiful, especially being set on landscaped grounds which made it feel like a resort. Beach view was amazing. Staff were good and the room was comfortable. Only a 5 minute grab ride from Ketapang port or station.

Please note that the deposit is cash only (100,000 IDR) so make sure you have cash on you. Only problem was the bathroom had lots of ants in the sink area, so store your toiletries outside the bathroom and only take them in when you need to use them. Aside from the ants, the room was very clean so don't let this dissuade you from staying.

L'hôtel est vraiment magnifique et l'endroit superbe. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont superbes.

Dommage que nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit pour faire le Mont Ijen. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'hôtel pleinement.

This is a great beach‑side resort in Banyuwangi. The sprawling tropical garden is absolutely stunning, filled with tall coconut palms, lush lawns and local fruit‑bearing trees. The huge infinity pool faces the sea, with direct access to the black‑sand beach and wooden pier, offering splendid ocean views across the strait. Rooms are clean and practical, simple but well‑maintained. The resort has spacious bungalow‑style villas scattered within the garden grounds. On‑site restaurant serves tasty local and western dishes. Staff are friendly and helpful. At around 100 USD per night, it delivers outstanding value for money. Perfect base for exploring Ijen Crater, ideal for unwinding before or after your volcano hike.

Some buildings show slight signs of age. The adjacent beach is black volcanic sand, not ideal for swimming.

Het personeel is supervriendelijk - zonder uitzondering. De accomodatie is prachtig - wij hadden twee kamers die geschakeld konden worden, op de begane grond, klein terrasje erbij. Het restaurant is heel goed, heel fijn dat er ook roomservice is. Ik heb ook een massage geboekt - super dat dat gewoon op mijn eigen kamer kon. Deze plek is een prima uitvalsbasis om uitstapjes in de regio te maken.

Er was niets dat echt tegenviel - wat ik wel jammer vond is dat het strand bij het hotel niet echt een mooi strand is. Ik miste een paar haakjes in de badkamer om een handdoek of kleding op te hangen. En er waren weinig stopcontacten bij het bed.

Отель понравился, красивая зеленая территория, много цветущих растений. Вкусные завтраки и еда в ресторане. Просторный номер, хорошая шумоизоляция, хорошо расположенный кондиционер (не дул на кровать). Очень приветливый персонал. Для организации экскурсий дали контакт гида Робби, все было четко в соответствии с нашими желаниями. И еще в отеле ежедневно (мы были в августе) выпускали на пляже маленьких черепашат, чтобы они уплыли в океан.

Некоторые мелочи, которые не были существенными. Слабое освещение в ванной и нет отдельных полотенец для рук, только большие.

Das Zimmer selbst, ein Standard-Doppelzimmer, müsste dringend gestrichen werden und war auch sonst nicht sehr einladend, kaputtes Sofa, schmutziges Grün - funktioniert hat aber alles.

Le restaurant et la piscine avec vue sur la mer. Les services et le personnel. Le petit dejeuner est exceptionnel. La lacher de tortue est une bonne initiative.

Pas grand chose. L'emlacement est pratique pour un trip vers Ljen ou prendre le ferry pour Bali mais l environnement (plage ou ville) n invite pas a sortir de 'hotel.

It was very clean and comfortable. Professionally run with excellent facilities. Breakfast was expansive. Room had good fridge and aircon and was large. Bed was great. Pool was huge. Lots of hot water.

I'm not really a resort person but it looked like the best accommodation close to ferry. It is popular and therefore a lot of people walking the paths around the bungalows so not a lot of privacy. Breakfast was very busy. If you leave it later it's better. One thing they could change but I guess it's hard to stop people taking advantage.....if you want to spend time on the little terrace outside you have to use the key card so turning off power.. so no aircon or phone charging etc. You can only lock door not close it. It just swings open otherwise.

Wat een mooie plek! Een ruim opgezet resort met comfortabele huisjes, leuk detail is de half-open badkamer. Mooi zwembad en als bonus activiteit worden dagelijks baby zeeschildpadjes uitgezet op het strand (die groot genoeg zijn om de zee in te gaan). Als gast kan je hieraan meedoen. Wij bleven hier maar 1 nacht op doorreis van Java naar Lombok, maar hadden graag een nacht bijgeboekt als onze volgende bestemming niet al vastgelegd was!

