Pésima experiencia de principio a fin. El apartamento estaba en un estado lamentable y era tan diferente al anuncio que Booking tuvo que realojarnos en otro alojamiento. El reembolso tardó los 15 días hábiles completos y, a pesar de pedir varias veces que lo agilizaran porque necesitábamos el dinero, esperaron al último día a las 23:31 para hacerlo. Además, nos dejamos unas chanclas y se negaron a dejarlas en el bar de abajo para que pudiéramos recogerlas. Nos arremetimos muchísimo de haber elegido este alojamiento para nuestras vacaciones que, debido a la mala acción/intención del alojamiento se convirtieron también en una pesadilla. Hay opciones mucho mejores, por el mismo precio o incluso más baratas, tanto en Booking como en otras plataformas.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Localização excelente, preço bom para a zona, difícil arranjar algo a este preço que tenha casa de banho privada e kitchenette como este tem. Cama confortável, pouco barulho.
Mobília muito antiga, armário onde tinha a kitchenette tinha marcas de humidade e não fechava bem. Super quente e tinha apenas uma ventoinha fraquinha para arrefecer. Sem armário para roupa, apenas chariot. Pouca loiça, apesar de ter o mínimo necessário para 2 pessoas (tinha 2 coisas de cada, tais como 2 copos e 2 garfos, por exemplo). Muito pequeno, mas isso já era de esperar.

Benim için sorun olmadı ama hemen önünde kafe-restaurant var ve sabah erken saatte kurulurken ses oluyor ve gün içinde de müşteri sesleri oluyor. Gün içinde çok da odada durulmadığı için fark etmedi. Sabah da erken kalkıp aktivitelere gittim ama biraz hareketli bir sokak:)

The apartment was not clean upon arrival. The host communicated slowly. There's no keys, just a code to get in and out both the apartment and the house, which didn't feel very safe. We got lucky with an apartment with a balcony and windows but others had no windows at all. Kitchenette was ill equipped, 1 fork, 1 knife.

Why not using window covers? I understand that is a way to avoid eventual damages, but waking up with the sunrise all the time is not pleasant, we like to sleep in complete darkness, which is impossible without proper window covers.

Okno czyli okna nie ma jest na korytarz i jak ktoś z dołu mówi wszystko słychać. Jak dostajesz pokój 2,4,6 to korytarz jak 1,3 ,5 to na ulicę i restauracje

Les murs sont très mal isolés, nous entendons tout ce qu'il se passe dans les couloirs et chez les voisins. L'équipement est très réduit, c'est le strict minimum voir même moins.

Nada flexibles para la hora de entrada y para la de salida ni te cuento, el check out era hasta las 10 y a las 9:15 estaban tocándonos la puerta. No hay aparcamiento cerca. No pasan a limpiar ni a nada los días que estes.

Bathroom and kitchen takes up a 1/4 of your room. The room is dark, window views are only of a roof of the building in front of you. There is no kitchen, just a cupboard with very old cooking applience and a small fridge with missing storage shelves. The this no proper wardrobe or storage drawers, just a rail to hang a few clothes.

Mój apartament nie miał klasycznego okna, tylko takie, które otwierało się na wewnętrzne patio, coś w stylu wąskiego, zamkniętego komina. Zdaje sobie sprawę, że to standardowe budownictwo w tej części EU, jednak nie ukrywam, że brak dziennego światła i przewiewu (!) jest dużym minusem. Łazienka dość mocno zalewała się wodą z prysznica, mimo zasłonki. Ręczniki nie wymienione ani razu podczas 5dniowego pobytu, mimo codziennego wyrzucania śmieci przez personel. W moim apartamencie bardzo głośno słychać co dzieje się u innych i na klatce schodowej.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026The apartment is in the heart of the city, our room was quiet despite the other reviews, no noise from the restaurants, only a bit from other guests entering their room, but it wasn’t too bad either. The beds were as comfortable as it can get. The kitchen had enough equipment to take care of our needs, not much but it was enough. The room and the bathroom were clean, really worth it overall especially for the price.

But clean, comfortable, wasn't an issue for us to go up the 3 flights of stairs (we had no 6). Basic kitchen equipment. Shower hot. For NYE we couldn't have asked for a better location. It even had a "sea view" 😅
No AC, we were actually fine temp wise even in rainy December but I think in summer it could be hot. Oil the kitchen cupboard "doors" please!!!