Lovely and peaceful garden setting. Large and very clean villas. Beautiful Oceanside pool and poolside cafe. The hotel has a turtle hatching program and guests can help to release turtles on the beach outside the hotel twice daily.

Our villa’s bathroom had a shared wall with neighbouring guests, with outdoor roofing that wasn’t sound proof. We could hear other guests conversations and vomiting throughout the day and night.

Lovely hotel conveniently situated between Banyuwangi and the port. Right next to the beach and with a pool and poolside bar/restaurant. Breakfast in the morning offered a good selection.

Het douche water liep niet goed weg. En bij zwembad toilet waren de deuren te groot voor het openklappen naar binnen toe

Le jardin est très beau et très bien entretenu. L’accueil était chaleureux.

La moitié du personnel était moins chaleureux que ce que nous avons connu dans le reste de nos hôtels à Java. Des fois pas de regard, pas de bonjour. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner à 9h30 chaque matin car nous déjeunons très rapidement, à 9h45 nous sommes sortis et le petit déjeuner termine à 10h. Nous ne sommes clairement pas les derniers, et le personnel du restaurant nous ont fait sentir que nous étions de trop, et nous ont même appelé le matin à 9h00 pour nous dire que le petit déjeuner fermait à 10h. Un peu insistant sachant qu’à 9h on dormait encore. Dommage car le cadre est beau.

We had an amazing stay at Ketapang Indah Hotel. This hotel truly deserves 5 stars for us! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, and the food is great. The location is amazing right by the beach, and the garden / landscape is so beautiful. We also loved the spa - very good and relaxing. Their turtle release program and conservation is such a wonderful initiative.. A special thanks to our FOM, Mr. Hendra, for all your professionalism and kindness during our stay. Thank you for going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, we really appreciate it! And to Ms. Devina & Mr. Kojak the receptionist, thank you for being so wonderful in welcoming us. We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends and will definitely come back here again if we visit Banyuwangi!

Très bel hôtel, calme, de beaux jardins, une belle piscine ( pour enfant et adultes). Literie de qualité. Bord de mer ( mais attention on ne peut pas y nager ). Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Le Personnel est très gentil et attentionné.

Chambre un peu vieille ( manque de prise électrique) mais très confortable ! Un peu éloigné...mais les taxis sont nombreux et pas chers.

We did like everything, the vibes and atmospheres the overall quality of the rooms and facilities, the location in front of the sea with a nice view on Bali, the swimming pool, the quality and variety of the breakfast. Anyway, above all we did like the staff, extremely welcoming and professional, always ready to assist and make you feeling good. We would like to mention in particular Mrs Diska and Mr Ahmad, really exceptional ! Thank you !

I fully respect the obligation of the 5 prayers for Muslims. But I wasn’t aware that the Adhan for the Fajr Salah at 4 AM was loudly broadcasted by the hotel itself, and that it took 45 minutes. It was not possible to stay a sleep!

Classical resort by the sea.

The beach is not beach it is just acces to the sea. The check in is at 15 pm, we came at 11 and get room exactly at 15pm. Communication by WA with staff should be better. We wrotte to transport servise, no respond, to massage booking, no respond..

Diska is so good that she helped us a lot. As foreign visitors, we don’t know how to book the car from here to Bromo hotel and we appreciated her efforts. Thank her so much. She is hospital and warm hearted. We would like to choose this hotel because of her

The gardens and grounds are lovely with nice vegetation. The breakfast was very good The view to Bali also nice when eating breakfast

Pop style music way too loud in the dining area while trying to eat dinner. Unfortunately there was a school sport group there as we booked in a weekend and they were extremely noisy set up right next to the lovely pool with loud speakers and teachers continually yelling into them and loud awful music and kitschy adds with kiddy voices . We didn’t use the pool which is a shame as it was a horrible ongoing noise. Also at breakfast we didn’t sit outside due to the awful loudspeakers with horrible music adds and people yelling out into the speakers We ended up staying only one night and moving on with our travels earlier than expected The room was quite dank and the bathroom door didn’t shut and the exhaust fan ran in the bathroom all night and the air con was very noisy also
